Symphony at Stuart has been a wonderful change for my mom. We moved her there about a month ago from a place in Tampa, and although change is never easy, Symphony at Stuart focused on making her transition smooth and welcoming. Everyone there is caring, kind and willing to help make their new home a great place to live, and love. My mom loves the food, and we were pleased to learn that the menu is updated daily with a variety of choices. Thank you, Symphony at Stuart for creating a place where we feel she is well cared for and safe.

Symphony of Stuart is an outstanding option for senior living that is filled with staff who genuinely care for their residents and facility. Each time I visit, the staff are aware of how my grandmother has been doing and fill me in on any highlights to help spark meaningful conversations with her, even if I havent been able to see her recently. This level of attentiveness is assuring, were never worried that she isnt having her needs met. When we talk at her apartment, in the garden, or at any of the other places Symphony has set up shes always telling me about making new friends and enjoying life. My entire family is happy we found this location and I highly recommend it to others.

It is a joy to work with such an awesome team here at Symphony at Stuart! I remember when I walked in for an interview, I knew right away this is where I wanted to work. My father has been enjoying living at Symphony for over two years. He tried a more elegant facility first but found the atmosphere a little snobby. At Symphony, all the staff are so friendly and cheery and make a point to greet him by name and pull him out of his shell a bit every day. He has always been very picky about his food and yet never complains about his meals here. In fact, now that he eats so slowly, his day is centered around them. It was frustrating not to be able to visit him during the pandemic lockdown, but we always felt that he was well cared for even if we couldn’t see him in person. And indeed, when we finally could visit him, we saw that this was true. Knowing this gives our family great peace of mind.

My grandmother has been a resident at Symphony for over 2 years now and in that time the staff have only continued to provide me and my family with a great sense of comfort. Along with keeping Granny safe and cared for, the staff regularly send photos of her to my mom. This type of care gives us the peace of mind that she’s happy and healthy, which means so much, especially nowadays. I’m thankful for their staff and their willingness to help their residents stay in touch with their families.

My mother has been living at Symphony at Stuart for over a year now and it is a blessing that we found this assisted living facility. From day one, they have made my mother feel welcome and taken outstanding care of her. The whole staff has gone out of their way to be friendly and they are very competent in the work they do. Their success in managing through the Covid crisis has been amazing. Unlike many other facilities they have had no Covid cases among their residents. They had a good plan and they executed it perfectly. In particular Jen Alonso and Melissa Dallsingh have been very helpful to me. They keep me up to date on how my mother is doing in these times when I am not allowed to visit. They come up with creative solutions to issues with my mothers care. Both are so compassionate it is amazing. Jen has even helped me at 8:00 PM at night with an issue. I would also like to send Kudos to Jenn in the nursing area. She has taken my mother under her wing and goes out of her way to make sure all is well. She does this because she is friendly and caring not just because it is her job.I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing assisted living or memory care. You could not find a better or more caring group of people.

I moved my Mother into Symphony last week, as might be imagined, it is a difficult and stressful process. Unfortunately, this all happened quickly, she started out with an infection, went to the hospital, then to rehab. The staff at Symphony were incredibly supportive, especially, Kim and Melissa. Kim, helping to fastrack Mom into the facility and Melissa, spending extra time with my Mom and communicating with me on almost a daily basis to let me know how she is adjusting. I am also very impressed with how well and professionally implemented their COVID protocols are. All in all, a compassionate and professional team of caregivers.

My wife and I have resided at Symphony for the past 18 months. We researched what was available in the area, visiting twelve different facilities, over a span of three months. It was blatantly obvious to us that Symphony met our needs and expectations far more than any of the others. Symphony is an extremely clean and bright facility with impressively wide corridors. It is so unlike other facilities that have a hotel-like appearance. We had the opportunity to sample food served at several other places and none could compare with that provided by our excellent dining staff. The entire Symphony staff of administrators, nursing, care team and housekeepers and dining personnel are caring and friendly. Every day our decision to live here is validated by these wonderful people and this pleasant atmosphere.

