Rob and his IT team are very professional and responsive to our needs. It is a quick email or phone call to start the process to get help. They are very knowledgeable. It is a huge plus that they are able to walk you through any errors, even if it is user error. They keep you updated on their progress. Our office has struggled in the past to find quality IT support that is both knowledgeable and at the same time not priced in the $1000s monthly for a small dental practice. Not only do we have remote managed support within minutes after placing a ticket during business hours, but if the issue can not be handled remotely, Rob our local service tech will come out the same day and fix the issue. He checks in periodically after the weekly scheduled maintenances are performed to report any concerns that come up or to make suggestions to help run our daily business smoother.
