Not really any parking, you have to camp in the middle turn line. They get backed up and can take hours. VERY tight dock, but they have the end docks for OTR drivers so we can straight back. Receiving guy was very nice and all the local drivers there are helpful and kind. If youre another woman and the kid sweeping hits on you after you make it clear you arent interested, tell the man with the beard, hell shut that DOWN. come with a full clock and dont plan to go far after.

Park in middle of street and walk to receiving office and ring the bell.Checked in at 7am for 8am appointment, got a door 7:45 and empty by 9am which is pretty good for a reefer load. They will CALL you when theres a door, they will also CALL you when the paperwork is ready.Cant believe a driver is complaining that they didnt take him 7 hours prior to his appointment time. Seriously its called an APPOINTMENT time for a reason. Do you also go to your doctors appointment 7 hours early?Bottom line, dont show up here hours prior to your appointment time.Dry load enter through 2nd gate and come around to the first gate and straight back.Reefer load enter through first gate pull around to the 2nd gate and back in.Not hard when you do it this way.

I should up several hrs early. My Appointment was for 5am local time. Took them forever to answer the window door bell. One staff saw me standing there for over 15 minutes and never said a word. Professionalism is lacking when it comes to customer care. If you do show up earlier, plan to park in the middle of road until they are ready for you.

Avoid the place at all costs... doesnt worth your driving record. They waste your time and dont allow on site parking so if you run out of HOS... good luck with the parking. They would take 5-6 hours only to offload half a trailer... bad bad place to deliver!!!

Very small and tight. Most of the time they will put you at the end so you can pull straight up into the street to get into the dock.No overnight parking. At all. Not really anyplace on the street but there are a couple truck stops within 5-10 miles.Had a 0630 appt. One guy was already in the door so I didnt get in the dock until 0700 but I was unloaded by 0740! Very fast and nice people here. Overall a good place, just small and tight.

Rudest people I’ve ever done business with in this area of the country. They’re disorganized, can’t make a schedule and stick remotely close to it and very unfriendly. If your a truck driver are shift burners and don’t care.

Appt.at 7:00 am. Checked in 6:45 am. Got me to the door at 10:00 am. Very tide indeed but they do have a way of backing up. If you have the first two doors, you will enter through the second gate and then exit through the first nose on the street . Then back up straight. If you have the last doors then you will enter through the first gate and exit gate 2 and then back up straight. Easy 3 minutes. Looks impossible but is not if you do it this way. Unloading was fast . They were waiting with the door open. I had full load. Took them about 30 min to unload .

Rudest people I’ve ever deal with they dont respect drivers HOS, we come on time for 8am delivery its now 12pm & didnt start unloading.

Do not come in more than 15 minutes before your appointment because this is a very small business with no parking. Park on the street walk over to the shipping/ receiving window and ring the bell and no they cant see you just standing there thats what the bell is for. If you have dry your probably gonna be in door 1 or 2 so its best to enter in gate 2 to make docking easier. If you have refrigerated youre going to probably be in door 8 so you need to enter in gate 1. They are pretty fast. I bring chicken up from Alabama and im usually out in 45 minutes.

Very small lot to deliver to. They have trucks line up in the middle of the street in a turning lane on a busy 2 lane highway which is illegal and dangerous. I dont see any restroom or porta-john to use either. Ive been here over 2 hours after being one-time for my appointment.

Alright so they didnt get 5 stars because of the lack of overnight parking and the small dock area. However, the dock is only as hard as you make it. If youre going to Door 1 or 2, drive to the 2ND gate and pull out of the 1st gate and straight line back. If youre going to doors 7 & 8, go through Gate 1 and out gate 2 and straight line back. (Gate one has stacks of pallets next to the fence).The Receiving window is to the left of Dock Door #1.Park in the center lane on Progress ave thats where everyone parks apparently. After you check in theyll call you for a door.I showed up at 1:30am for a 6am appt and got a door at 1:45am. I uploaded some photos to illustrate the area. Hope this helps.

