If you want a headache then buy your next car here! Non stop issues from beginning to end when it should’ve been a straight forward transaction from the moment I walked in. I love my car but never again will I be coming here. No one has any idea what’s going on and you get different answers from every person. It’s almost like everyone is brand new and they don’t know how to communicate with each other. Car buying should be exciting and this was far from it, I think I got gray hair from these people.

I have spent over a week going to over a dozen dealerships and I will tell you this is the best place to go bu far!! They were straight up from the beginning and didn’t waste my time like all the other places. They told me what they could do and they did exactly that. They worked tirelessly to get me an exceptional apr and I am very grateful I gave them a chance!! I will be a repeat customer for life!!! Thank you!!

Was traveling from out of state when my car broke down. Ryan and the service supervisor agreed to squeeze me in to do what was a pretty time consuming job. I usually have my Landrover serviced in NY where they haven’t cleaned my car in years. When I arrived to pick up the car, the service workers were still wiping the windows. It looked sparkling clean and the ride hasn’t been this smooth in about five years. They made a painful situation easy to deal with. Very appreciative!

My service experience at Jaguar Land Rover Sudbury was exceptional. Technical/mechanical things aside, receiving great customer service alone solves 90% of the problem right off the bat. Never been to this dealership, so it was a completely new experience. A bit of an urgent situation and Jessica from the service desk was able to accommodate a much-needed last-minute appointment. My advisor was Jorge, whom I could not thank enough. His professionalism, courtesy and swift communication offered me a great sense of trust and relief. I don’t have the fanciest of cars as my 11 year-old Range Rover definitely needed some work, but Jorge’s white-glove service made me feel highly valued. He cared about my way home and offered a loaner car for the downtime. Made sure that the loaner and my own car were cleaned and sanitized throughout. Daisy at the service desk was incredibly kind and helpful as well. Last but certainly not least: the mechanical fix - the technicians did exactly what needed to be done and she’s back driving just as strong and smooth as ever. First experience with Herb Chambers Jag/LR team, and it was a terrific one. Thanks a million for your help, Jessica, Jorge, Daisy and the guys in the back.

Great team all around!From salesman, sales manager, and finance manager. All were very professional and very knowledgeable. 5 star treatment.Showed up Sunday 10 mins after they closed, only to be helped by salesman and manager who insisted to drive a few vehicles we had liked. We even offered to come back the next day knowing it was Sunday and they wanted to go home, they insisted to stay and help.Picked out our vehicle, signed half the paper work. Got a call at lunch time on Monday with great news (and a great rate) to come pick up the car.Fastest deal ever done.Gained a customer for life.

Sarah was very helpful setting up my appointment for a test drive and sending information to start the buying process online before heading to the dealership. When I got there, the car I went to see was parked out front, ready for the test drive.I was greeted by Steve, who quickly got me behind the wheel of an F-PACE, and then made quick work of the paperwork when I decided to buy it. Lawrence was available and helpful throughout the process, and continues to be after sale.I got a fair value for my trade in, and Keith was very professional wrapping up the financial side of things.Because I live in NH, they delivered the car to me, and we met right at the town hall so we could process the title application and registration. Couldnt have been any easier or more convenient.An overall great car buying experience.

After going to two separate Land Rover dealerships I walked into Land Rover Sudbury. When I arrived my wife, my child, and I were warmly greeted upon arrival. David introduced himself and took care of us. The vehicle I was interested in was waiting up front and ready for me to test drive. My test drive went well and we talked business. There was no haggling back and forth. I told David what I wanted and he made it happen. My family and I were in and out of the dealership in 2 1/2 hours with a fair deal. David took care of the paperwork and delivered the vehicle to me in NH the next day. The entire staff at Land Rover Sudbury are professional and understand the needs of their customers. Would highly recommend this dealership if you’re interested in a Range Rover.

I bought a Land Rover 5.0 4 years ago this month. I paid 30,000 with 60, 000 miles. Added warranty for 2400. I’ve been the dealer 7 times. Insurance cost for repairs 26,000 dollars. I have a repair scheduled next week a weak before my warranty ends. The dealer said this car had a good history and serviced there. They claim every thing was looked over. The repairs on a Landrover is ridiculous. Don’t buy a. Range Rover . And definitely don’t buy here. Mercedes next for me!

