Horrible experience for us and everyone we know. Once you pay they could care less about you being happy, proper and friendly installs, proper updates on back ordered items… nothing… just rude employees who don’t care, screen calls for unhappy customers and give you excuse after excuse. We wanted to keep our business local and what a big mistake that was. Don’t waste your time or money here.
We worked with Chris Iatrou from order to delivery. Chris was dedicated to helping us complete our set of appliances as quickly as possible. With a global pandemic interrupting appliance manufacture down to distribution, Chris returned our phone calls, always. Kept us honestly informed about the status of our delivery, which was delayed for several months and followed up with us to be sure we were happy. Jetson offered great pricing and selection and their delivery service is unparalleled. Their staff installed our very large appliances without incident, wore masks with each delivery, of which there were 3, and were completely respectful each and every time.We will need new washer and dryer next and Chris, well be coming for you:-)!
Recently I purchased a refrigerator from Jetson. Allwas well until I had a house full of company and the ice maker failed. Well, I called Jetson and a few days later I had the pleasure of meeting Dave. What a credit to the company this technician is! He was on time, pleasant and solved the problem within a few minutes. He is a wonderful representative of the company as well as an excellent asset. Though I hope not to have any further issues, if I do, I hope Dave is my technician. I will also use Jetson for all my appliance needs. I highly recommend them
Jared, a service technician, was just at the house to find a leak associated with my washing machine. He was thorough, professional and took his time to figure out the problem. He went the extra mile. Also the service department was prompt in sending him out. I am very pleased and wanted to share.
I have never seen such a dysfunctional service department. You can never get them to answer the phone. When you leave a message, they never call back. It has been 8 weeks waiting to get my dishwasher fixed. I finally get an appointment and they no show. Waited all day with no phone call, no service technician, nothing! I have done my last business with Jetsons
Worst customer service Ive dealt from any company. And its not just this location. We purchased new 6 appliances- so basically our entire house at one time - from this company is boy we are regretting that decision. Try getting them to return your phone call, it doesnt happen. Theyve set up delivery for us twice and then called us back to tell us that they promised the appliance to someone else.... TWICE! The complaints go on and on and we who spent over 10 grand in this store. Forget the way theyll treat you if youre looking to only spend a few hundred.
Purchased a washer/dryer this past weekend from Jetson. Salesperson, Rob Clark, was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend. Also the delivery team led by Ellge and his assistant Dexter were super. Ellge was polite, professional, and had an eye for details. Nothing was left undone. All machines were undamaged, tested, and explained. Made sure they were balanced and aligned with each other. Highly recommend..!!! Good job, Guys...
We recently purchase two appliances from Jetson in Stuart. We were very pleased with the ease of working with them, especially Chris who happened to assist us with our purchases. In both cases the appliances were available and delivered on time or earlier than promised!! The thing I loved the most was it being a one stop shop, store, delivery, removal of old unit and installation. They were meticulous with how they brought in and set up or removed the appliances. They were communicative, friendly, clean and efficient.......and they wore masks!! In both cases the installers were quick and knew exactly what they were doing!! I would not hesitate to use Jetson for any other needs that we may have for appliances for our home.
Paid for appliances in advance so that when remodeling project was ready the appliances would be available. Paid early January 21 and appliances were in the warehouse. Called middle of February to confirm date, no problem. Delivery set for early March opps we sold your washer and dryer to someone else. Going to be several weeks MAYBE before we get more. Lost our remodeling guys now for several weeks and was offered $50/machine for my trouble. Going to laundromat now. Second delivery never showed and not even a call. Still waiting........ 3.17.2021 Could have bought last week at Best Buy but trying to buy local as your web page says.Your response is noted below with exception of fact that when I paid for them in January they were in the warehouse and would be held for us since we paid in full. FYI today is now 3.22.2021 and no machines, they are still on the truck I guess?
Dont believe the reviews. They are writing their own. Worse customer service ever. Never call or get int touch. Do not problem solve or follow through. Use another appliance company!
I was helping my friend move and Jetsons was bringing in some appliances, The two movers that were helping were so helpful and so awesome. Best experience I’ve ever had.
I own four homes and I have always purchased my appliances from Jetsons I believe in using the small local companies. Well I think my opinion is changing.My oven is locked in the on position since last night. It is hot. I can tell you I was afraid to sleep last night. I called this morning and I spoke to a lovely woman named Sue, she did everything in her power to get someone to come out here but no one can come for two weeks. I have spent thousands of dollars on appliances at this store. So I have to live without a stove with the breaker off for two weeks. I don’t recommend this store anymore, they are only interested in the sale, once they sell you that appliance they don’t care about the service or any problems that come along. I am so disappointed in this company.
My TV under warranty had issues. Seymour in service jumped right on it and the issue required a replacement TV. He directed me to the store in stuatt and I spoke with Chris the manager. He was awesome to work with and helped me get an even better TV and delivery the following day. Great team of people there. Highly recommend!

