Definitely not ordering from this joke of a place again. They blame carriers rather than themselves when they print out the wrong label. Customer service is non existent and a joke. They prefer you to email them, that alone should tell you about their customer service. Wish you could give zero stars.

Rock Bottom Golf coupons are a joke!!!!!! I signed up for text and email and they send me 10 things a day. However every time I try to purchase something with all the coupons they sent, they never work!!! 5% (code) SIGNUP doesnt work and the 15% (code) LABORDAY doesnt work either! They keep sending it in email blast so I emailed them because there is no Phone # and they said nothing in my cart qualifies????? It says on your whole order on the coupon!!!!!!!!! Its a scam!!!!!!! They tell you this just to get you to sign up so they can fill your text and email with junk mail! As for there price guarantee I can purchase them at my local golf shop here in Orlando, FL for 10.00 dollar less a club. Very disappointed in there customer service, false coupons and price match!!!! PS the person who emailed me back said there was nothing they could do for me. Great responds!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a wedge a month ago and waited for ti and when it was taking this long I inquired. After several days of waiting I was contacted and told they were looking into it. Well a few days go by and I ask what is going on AGAIN!! Well we lost your order and we now dont have any of these wedges.We have issued you a refund!! What Great CUSTOMER SERVICE.... LOL I will NEVER ORDER from here again and you were a good go to place to shop!!! Thanks for letting me wait a month to get NOTHING!!!!!!!

I received a nice Taylor Made 3 wood rather promptly that I ordered and it arrived in good condition. While I have not had a chance to play it on the golf course, I did hit some balls on the driving range. My standards for the grip were that it needed to be replaced with a new grip which allowed me to select the best grip for the size of my hands . All in all a good purchase, which was the second used club that Ive purchased from Rock Bottom.

Great selection for all things golf and even better prices. They only get 3 stars because of how awful their customer support/return policy is. One of the shirts I ordered was too big so I tried to exchange it for the correct size. First off their customer support department is absolutely awful and were very mean. They said they dont do exchanges even though they had the correct size in stock. Then I had to pay $10.00 to ship the shirt back and I had to buy the shirt again (at a higher price, I originally bought the one on sale) as well as pay ANOTHER $15.00 just to get that single shirt shipped. Very very very upset at the return/exchange process.

The Callaway golf shoes arrived promptly and were exactly as ordered. My only problem with the shoes was not Rock Bottoms problem. I have a very narrow size 14 foot and golf shoes are no longer commonly manufactured in size 14N. I have to get size 14 shoes in regular width and insert an inner sole to fit as well as I can in order to comfortably wear them.

The set of Calloway irons were just like new condition. I cannot wait to go use them. I ordered a putter excellent shape. Fast service. Both items in 3 days. I love Rock Bottom.

I was the Wedges were on sale for about 50 % off and I ordered them. Ive used them three or four times, and they are great. Last Friday I hit mu 60 degree wedge over a bunker on hole 18 and it went in for a birdie. Thanks so much.

The club was in rough shape cosmetically even though it was rated at very good. I’ve ordered from other sites where their “fair” rating was the same as this club. Shipping was good and the club seems ok so far, just disappointed in how rough it looks. Also the adjustments were left in odd settings instead of being reset to neutral before shipping. Probably won’t be back. 😕

Rockbottom has never let me down. As an above average golfer, I personally purchase an Ammo bag about once every 6 months just to have a few in the bag. The shipping is flawless the customer service is on point. Will continue to use this company as my go to for golf gear!

Despite my order being just before Xmas the Fairway wood arrived just after the New Year (New Zealand). It was well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. I have only used the Cleveland Launcher Fairway wood a couple of times but, when struck well it goes long. May now even consider their hybrid irons.

Well, Ill be a LOT more careful in the future. I received my order in good time. But, it wasnt what I had expected. My bad - since I relied on a single picture and made bad assumptions. I unwrapped the chipper, tested it for a few shots, didnt like it. But...of course, then I couldnt return it because it wasnt new any more. Three of four test shots and its mine to keep - or give away. Now, this wasnt an expensive item so, no real harm. But, my advice would be to be VERY careful with these guys.

I have always had good luck with rock bottom. However my last purchase has been horrible. They sent me a tracking number that never tracked. Now they have been giving me the run around for two days. Do not bother calling you will get put to voice mail they never answer. I guess if your stuff ships your fine. If not good luck with customer service you will need it. I would be very leery of purchasing any thing expensive from them with this kind of service. I am amending this I received an answer when the clubs arrive I will update. They settled very well I appreciate the response.

I ordered these clubs on Monday February 15th and they qualified for 2 Day shipping. So they should have been delivered by Wednesday February 17th. I was going to Florida on Friday the 19th. I wanted to take the new clubs with me. They didnt arrive until Friday evening February 19th. I was halfway to the beach by then. I realize things happen, but if 2 day delivery is one of your marketing tools you should at least make it close....I do love the clubs though.CJC

Im not necessarily a believer in the thought that a new pair of golf shoes can improve ones game but the first time my wife wore her new shoes, she absolutely killed both her driver and 3-wood the entire round for a career best score that was ten shots better than her previous best. Wednesday 2/3/21 I placed an order for a senior flex Tour Edge HL3 # Wood and 5 wood. I needed them for my round Saturday so I went ahead and paid 39.99 plus tax for overnight shipping soo I could have the clubs for my round Saturday. Box shows up Friday, no 3 wood included. I say OK mistakes can happen, Let me call them and square it away. Surprise surprise THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. You have to send a message and wait and hope. This is no way to do business.

I ordered a set of used irons, woods and a bag for a second home in Florida. Everything arrived promptly except the irons. A receipt in the delivered package said that my order was complete. I filed a complaint as no irons were in the order and the irons arrived within the week. I would prefer to speak to a human being when I call customer service to find the status of an order, but with Covid-19 I will give you a pass(this once). I am very happy with my purchase, the equipment is as described. I have placed several more orders with you since then and have had no further problems and once again I am happy with the price and quality of the merchandise. I would give you a 5 star rating except for the problem with my irons and that was most likely a misread on my part or a mistake in the phrasing on the bill invoice.