And was great and the sales process was the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. Car was ready for us to take on a test drive as soon as we arrived. Price negotiations were painless and open and honest. Then the financing and paperwork process was fast and easy. From arrival, through negotiating, to signing paperwork, the entire process took just 2 hours. I’ve spent more time negotiating with other dealerships! This was a total 5 star experience.

We purchased Land Rover Discovery Sport at Jaguar Land Rover Sudbury about 5 weeks ago. The Sales person name Neil was quite professional and helpful. However, We had a terrible experience after the sale. I thought this dealership was reputable and honest after being in Business for long period of time. The vehicle we purchased was being shipped overseas and as such they shouldnt have charged a Sales TAX of 6.25%, since the vehicle is not going to be registered at all in the country. I have dealt with so many dealership and car Vendors in the state of Massachusetts who does good and sincere business and also understands the the law and the ethics of the car buying and selling business. Honestly, We were very disappointed on.We tried to talk to the Sales Manager who intern gave us a flimsy excuse and totally refused .finding out that they had charged us state taxesout that. Be very careful if youre conducting business with theis dealership as their after sales experience is very terrible and frustrating. Once they take your Money they dont care about the customer anymore.

Honest / trustworthy service. I came to this dealership after a horrible experience with another (unrelated) Land Rover dealership in NH. I had been told I needed four new brakes and rotors by a local mechanic but Jorge in Service was able to quickly and expertly assess my vehicle and had me in and out at half the expected cost replacing only two brakes and rotors. I will definitely be back to Land Rover Sudbury for my service and sales needs going forward. Thanks also to Aya for her great leadership and client service!

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!I had an 11:30am service appointment today with Tom and technician Pablo to get my Range Rovers check engine light looked at. This appointment was made 3 WEEKS AGO.Im a father of 3 children, with multiple businesses to run, so it is very difficult for me to find time to get my vehicle serviced and to be absent of my SUV. When I had originally spoken with service advisor Tom, the plan was to bring it in today so there would be no wait time.Unfortunately, I was not able to go to the appointment myself due to other commitments, so I had my assistant go for me. I get a call from her, telling me there is a 5 DAY WAIT.While I understand that we cannot predict the future, a call or email would have been nice. I am not sure if they are just very disorganized, or trying to be sly, hoping their customers wont mind when they show up for their service appointment, but either way it is VERY poor business practice.It is not only wasting my time, it is taking away time from my assistant and my businesses. I know that if I am ever running behind schedule with my customers I always let them know ahead of time.It is very hard to believe the google ratings of this dealership. I wouldnt be surprised if they bought/bribed them from their customers, or if it was just friends/family writing them.This will be going to land rover as well!!!

We tried to replace an ending lease (definitely motivated to buy) but couldnt negotiate with them. They repeatedly stated that their markups are not like BMW/Mercedes but yet the cars are more expensive. There was no attempt to call us and they were simply not motivated to sell. Worst of all, when we returned the expired lease (we got the car from there), we were made to sign a store form claiming that they were not responsible to anything that happens to the car in their possession. The store manager was aggressive and argumentative and suggested not leaving the car there.

Frank was the single most disrespectful service “professional” I have encountered in my life.I went for a walk while waiting for my vehicle to be finished and to my dismay I witnessed a car being cleaned with a power washer in the back parking lot.I wasn’t surprised when my car came back with paint chipped off it in multiple locations including the Range Rover lettering on the hood.When I raised the issue frank threatened not to repair the damage and denied the power washing I had just witnessed with my very eyes. I saw it on the back corner of the building nearest the road, right next to a drain.Frank was confrontational and threatening. When I mentioned the power washing he started to walk away and said he wouldn’t repair the vehicle. I don’t know how this man could be a service manager and I suggest the location find themselves a new one. He threatened not to repair items under warranty and my car came back with a nail in the tire...They ultimately charged me for the tire and after pandering to their service manager frank, repaired the damaged lettering, but not a paint chip around my front parking sensor. I couldn’t bring myself to even bother to have my car fully restored to the condition it previously was before I brought it there. The second picture has yet to be repaired. You can actually still see the water from the wash on it. I took these at the dealership right away as I was shocked the damage was so obvious to my front end. The nail in the tire was “found” when they were repairing the damage to the lettering, they repaired it and charged me without consent.