Respectful receiving staff. Checked in 45 minutes earlier and got a door 15 minutes after. They started unloading at appointment time and was out of there in 40 minutes. Yes it is tight if you don’t enter from the right gate. Door 1 or 2 then enter at the last gate but if you get 7 or 8 then use the first gate. Receiving will more than likely tell you that as well. No overnight. Park on the middle lane at the street and check in. They will call you to give you a door.

Management is a joke and if you could see how nasty equipment and trucks that handle food are most companies would find a new provider. All Starbucks and chicken fil a in the 757 area get most of their food and supplies from them.

Tight backing yes. They do however have 3 docks reserved for OTR drivers, docks 1,2,8 are easy backs pending you pull through the correct gate. Super friendly lady in the receiving office. Unloading was super quick. Moment I popped my brakes they started unloading immediately. Light went green, 30sec later phone call for my finished paperwork. Little to no parking besides on the street but 10/10 would return for a delivery that efficient.

The situation at 11pm... sleeping in the road. For 5am appt.

Super friendly and helpful. These folks are always willing to help me out. Sometimes it can take a bit to pickup products, but the coffee plant across the street gives you pleasant aromas while you wait.

Park in turning(center) lane out on street. Walk up to receiving window and check in. They will call you about which door to get into. If assigned door #1-3 enter through the 2nd gate entrance so that you can round back out onto the street through the 1st gate entrance and any door past door #3 I would enter through the 1st gate entrance. Plenty of room to maneuver if you enter through the right gate. Nothing to panic over you’ll get backed in.... THEY WILL NOT START UNLOADING YOU UNTIL YOUR APPT TIME!!! I got here at 0705 for 0800 Appt and got a door at 0740 didnt feel movement in my trailer until 0803. I hate going to places like this they’re too cheap to buy the empty land nearby and use it for truck staging so we can get out of the road. SMH And then on top of that you want us to back in dock doors that share the same small parking lot that you use to stage your company trucks. 🙄

Prime drivers: show up with reefer full of fuel because owner told us that 99.9% of the loads delivering there are drops but prime gives appointment time. It is a drop. If you don’t show up with reefer full you get sent to truck stop like 5 miles away to fill it up and then come back. You end up dropping trailer in Penske next door. Have a few empties but the one for us had a flat and we had to wait awhile for loves to drive 60 miles to come to us.Other than that the people are so friendly and the owner even bought ice cream for me and my boyfriend. Would definitely love to come back. The lot is tight but we dropped trailer and took another so didn’t not have to deal with the backing in. If you are not a day cab they do not really like you trying to put the trailer in the door because of how small it is. No overnight parking either but pilot not to far with some spots and a loves 60 miles away. Would definitely come back.

Got me in door a few minutes after appointment time. Not the easiest place to get into nowhere to park over night or after other the middle of the road. Suffolk VA is not a truck friendly city. The small pilot with about 10 parking spots had to put up city ordered no overnight parking signs, at a truck stop. Lots of no truck signs every where. Quality Custom people at receiving where nice.

Surprisingly fast unloading and surprisingly friendly people for the East. Pretty tight lot and nowhere to park.

3:25 am its closed was told receiving starts at 1am. No one here . Tiny place . Not sure you could turn a bobtail around in the parking lot with all there trucks here..

The people were nice and friendly theres nowhere to park so dont show up too early for your appointment but they take entirely too long to unload and count

Park in middle of the street and go check in. In and out in 1 hour. No lumper fees. Lot is kind of tight. They put perishables in door 8 so you can get in and out without much trouble. I guess you could park in the middle of the street and go to sleep. When I got there around 1130pm there was a couple of trucks already parked in the middle of the street. I parked next door in somebody else lot. They was closed and nobody bothered me. I had a 530appt. I was out of there before they opened.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE GOING ON HOMETIME AFTER. They will not let you BT out. Tight as hell. Cannot get onto street. You have to park in the middle of the street, walk bills over to office. Inconvenience check in lady and yard dog by asking them to do their job.

This is unorthodox, having to park out here in the middle of the road. You cant blame the driver. This place is way too small for this many trucks waiting to get in.
