Great company! We came home from a long weekend away to find our septic alarm going off, and Jonathan got back to us in about a half a minute when I reached out even though it was 7pm on Labor Day. They were out this morning, took care of the issue professionally and quickly, and was great at explaining what had happened. Top notch and we wont use anyone else from now on!

Fairbank Septic is by far the best septic company I have worked with. Jonathan is kind, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in terms of service. When we had an issue last week at 8pm he happily offered to come over (it was not an emergency so we told him it could wait). The next morning he was at my front door at 7am and had the issue fixed within 20 minutes. He cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I highly highly recommend!

Unfortunately my suspicions were correct, but FORTUNATELY, I called Jonathan. The several more established companies Id called were not interested in helping anytime soon.Jonathan fit me within an hour (despite my calling at the very tail end of the day with vague suspicions) and saved us big time. Wed have been in trouble if wed waited longer. Jonathan was booked to clean out septic.I have 2 covers at grade and was surprised to find him digging up a section of my lawn, however upon questioning this Jonathan explained that there was another chamber, the filter chamber, that could only be accessed via its own access hole. He promptly found the access cover, which previous septic cleaning companies had failed to do, He pulled out and cleaned filter unit, which was extremely dirty as it hadn’t been cleaned for at least 7 years!Also, when removing concrete cover to filter chamber it was evident that cover had deteriorated/was crumbling and needed replacing. Jonathan called his office and had Jay come out within 40mins with replacement cover, and extension collar to bring replacement cover to grade level for easy access.Both Jonathan and Jay were very knowledgeable about the septic system, thorough, courteous and efficient-will definitely be using Fairbanks for septic services in the future!

Highly recommend. Jonathan was very polite and professional when I reached out to him in a little jam. Originally had Windriver scheduled, over a month ago. When they didn’t show I called to inquire and was advised that they needed to reschedule. They didn’t even call! When I spoke with Jonathan he advised that he had an inspection that day not too far from my house. Said that while he was booked for the next three weeks, he could fit me in and would be there in an hour. (I told him I had already dug the hole and it was expected to get very cold later in the week) 1 hour later he showed up. Imagine, a service provider showing up when they said they would!! He cleaned the tank, inspected it, asked us to flush toilets to make sure it was flowing correctly. Candidly, none of this was ever done with Windriver in Hudson. I would go out of my way to recommend Fairbanks Septic

We needed to do a Title 5 inspection and pumping. I could not believe how responsive Jonathan was! He returned my initial inquiry within hours, and was extremely good at explaining the process and answering questions. Fairbank septic were very responsive and did a quick and tidy job for my septic pumping. They were the first company to carefully remove and replace my sod rather than leave me with a pile of dirt. Brought me through the details of my system and gave us some good tips on how to ensure our system remains healthy and in good working order.

We recently had our septic tank pumped and then a small repair done by Fairbank Septic Pumping. For both, Jonathan was friendly and professional. Looking at our lawn, you wouldnt even know that two patches had been dug up. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions about the repair and the overall functioning of the septic tank. I highly, highly recommend Fairbank Septic. I called them on Christmas day and explained the situation with waste water overflowing the shower and toilets. He came out quickly and did a great job. He replaced a clogged filter and pumped the septic. He explained things very well, was thorough, professional, and very friendly. And his price was very reasonable, especially for Christmas day. It was less than half of what another company (Wind River) quoted me.
