The GS Total Tech Support used to be absolutely wonderful. Not any more. I spent three tries and almost two hours and still have not connected to a technician. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL BE CANCELING IT AND FINDING COMPETENT COMPUTER ASSISTANCE.
I dont care how much money any one could ever pay me, I will NEVER come here AGAIN. I have never been somewhere so unprofessional. I dropped my phone off at 12:30, and they told me it would take a hour to 2 hours. They did not even start to begin to work on my phone until 3:25, and it still not done and it is 8pm and they are now closed. I was not even contacted with updates. They will not answer the phone, and I live a hour away. I spent $200 on a phone repair and was promised 1-2 hours and at least same day service. I have never experienced something so unprofessional, and especially for the money I paid. Dont know how, but I will be getting my money back. Do not go here, take your stuff to uBreakiFix, it is cheaper, and you will have a way better experience. I am furious.

Called today with no one picking up phone for a very long time. Definitely dont care about their customers. Called UBreakiFix right in front of them, excellent customer service. Will now go to them and recommend them in the future ! Ill also order thru AMAZON since they have great returns and customer care also.
Waited two weeks for appointment. Day of appointment tech called at 7:00 Pm and asked if part was delivered to house. I said no and he said call him when we receive parts. Don’t know what they ordered since they never looked at tv. Will not waste money on Greek Squad again!

The Geek Squad spends more time asking you to wait because of high call volume just to discourage you from using their service. Ive been with the GS now for 20 yrs and it has never been a bad as this year. More time is repeatedly spent asking you to wait 9 min.and 56 seconds as you watch the count down to zero which seems like an eternity. What a waste; most problems could have been solved. Then comes the biggest BS line of them all; a message appears informing you of a wait time of either 8 -9 hours for an agent who is equipped to handle your problem.Yes, there maybe a higher call volume, now, but this has been their on going statement for the past three years. NO MORE EXCUSES! On 7/19/20, I waited 4 hours for another, more knowledgeable agent to take control of my computer allowing him to correct the problem I was experiencing whatever he could; but NEVER fixing the original problem. No matter, next comes the Geek Squad SURVEY!! Without having the chance try your computer to see if the initial problem was corrected; you are compelled to fill out a survey scoring the agent on his or her performance. Often, the agent receives higher scores than he or she actually deserves because you are given the impression all your problems have been solved; when in fact they have not. So the Geek Squad agent gets high scores and you get to play the game again and again until you happen to get an agent you knows what their doing. Very Hard to Find.
I tried to call the store today to check pricing and make an appointment. Was on hold for a long time and finally gave up because no one ever came to the phone. We brought my laptop to the store and the first question Kristin asked is if we had an appointment. I told her we tried but no one ever answered. She said they no longer take calls at the store... ok so there’s a phone number and prompts to get you through to someone but they don’t take calls?? Why would they still have the option to call then?

Doesn’t honor warranty’s like they used to. Instead of doing a rapid replacement in store, I was told I would have to wait 4-6 weeks in a pandemic for my Xbox to be returned to me (possibly fixed). Amazon will honor all warranty’s and returns and send you your replacement over night. Do not let these people fool you.
Scheduled an appt. for today about 2 weeks ago. The service was awesome. The guys helping me out genuinely wanted me to go home happy and with my iPhone X display module fixed! They went above and beyond. You guys have a really great team there! 10/10 recommend.
I had an old computer that was frozen and I needed the pictures off of it. Made an appointment, dropped it off, they texted me when it was done. All for $100. Couldn’t have been any easier!
They were very helpful quick and polite they could not fix my problem but told me the Best way to get it done
Does anyone EVER answer the phone?
Said they could fix my frequent pc crashing. Got my $99 service contract fee. Told me my mother board was out and I would need to replace my $1600 computer. Took it home and googled the error code shown when it crashed. All it needed was a new $3 battery. They refuse to refund the $99. 1 year later computer still works fine.
They took care of the issue quickly and saved all my information!!! The customer service was wonderful.
Excellent quality food and service. A top breakfast in Stuart for sure.
They set my family up with a home repair appt, they even called to let us now about cancellations to get the appt earlier then expected.
