So fortunate that my daughter in law brought me to Bulbs + Batteries after my phone fell to cement garage floor and the screen cracked. Jacob checked out my iPhone and it passed his examination. Then Kenneth was able to replace screen and place thicker glass screen saver to protect the phone’s screen better. These gentlemen reassured me throughout the process and I am so happy to say it is like brand new again. Thank you both

Excellent Service! My iPhones frame bent which caused the glass to separate/pop up at the corner. The glass did not break and everything was working with no issues. Called the Apple store and was told that the frame needed to be replaced, quote for for over $350. I could have used my Verizon warranty and pay $150 to have a another phone swapped out. Instead, dropped it of at Batteries Plus and they provided a free inspection and was able to snap it back together! Also, they made me aware that the battery level was at 79% capacity and should be replaced. The phone was fixed with a new battery ($50) and back in my hands within one hour!!

My phone repair went very smoothly. The dropoff and pickup were quick and the customer service was awesome. They were very honest and professional. They called when they said they would to tell us it was ready. We had to leave the phone overnight and we were nervous, but now I wouldnt think twice about it. Id trust this team with all of my electronics. Awesome place, great prices and in a very convenient location.

I was incredibly thrilled by my interactions with Rene until learning, after I left, that the battery that I had paid to be replaced was never replaced. I was told that I could pick up my iPhone at 1pm but I didnt show up until 4pm. I was handed my phone like the service was done only to find out that it had not been touched! I brought the phone back at 8pm and was shown that my apple battery was still in my phone. The gentleman there replaced it quickly and showed me that health of the new battery was 100%. Money is time....they wasted both!!!

Very professional! I arrived at my appointment time and they took me right away. They gave me a time when my phone would be ready and when I returned they were all finished. In an hour and a half I had a brand new screen and a new battery. I’m pleased with the end result. Definitely would refer my friends and family. Keep up the great work!!!!

I went in to have my iPhone battery replaced on June 1st. They were pretty busy that day, and one of the techs didnt realize Id made the appointment online. I believe it was the manager who made him aware of the online appointment. Because they were busy, they needed a couple of hours before the phone would be ready. When I returned, the tech rang it up, and at first, some other persons repair came up on the machine ( where Id insert my debit card ) with an amount way more that I expected. When they corrected that and put in MY repair, which was only $69, I was relieved that the amount was what I expected and forgot to mention the $10 discount for scheduling the appointment online. Not sure why it just didnt ring up reflecting the $10 discount. A few days later, I remembered it and called them about not receiving the $10 discount. They made good on that when I returned to the store with my receipt.New battery holds a charge SO much longer than my previous worn out battery. It used to die one me within a couple of hours. Nice not to have to carry my charging cord with me to keep my phone alive when I go to someones house.

Battery replacement was done exactly as expected. No complaints there, but screen protector that they recommended and installed was small by at least 3/16 on a side. Despite it being a $30 dollar protector Im going to have to buy another and replace it again.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to 4 other places to try to get the same work done but they either didnt have the parts or they were trying to charge me an arm and leg. Had my phone back in 2 hours and it works like new.

I went to Batteries Plus in Harbor View, after attempting to replace the screen on my phone with a kit I ordered & following a YouTube how to. I ended up causing more damage than I started with (epic failure). The people @ this store are fantastic! They are so knowledgeable & were all very friendly. I ended up needing multiple repairs done to my phone. Upon leaving, I paid as much for all of the repairs & parts needed @ Batteries Plus for as much as I would paid at the apple store for just the screen. I couldnt be happier!

They did a great job fixing my screen. I smashed it and now it looks brand new. Everything is working great!Thank you

Was happy to find out that they had the battery packs I needed. They came as a kit and they had to put them together and I left my old set for them to use as a guide. When I picked them up and I went to put them in my dive camera light, I discovered they had soldered the wires to the wrong end of the batteries, even though I left mine as a guide. I was able to take them apart and fix them myself. I live to far away to take them back, it was the principal of leaving mine with them, that they get it right in the first place!!!!!!

They did a great job on repairing my phone .was very pricey, but done on time. only problem was at time of pickup all there computers where down .they were only excepting cash not everyone has 286 dollars for a broken screen on them.

My screen was completely shattered and they replaced it quickly and it’s like brand new.

I will have to say I was not impressed with their phone repair service at all. Website said it would take only an hour. I came back an hour after dropoff and waited patiently for the 2 cashiers to wait on other customers and then I finally had to leave before I would be late to pickup my daughter. When I came back it was 3 hours after dropoff and I was told after waiting once again that the speaker and proximity sensor had been damaged during screen repair which apparently happens. They told me the part would arrive at their store at 4:00 pm and would be ready soon after that. I came back at 7:50 pm and was told the phone was still not ready since the replacement part had just arrived a few minutes prior to me coming. So I waited about 20 more minutes and then finally my phone was ready and thankfully the final employee I had contact with during the experience apologized for all I had been through and gave me 10% off my repair. Ultimately I would not recommend this store for phone repairs after this experience.

I had a great and easy experience with a screen replacement on a Samsung Galaxy. I dropped off in the evening and was ready after work the next day as promised. Expensive, but was worth it to be able to save what was on my phone!

I cracked my phone really badly and found this store online. I was able to make an online appointment and received $10 off the cost of fixing my screen. The staff were friendly and assited me with get my phone screen fixed the same day it cracked. I also got a new battery and screen protector, suggested by the staff. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Horrible experience, dropped iPad off for screen repair, they told me next day by 1 PM, I arrived next day to be told it wasn’t fixed and it would be another day, came in the next day, still wasn’t repaired. They called me a few hours later to let me know it was finished, I paid over the phone and sent my son to pick it up, when I got home I opened the bag and the screen was cracked in a different spot, when my wife called they said “well you signed saying it was good” unsat, unprofessional and do not reccomend

Very pleased with our experience in having an Apple Watch battery replaced. It did take a few days longer than anticipated, but that was due to a shipment of substandard batteries that they received and declined to use which we appreciated.

The repair went well, but since I had to replace the battery only a year after Batteries Plus replaced it the first time, I wasn’t happy. What made it worse I paid double the price that Apple was charging. Unfortunately Apple would not repair it because, dummy me used a non-Apple battery last year via Batteries Plus.

They were friendly and got my phone fixed quickly.