I would recommend buying elsewhere. Their serviceDept. is a clown show. Over 2 months to get an iceMaker repaired they could care less how longIt takes. They have no problem taking your money forThe extended plan, but when it’s time for them toHold up their part of the contract their service isA disaster to put it mildly.
We highly recommend Tim B. To assist you with your appliance choices. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and even a quick responder to find an answer from the Kitchen Aid representative. He was very efficient and we were given a quote immediately via email as requested. He beat the big box store pricing and becasue of our experience, we will look Tim up again and/or refer him to friends and family.
Thanks to Chris Iatrou for the best service and assistance with my purchase of an oven, cooktop and washer/dryer. I would probably still be wandering from store to store if I did not have his advice and knowledge to help me with my purchases. It was definitely worth the 30 minute ride to get such good advice. I highly recommend Jetson Appliance.
HAD A NEW TV INSTALLED YESTERDAY. THE MEN WHO INSTALLED IT WERE VERY POLITE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EFFICENT. THEY EXPLAINED THE CONTEROLLER, HOW IT WORKED AND HOW TO USE IT. THEY ALSO SET THE TV UP WITH ALL THE CHANNELS I WANTED.

I noticed they have two pins on google maps and not everyone is seeing all reviews.Definitely go anywhere else, installer left gas leak under outside grill which could have blown up if I turned it on and killed someone. Put a nice screw through my brand new cabinet installing my fridge which would have sliced a hand or arm open. Ordered a part on Friday, says it will be in on Monday or Tuesday, I leave 3 messages starting on Tuesday, goes on vacation for 15 days. No word back. Thanks, thanks allot!
These people are very confident that they have the market cornered — confident enough to completely blow off their customers once an order is delivered. We bought a full Thermador kitchen set, we specified the handles that we wanted to Robert, but apparently it was not reflected in our contract. We werent that familiar with the names of the handle styles and it was our oversight at the end of the day. However, the installers told us that the handles could be switched out, so we went ahead with the install since we can NEVER get ahold of anyone at Jetson unless theyre collecting payment. We called multiple times about the handles and got no response. When we finally got ahold of Mr. Walshs secretary — even thought we offered to pay for the new handles — she hid behind the contract rather than trying to work it out with us. Apparently because the dishwasher was already installed, despite what the installers told us, they would not change it out. This kitchen was a huge expenditure for us, I will never understand the business model of companies that treat customers like this. Apparently, they sell four or five of these kitchen sets a day, so they dont need to give AF.If you go with them, check every single thing on your order specs. Although theyre great talkers, theyre not great listeners and they will not work with you if somethings off.
How are you going to force a customer to take delivery on an order, even though they tell you their house is under renovation and arent ready for delivery? Then, when the customer notices a scratch on their glass top, youll replace the glass top but not the stove? 30 mins to exchange the stove or 2 hours to replace the cooktop. Inconvenience 8/10
New wall mount Tv... installed and the following week a new dishwasher.... salesman and installers did a great job.. same price as the bug boys... keep it local!!
Worst appliance service Ive ever dealt with. We purchased a VERY expensive Jenn Air gas range from their premium appliance store. The salesman was very unfriendly and terrible to deal with during the ordering process. Once we got the range we immediately had a problem. First of all, the drip tray was missing and the range made a loud buzzing noise once warmed up. Their service tech stated that the noise was common and ordered a new fan module for it. Also ordered the drip tray. A couple weeks later, the fan was installed and the noise was gone. Unfortunately, they ordered the wrong part for the drip tray. A couple weeks later, the range started blowing a ton of air out the front vent for no apparent reason so I called service. They came out and said it was normal even though it had never done that before. A couple weeks later, I noticed the flames on the burners were mostly yellow/orange which means the burners are burning too rich (not enough air) and the bottoms of our pots and pans were getting covered with soot. Their tech came out and tried to say that was normal. They also brought the wrong part yet again for the drip tray. At this point, I looked the drip tray up online and gave him the CORRECT part number and told him I needed to see a manager about the flames. A week or so later, the tech and his manager showed up to look at the range and would you believe it? They actually had the correct drip tray! The manager tried telling me the flames were ok even though I showed him in the Jenn Air manual that they should NOT be yellow and orange. They tinkered with the range and finally left saying that they needed to order some parts. Unfortunately, the next day we tried using the oven and as soon as it was lit it started stinking up the house. Their tinkering must have caused another problem and now the oven was unusable! This is when I called Jenn Air customer service. The next day, I got a call from Jenn Air and they were apologizing all over the place for the inconvenience. They told me that the range should have been replaced immediately rather than repeatedly fixed. They offered to replace the range or give me my money back. We opted for a replacement but after waiting almost 8 weeks we gave up and took them up on their offer to give us our money back.Bottom line, Jenn Air stood behind their product but at this point I was over them and Jetson. We purchased a replacement (different brand) from Rosners down in West Palm and we are loving it!