This is more of a question then a review since I live outside the USA and have never been to this part of the USA on my 3 previous trips so far in my lifetime. Knowing that your dealership is undergoing renovations to have the new JLR arch concept look for the showroom building when will the work be finished and the Google 360 degree showroom and street view photographs be updated so we can see this new building via the internet outside the USA? and if in the future I visit the USA again post Covid-19 I would love to come and visit your dealership to have a look around since I love Range Rovers so much.

Our experience did not start off positive note with the Sales Advisor Max, I will never give him my business. Max was extremely rude and condescending to my wife to the point I was walking out the door in disbelief.However, the new GM heard the conversation between Max and my wife and the GM immediately stepped in shock about what Max had said and how he was treating us and genuinely wanted to do everything he could to try to find an alternative vehicle for us, and profusely apologized.The GM saved the day and we worked with an EXCELLENT Sales Advisor named Amr Eissa. Amr was a new Sales Advisor who truely has a passion for cars and his job. He answered all our questions and through the team effort of the GM and Amr, rather than purchasing a Range Rover Sport, we drove off the lot with a beautiful full size Range Rover instead. Amr went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and has continued to help us after the purchase in ordering additional accessories. Thank you Amr!!!The dealership is a little on the small side and after reading other reviews people have had mixed experiences. It appears Sudbury has pulled in some new good Sales Advisors and the experience is drastically improved.If you are interested in a Land Rover or Jag, I would immediately find Amr for his service and his alone. I called Steve in parts for a tow-hook panel for my Range Rover Sport HSE. Steve was very helpful on the phone an said, “Let me get my hands on it” (He was checking to see if he had it in stock) which he did.He directed me to speak to George a service advisor (who also was awesome). I came in he put it on this morning, which they did quickly and professionally. Wow!!! (AM I ON EARTH?). I purchased my vehicle from Herb Chambers and didn’t go there because there was a Land Rover Dealership in Peabody, one town away. I never get this type of service at the dealership near my home. I will definitely be going to Land Rover of Sudbury for now on. I would to thank Steve and George for all their help this morning for getting my great vehicle back in shape. My experience with Range Rover began with the former management which allows me to understand the negative reviews I see. However, the new management has completely turned the car buying/maintaining experience around from top to bottom.My previous experience was so terrible and everything was handled so poorly. However, the new manager clearly wants excellence at every corner and he achieves that. The staff has had many changes which have resulted in consistently kind, helpful, timely responses and handling of any and all issues.When I first purchased my car, I was ready to tell people to go anywhere but here. However, now I encourage anyone I know to try out Range Rover Sudbury. I had a very unique situation and it was handled perfectly by management. Mike Knox is a genuine, compassionate, and hardworking manager who wants you to have the best possible experience. He spoke to me the way you’d speak to someone you care about. Keith is my hero. I had been given the run around by the Manager at the Collision Center (not Land Rover Sudbury) that had done work on our Land Rover. Long story short, we had the vehicle at the Collision Center for a roof glass repair and in the process of putting the headliner back in they forgot to plug everything back in, which caused the AC to not work in the 2nd and 3rd rows of the vehicle. We realized the issue when our poor dog was complaining in the back during a long care ride. I took the car back to the collision center the next business day to take a look at the issue, and ultimately the Manager gave me a lot of push back indicating that it was not their fault and they could not fix the issue unless I could prove it was their fault. The sent me to Land Rover Sudbury, and frankly I am glad he did. Keith in the Service department immediately knew what the issue was as I explained the situation – the repair shop had missed a plug in the top left side under the headliner. He had it fixed within 30 minutes and they wanted to know if they could bring it through the wash for me. AMAZING. Keith jumped at the opportunity to fix the issue and went above and beyond to ensure I was not only satisfied with the work but was thoughtful in how he could demonstrate additional value. We will continue to be loyal customers of Land Rover Sudbury for years to come because of this level of dedication to the customer. Thank you so much!

