I was there today at 1:00. One staff showed up after lunch or rest havinh her mask under her chin. She walk around for few minutes, talking to her colleague. Her colleague did not ask her about mask. I had no choice. I kindly and politely notified her that her mask is not is a right position. She did not like it and said: “I know, I am going to ware it”. She waited for another minute then pot it on. I am so angry. Literally people are dying from COVID every day. You are responsible. Its too bad that another lady also talk to her and did not say anything. Being careless at this time is not forgivable.
Totally understaffed. Its less than a week until Christmas, its 9AM and there is only one person behind the counter. She is very nice, but they need more people!There is also no stamp machine so you have to wait in atrocious lines just to mail a card.
Dont waste your time only ever have 1 teller... 30 min wait every trip
I rarely give post offices good reviews--normally the staff is slow at best, rude st worst, and the lines are always long. But the staff at this post office is fast, very friendly, and very helpful! I do wish they had a self-service kiosk like some larger post offices do--that would definitely help speed things up when things are busy.
Rarely do I post negative reviews but honestly you’re better off going to Marlborough since that’s all they ever tell you do at this location and make things more difficult than they have to
Thus is the only post office I know in Massachusetts that emails you when you get mail delivered to your post office box......I have 6 post office boxes around Massachusetts, and this is the best service of them all.

I will. NOT use post office again, once again they lost a package, a gift I mailed to family .I will spend more and got to UPS store! 😏
Every time a delivery of a package for my business is scheduled on a Saturday I get a notification saying that the delivery was attempted and the business was closed, it has happened multiple times, we open early on Saturdays and we are waiting for an important package and then we get the email notification that says that the delivery was attempted and the business was closed...
