Very friendly, but most importantly they did a great job on our clothes!!

There should be some kind of “aging” on these reviews. Just because someone SIX YEARS AGO sent a truck away 90 minutes early shouldn’t knock stars off of Holly’s ratings. I’ve tried at least 8 dry cleaners in the Sudbury / Marlborough / Framingham area, and this is by FAR the best one in the area. Others have chemically damaged garments, and consistently cracked buttons. If you have any clothing that you have invested in, Holly’s will take care of it, not just launder it.

The young woman that manages this location is a breath of fresh air to the service industry. We have become accustomed to sub par service at most places. No one goes above and beyond anymore...they barely provide the bare minimum and its served with thinly masked negativity. This woman makes you feel like she is truly honored to be helping you. She follows through with my, somtimes, complicated requests for cleaning and makes sure that I get them back the way I want them. A joy to converse with as well. Sudburys Jewell.

I was promised same day service if I brought my clothes in before 9:30 am. At 9:05, I was told that I was not able to get same day service that day because the van had left already (before 7:30). It was extremely important for me to get these clothes dry cleaned today and I think it is bad business practice to quote a customer a price and timeline for services and then not be able to deliver.
