After a very bad experience with another plumbing company, Cameron at Stuart Plumbing showed his knowledge and skill to fix the previous blunder in our kitchen sink. Amazing customer service. Called them yesterday on recommendation from a friend frantic due to a broken hot water heater (had another company at the house who wanted to charge us >$4000). The office responded quickly, found the heater we needed within an hour and the service techs were at our home by 8:30 this morning. Joe &D were very respectful and did the job efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Cost us almost half the original quote and we now have hot water! Highly recommend!

The service person, Matt, was very responsive to an emergency call very late on a Wednesday night. Using pictures I sent him from my iphone of a leaking water heater tank, he was able to help me shut the water off to address the immediate issue of water flooding the garage. Although we ended up going to a service provider we had used previously to repair our water heater for the ultimate solution, Stuart Plumbing did not charge me for Matts assistance. Matt said: consider it an act of kindness. If it were not for another providers history and knowledge of our water heater unit, we would have had no reservations about using Stuart Plumbing. We will definitely continue to have a warm regard for Stuart Plumbing and consider them (or recommend them) for other needs that might arise.

Very nice people... did my septic tank drain for $295 at 1000 gal... came next day at the time they said they would be here and were quick! I will use them again.

We cannot thank Al enough for not giving up on our plumbing issue. After 3 days of absolutely no water in our house, 1 plumber (from another company), 3 ulitity workers and no one figuring out the issue..we were getting pretty hopeless. Everyone else told us basically they had no idea and to call someone else. It took hours and Al told us he wouldnt leave until we had water. He stayed all day trying to figure out the issue and finally did and fixed it. We now have water again! He was there until 9pm and always stayed professional, positive and friendly. Im telling you this man does not give up and deserves a raise. We are extremely grateful and would definitely recommend stuart plumbing to everyone we know.

I reached out to them by email to have a domestic backflow certified at one of our locations. They were very responsive, professional and followed up. I was emailed the invoice and copy of inspection report the day after the inspection. I requested W9 and COI and it was provided right away. Very easy working with them. I wish there were more vendors like them :)

What do you do when Covid-19 has had u at home all this time and you just got home from getting back to work, then septic is backing up?... I’d suggest calling them and requesting Chris. They were the only ones who gave a call back reasonably quick being it was evening time, and they showed up promptly. Chris was very informative, executed, and left us with peace of mind to be able to shower, use the potty and get back to work as normal without more worry.

If there wasnt such a list of mistakes, not owning up to mistakes made, the buring of my air filter, poor quality of work from a young guy who clearly and admittedly, said he was unformular with certain aspects of installing my water heater and avoidence in a timely manner from the owner to call back and remeity the situation, it was the worse, most unprofessional, extremely frustrating, poor quality of work experience. Thumbs down on this business.

Great company. I had a hot water heater go out and they were out there that day to diagnose the problem. By the next day they had a new hot water heater in for me. Honest, punctual people. I would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again in the future.

Awesome company. JR and Cody were very professional and provided excellent service. I had another company come out and tell me I needed a new drainage field (no other option). JR came to give me estimate and said he doubt I needed a new drainage field. In the end just the d-box needed to be changed. I will be using Stuart plumbing anytime I need one in the future! Thanks.

Great plumbing company, trustworthy and honest!

The guys showed up on time and were very professional and gave us a lot of good info and advice.

We had a great experience with Stuart Plumbing and highly recommend them. We had to replace all of our CPVC due to poor installation and leaks and chose Stuart Plumbing to install Pex for 20+ water supply lines.We discovered these plumbing issues during inspection before we bought the house so time was of the essence as we needed to complete the plumbing before we could move in. Stuart Plumbing started working on the Monday we closed on the house and finished the following Saturday.In addition to the quality installation job, its the little things that peopleshould appreciate about Stuart Plumbing. At the end of each day, they took the time to clean up and reset for the next morning. When the work was complete, they vacuumed the carpet, swept the floors and left the house better than they found it.Re-piping a house is a difficult, complex, and messy job that requires lots of tools, materials, and demolition. These guys worked hard 8 hours each day crawling through the attic and fishing lines through walls. To have them care enough to leave the job site organized at the end of the day says a lot about the pride they take in their craft.
