I recently moved to the area and googled nail salon near me. I found Velvet Nail Spa and it’s high ratings. The experience was exceptional and I have never received such prompt and customer service friendly nail spa. Michael helped me and ensured to give me the best service and he did just that. 1st time here, recently moved from Ohio and I’ve been to several nails salons so far since the move and this one is by far my favorite. Very nice welcoming salon. Not everyone can get a good coffin shape and I feel like Tom did and excellent job as well as recommending a different shade of white that was much better than my initial choice. Price is great as well. I will definitely be back!!

I just moved to the area from SC & have been so nervous about finding a new nail salon. I’m really picky because I’m so sensitive & places always end up making me bleed at least twice. After reading tons of reviews I decided Velvet would be my first place to try & it’ll definitely be the place I continue going! Lily was so sweet & did a great job on my pedicure & dip manicure. The salon is also super clean, stylish, & everyone was very welcoming.

I came in to what looked like a truly amazing salon and spa. My experience however was HORRIFYING. I had a tech named Erica?? But another tech called her by a different name. Who cares. She was SOOO rough w my nails and feet there are cuts, my cuticles are beat up, and my big toenails are raised from their nail bed. I literally told my boyfriend I thought I was being pranked. I noticed she was being a little rough but every time I said something she just kinda threw her hands up and made a face. My acrylics are uneven when it comes to the surface. It seemed like a nice place and everyone else seemed to enjoy it, but this was the experience I had.

Velvet nails is the best!! The staff is professional and the establishment is very clean. Rose did a set of ombre nails and the attention to detail was superb. She takes great pride in her work. Erica did my pedicure and it was so relaxing. It made me want to fall asleep in the chair. Also my feet were as smooth as butter. Velvet nails is my new go-to salon!!

Great nail salon located in Jensen. Modern and very clean inside. They have many pedicure chairs and nail stations. The staff is all really kind, attentive and talented. I’ve gone to several of them and had all good experiences. Now Micheal is my go to! He does great gel/dip/acrylic manicures and is always in demand! Check this place out you won’t be disappointed.

Very welcoming place. I looked at the reviews before coming. I recently got my nails done less then a week ago (somewhere else) my nails were horrible paint job was bad already lifting and lumps on each nail. Micheal did a GREAT job fixing them he is very fast and does an amazing job! I will be back again. Don’t waste your time going other places, you can show them what you want(Pinterest) and they will do it for you.

So, I walked in, and was immediately greeted by Magic Mike. He was with another customer, but let me know he saw me and addressed my needs. I am getting married this Saturday and needed nails and a pedicure. I chose the healthy nails dip, as my previously applied gel manicure was peeling off too soon. I am beyond pleased with my beautiful French tip nails. They are my nails, but better! He gave me the thin white line I was seeking and the dip is the perfect depth. I hate super thick dip, as it feels like jelly beans stuck to my fingertips. Ugh! No. Not these! These are perfect! Then Christina gave me an excellent pedicure. I chose gel French on my toes this time. A new thing for me, Im a regular polish girl. Again, executed beautifully! The salon is beautifully decorated and clean! I would make this my go-to salon, if I werent from out of town and state. Im from Dallas, TX. Go here for your nail needs. Excellent customer service and nails are great! Love them!

Did an amazing job! I moved recently to the area and have been trying out different salons and they weren’t up to my standards. I finally found this salon and will only go here from now on. The salon is exceptionally clean. The mail techs never cut me once as well! The shape of my acrylics were on point and have lasted 2 1/2 weeks before coming in today for my fill.

Michael is so wonderful every time I come in. He stayed after hours to finish my nails and they turned out exactly how I wanted!

I absolutely loved the environment, super cozy and welcoming, adorable! but I did not get a good job done, there was like 7 girls working and I got the only one guy in the building that was rushing and kind of tough and I had issues communicating with him through the whole experience and later on found how overpriced was compared to some other places around.

I went to Velvet nails very abruptly as I had a nail appointment at another salon the same day in Stuart. That other salon did not fulfill any of my expectations which led me to finding another salon in the area. I had very little information about Velvet, but when I called day of to make an appointment Michael took me in right away, and gave me an exceptional service!!!! He was very thoughtful, precise, and caring for my feelings as a client. The nails I received yesterday at Velvet were far beyond more than I expected when I woke up that morning knowing my nails were going to get done. I will definitely be returning to this salon, the time, effort, and consideration in the work and for clients speak louder than words can describe! Thank you so much!!

Amazing experience overall, super relaxing and clean I came in for a manicure and pedicure with my aunt and we both loved it! I had a picture for how I wanted my nails to look and they turned out just as good if not better, as for the pedicures they were very nice and soothing, my aunt has a bit of neuropathy in her right foot and she said even so the pedicure felt amazing and the worker was very gentle, this is definitely an great salon and I recommend it.

I went to this nail salon yesterday and I asked to get stickers on my nails then the next day they started to come off. Once I got there for my appointment I sat down in a chair then they moved me like five times and got my nails done like 30 minutes to an hour later

I came here for a girls day to get a fill and pedicures. After moving out of Florida and struggling for a year to find a good salon Im really upset this cant be my local salon. They were very friendly and the salon was clean an cute. The chairs to get your nails done were actually comfortable. My nails are the perfect thickness, shape, length, and their color/acrylic selection is on point they have exactly what youd want. Ill make sure when I visit from now on that I make time to get a fill.

This place is so inviting as soon as you walk in. Super clean and beautiful. Most comfortable manicure chairs with a big fluffy pillow behind your back. The quality of my dip manicure is TOP NOTCH. I had the pleasure of meeting Michael and Mary who run this nail salon. Both of them stayed passed closing time to make sure their customers were happy. Michael serviced my nails and toes, which came out amazing. He paid attention to every detail and provided excellent service. From making sure my nail shape was perfect, to fixing the nail color I originally selected and was not a fan of; Michael did everything he could to satisfy me as a customer. I even have an issue with ingrown toe nails and have not found a place willing to make sure they are taken care of but Michael sure did. Mary waxed my eye brows and made them look PERFECT as well! Every employee at this facility strives to make everyone in there happy at all times. Great people, great atmosphere, excellent end result! You will not leave this place unhappy. And if you do, it’s probably because you are too picky!Best place in Jensen Beach. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!

After being cut multiple times by metro nails and getting subpar treatment, I decided to try this place. Im so glad I did! the lady... I had- Mary- was excellent and did a beautiful job! Even though they were busy and I was a walk in, I waited about 5 munutes. They took great care of me and she took her time. I have found a new nail salon now, and the price for healthy nails is great as well. They use OPI for healthy nails. Place was clean and welcoming. There was no Upselling or trying to get more money out of me. Will be back in 3 weeks for a touch up.