I have purchased over 25 cars in my life and without a doubt the best dealership and the best staff, from the General Manager, through my Sales associate to the service department is FAR and AWAY the best at Herb Chambers Land Rover/Jaguar in Sudbury, MA. I have settled in and purchased my last 5 vehicles from this dealership and they all have made it simple, reasonable and stress free. Dave Melkonian, who I have now purchased 5 cars from is genuine! There are no games played. The numbers are the numbers and the deal is done. AND Dave continues on past the handshake to make sure the little details are not missed. The General manager Michael Knox as well personally delivered his business card to me as well and invited any issues or questions to be addressed personally. The business office was not a high pressure add on fest. Brian does the necessary finance research, offers you some suggested options and accepts without pressure whatever you are comfortable with. As long as this staff is in place, I will continue my purchases at this dealership

Update... The response below by the general manager has provided no help. After giving a list of issues and a week there was no response until I reached back out. The response like the vehicle looks good but ultimately has many issues.Sales were great but with a 2021 RR Sport with 2 bad keys and severe delays in parking sensor and all infotainment and entertainment inputs having a severe delay the best they could do is a month because covid pushed back the loaner cars. Had the same issues in my 2008 I guess my fault and shouldnt have bought again.

My schedule service on January 18th for a check engine light on my Range Rover Sport HSE was a pleasant experience from the start to finish. The Range Rover Evoque loaner was clean and nice to drive. We purchased our Range Rover at Herb Chambers and drive the extra 75 minutes instead of 10 minutes away to Land Rover of Peabody. Tom, the Service Advisor was very helpful and professional. Herb Chambers always hits the mark and gets you back or the road very quickly. When our vehicle was ready, it looked like it was not only washed but waxed. Very happy we chose Herb Chambers Sudbury. Met with Levon this past weekend and bought out first Land Rover! From the moment we started speaking with him we knew he had our families best interest in mind and we immediately got to the test drives. Mind you, it was POURING rain and despite that, he took us on 4 test drives and worked as had as he could to find us the perfect fit for out budget and for our family. I feel as though I threw away $1600.The ventureshield installers left me very dissatisfied and the dealership seems to be unwilling to take ownership of the terrible partner they have isntalling products on customers cars.Here is a breakdown of what Ive gone through so far.Have been in 3 times to get venture shield fixed1st visit (4+ hours) :Initial schedule after purchase :1. Letters on hood were not cleaned properly and shield was installed anyways2. Trimming of the shield was horrible and dirt was getting stuck in rear bumper and front bumper. I figured for $1600 they would remove the bumper and wrap it properly instead of use a terrible sticker template.2nd visit (4+ hours) : came back to fix the hood.1. Tech noticed front bumper was installed completely wrong so I waited while both were completely redone. (basically my first visit over again)2. During this appointment the side view mirror was ruined and had to be replaced due to the use of the wrong chemical (see photos)2a. I was offered a repaint of my existing mirror to which I said absolutely not.3. They gave me a loaner car while they came up with a plan to fix. This is super inconvenient as I live in Boston and do not have assigned parking but rather a resident sticker so I had to pay for parking for the day which was terrible.3rd visit : Returned with loaner and everything looked ok upon pickup1.Got back home and after the first rain the front bumper stared to peel and collect dirt again.Since my third visit weeks ago, I’ve been calling 1-2 times a week trying to get an answer on this with no resolution.I was told that the vendor wants me to come into the dealership to take a look at it to which I dont feel I should have to as they have field service reps who Id be more than happy to show my car to if they come to my home (Ive also sent photos and videos to the service department).Ive left Keith Burns (their business manager) 2 voicemails with no response after being handed off by the Service department as they just schedule the install appointments and have no relationship with the vendor.What Im looking for as a resolution :1. Id like a full refund for the product I purchased that has not been up to industry standards from the day I left the dealership.2. I dont mind if the vendor wants to take the product off, thatd be understandable so when people ask me whats on your front bumper I dont have to throw their brand under the bus anymoreThank you.

Rick from sales was great, Had the car ready to be shown upon my arrival and was very pleasant to talk to. However, the dealer needs to work on transparency in their process. The sales person is the only reason why I am giving the place the rating of 4 stars. I did not buy the car I went to see after an hour drive there and I would never return and would not recommend anyone I know to go there either. Herb Chambers is a very successful business man, that store failed to explain to me why he has this much success. Sorry.
