Very rude and unprofessional!!!! DO not use this company!!!! I called the number on the truck to report a distracted driver and it was the guy driving. When I asked him to please pull off the road and let traffic go (he was doing 20 in a 35 while using his phone, I could see him in the mirror) he flipped out on me because a customer didnt show up. He yelled go find a cop to pull me over this looked like the owner to me. My husband was almost killed by a distracted driver years ago and our life has never been the same. A no show is no reason to act like that.

GREAT and LOCAL business!this place is a local business that has been operating for about 20 years now. The owner shows great pride in his work and is very understanding and passionate when it comes to his customers needs. He is willing to go above and beyond for any customer now matter how big or small the job is. I started using him based off his reviews minus that biased one by KIMBERLY CRAIN. Clearly you can tell that it is very petty, unprofessional, and childish, for her to post something about that. Personally after reading her review I started to question if everything she was saying was even true or if it was a personal matter. sounds like she was running late to work and was trying to speed. It is hard to keep small local businesss running these days and one bad review that has nothing to do with the customer service given at this fine establishment, can really hurt and deter people away. I ask that you not take what she said into consideration. I think that it was great that he was going slow in a school zone, it shows that he values childrens lives. I cannot, however, say the same for her. The owner has a very calming attitude even when things go wrong on the job like when R.E Michaels delivered him the wrong furnace that we needed. He handles things in a very appropriate and professional way as most people should. If you call him and speak to him yourself you will find that he is a very amicable gentleman to deal with. GIVE HIM A CALL and I guarantee you will be amazed.

We have used Bennets Creek HVAC for our last two homes. The installs went pretty smooth and they went out of thier way to make sure we were happy. No body came close when it came to competive quotes.

Very quick to respond in time of need. Doesnt it always happens, your furnace (heater) goes on the blink on the coldest day of the year? We had a technician from another HVAC from Virginia Beach come and work on it at first ($600 there), and then said the whole control system had to be replaced and quoted a LARGE replacement cost. Not to mention they didnt have the part and it would take a few days. I called Bennetts Creek H/AC and they were here the same day I called them and fixed the WHOLE problem for less than $300 on that same day!Darlene & Dave GengelSuffolk, VA