We needed to replace our microwave and range,so we went to Jetsons in Stuart. The GE microwave was in stock and we took it home. The GE range, we had to wait for. The microwave and range were matching with stainless steel, they look great in the kitchen.The Jetson delivery crew were fantastic! They were neat and clean. Dray and Miguel took greatcare to protect the floor and set up the new range. They made sure that the range was level and gave it a test drive to insure that everything was in working order, cleaned up and left.Our experience with Jetsons was great. Chris was excellent with the sale and the follow up and the delivery guys were great! When we need to replace the fridge, we are going to Jetsons!!!
We just had Seymore here for a TV installation and I have to say he was wonderful, patient, helpful, anbd the installation went very smoothly. We have been dealing with Jetsons and Ron Flint has been our go-to salesman, who is so well informed on the products and made the buying experience so pleasant.. You are fortunate to have two guys like these 2 on your staff!
Kudos to Jetsons appliances. My 20 year old oven door was stuck. I had their repair man here and he couldnt get it open either. He suggested a new stove, as to get it unhinged, would require braking the glass door. So we went to the showroom, and purchased a new one for delivery the following day. As I cleaned up the bottom door, I got the door open. Apparently, there was some caked on crumbs stuck on the hinge. I called Jetsons and they cancelled the order, even though the stove was already on the truck for delivery. And I received a full refund.Great customer service.Comment
I was very disappointed with the customer service at this site. Although there are serious delays due to Covid, there was poor communication. The sales person never called even though the delay was over 5 months. When I called them, trying to work with the dates given, I was often treated as a pest we are not going to call you every day just to tell you your appliances are not in. My request was regular updates so I could coordinate with the contractor, every other week . After a delay waiting on the refrigerator, I finally confirmed the delivery of the appliance package only to walk around my home to see that the stove was not delivered, no delay was every mentioned for the stove over 2 months. It came another 3 moths later. I am pretty sure there is no delivery cue and they just give the appliances out robbing peter to pay paul which is the only way to explain that the stove was delayed without a call or explanation. When a vent hood was ordered I called to be sure so the contractor could be scheduled, they promised me as though I was a pain, well, I had to go get it from Ft Pierce because it did not get delivered in time. This was actually the best thing that happened to me since I found all of the people I connected with in Ft. Pierce to be kind, attentive, hard working, and very efficient.
I purchased a front load Haier washer and dryer from Jetsons approximately 1-2 months ago. Along with the extended warranty. The dryer only works for two loads then continues to shut off. I have had the service department out to look at the dryer. All I got was “It not me it’s you”. They said I needed to call a specialist that cleaned out the household vent. Well I call the company they recommended and it cost me a$100.00. Well once again I did laundry and on the third load the dryer goes for a few minutes then shuts off. My advice is not to buy this washer and dryer and not from Jetsons. I fell like they Failed on their customer service!
If you are looking for a company that stands behind their products Jetsons is not the one. If you have any issues youll need to battle it out with the manufacturer the store wont do a thing.
Have bought a few appliance’s from Jetson & always been good experience. Guys were all nice & helpful & they have some really good deals! Plus it’s always nice to support a local place instead of the big box stores.
I recently had a very pleasant experience shopping at Jetsons! I went in to a very clean store and Was greeted by Ron Flint, One of the sales people there. I was looking for a set of laundry. I was Open to his suggestion as he seemed very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained The differences of all the different kinds of features on different models. I settled on a set of Speed Queens and I am very very delighted that he lead me in that direction! I would highly recommend Jetsons, and especially the sales associate Ron Flint.
I previously wrote a negative review for my experience with Jetsons in Stuart. Although I was angry at the whole ordeal, I should not have held them solely at fault! In fact my anger should have been directed at Whirlpool for their lack of product. My salesman Chris did what he could with lack of products. If you can’t wash close for a week you tend to strike out at people. So for that I apologize.We did have to settle for white appliances, even though she had her heart set on grey, due to lack of product from Whirlpool. With that was a $95 credit that we are still waiting for 10 days later.Once the credit is issued, I will complete my review which I anticipate could be a positive one.

Went to Jetsons for an upright freezer. We were greeted by a young man named David Bodie.He showed us the different sizes and benefits of both. It was a smooth, fast, pleasant transaction.I would recommend Jetsons and David Bodie for your appliance needs.

New washer & dryer- Washer way too loud for a small apartment and dryer takes 90 minutes to dry a normal load. They sent a service rep out and he said not to use the sensors -- I followed instructions and nothing changed with the noise of the washer or the drying time. So frustrating!!
Please do not buy any LG refrigerator from this store, I purchase an LG Refrigerator from Jetson Appliance and Electronics in Stuart and federal Highway FL. I paid almost 3,500 hundred dollars for it, within 4 months the compressor stopped working. Jetson and LG refused to replaced the Refrigerator.