It was a difficult decision for my family to move my grandmother into assisted living. After touring other facilities, we visited Symphony and knew that this place is special. My grandmother has been a resident at Symphony for almost 2 years now, and I couldnt be happier with how things have turned out. The staff, from the nurses, the kitchen staff, the administrators, everyone gives 100% to their jobs everyday. Every staff member I have met knows who my grandmother is and knows specifics about the care she receives. The kitchen staff knows what foods she likes and doesnt like. The nursing staff knows that she prefers to take her medications with applesauce. Such personal attention gives me and my family great peace of mind that my grandmother is getting the very best care. The aides, in particular, who work with my grandmother are so kind and thoughtful. They truly care about my grandmother and treat her with the greatest respect and affection. They also are wonderful about communicating with my family about her health, mental wellbeing, and any needs she may have. When I talk to my grandmother, she always talks about her favorite staff members and how sweet they are.Because of Covid, my family and I couldnt visit my grandmother for several months, and Symphony staff made it easy to set up FaceTime calls so we didnt feel quite so separate. The easy and open communication with the staff at Symphony has been amazing. Between phone calls, text messages, and emails, Symphony keeps my family informed about any changes in my grandmothers care. Theyve worked with us to adapt her care as she grows older, and they handled everything when my grandmother had to visit the hospital last year and Covid restrictions prevented us from being with her.The staff at Symphony has our greatest appreciation and trust when it comes to caring for a much loved member of our family.

My brother is a resident in the Memory Care Unit at Symphony at Stuart for almost one year and my family and I can not say enough about how happy we are with this facility and the care my brother receives daily. The staff is available and responsive to all his care needs. He receives not just supervision to keep him safe and relatively happy he has great relationships with all staff who tend to his physical and psychological needs. They provide stimulating activities and interactions that help my brother to stay focused and entertained. He is clean, well fed, mostly happy and has truly adjusted to his illness and the changes that have affected who he use to be. I get pictures on a regular basis showing how he spends his day. He regularly is able to go out into the community to swim, play pool, take a cruise, attend celebrations and truly enjoy himself. The food is great and the facility is clean and well kept and positive assisting him to be the best person he can be daily. It is extremely difficult to find quality care but Symphony of Stuart exceeds our expectations on a daily bases. My brother attends church off grounds weekly and they provide local transportation for doctor and other appointment for a nominal fee which is very important to us. I trust they will make you feel good about how your loved one is doing. Check them out for the quality care your family member deserves.

We moved my mom to Symphony Memory Care the end of July (from Tallahassee)----a move that is difficult for all no matter when it happens. But during a pandemic, its especially difficult. We delivered a UHAUL of her belongings one morning and that afternoon we dropped my mom off at the front door, unable to go in with her or see her room. The Staff were wonderful - from Patti in sales, Jen the move in coordinator, maintenance who met and unloaded, and the warm smiles as we left her. Melissa Dallsingh has communicated throughout the process and last 2 months. Before we even dropped her off we had photos and a video of her room set up! Later that day she sent texts and photos of Mom meeting residents and eating dinner. I probably get a photo texted each week - last week it was of her at the salon and then the finished hairstyle! Today we had our second in person visit - I feel fortunate that Mom is able to be in caring environment and know she is well taken care of. Communication has also been very good.

Hi, I copied my review from FB. Here you go.My mother who is 93 was due to move into Symphony this year. Due to COVID the restrictions mandated we leave her at the door and the caring staff would take over. This really would not work for my mom. I moved into Symphony as a resident on August 12 along with my mother to help acclimate her to her new home. I am 63 and live in Palm City. Therefore, I have an unusual perspective of Assisted Living since I dont exactly qualify for it but you do what has to be done for family. I think my mom and I rocked the Bingo games!I was there for 11 days. I was not able to leave, just like a resident.I can not say enough positive things about this facility. Everything is well thought out, safe, consistent, very clean and the food is good. The activities are fun and entertaining. My mom has a little memory issue so she is part of a small group called Harmony, so she gets reminders and Diana Slacyk ( leader) come by and hustles mom out to do things.I could go on, again this is from the inside. COVID control is extremely important, they have no positive COVID. I will write again, I have much to say. These guys are the best and I want to name names in a separate review. Take Care, Page

I am so happy we chose Symphony for my parents. The staff has provided excellent care and are always willing to go above and beyond. Just knowing this has lifted a huge burden from us. The staff has done an excellent job during the COVID crisis by keeping us in touch with our loved ones. I would like to especially thank the directors Melissa Dallsingh and Jennifer Alonso for their day to day involvement and for hiring their wonderful staff. I also want to give a special thanks to Jenn Gaudlap, Sonjia, Mimi and Jody for making my parents life just that much better. The facility is always clean inside and out which shows that they care.

My wife, Christine passed away on 5-19-2018. Im so glad that I decided that my beloved wife go to Symphony. She received love and the finest care by Melissa, director of memory support, and her wonderful care team. Chris loved music and each week she enjoyed an hour of live, special music. Almost every week she went on an out and about field trip. One of the frequently held activity she liked the most was the group sing along.

My husband has been in Memory Care at Symphony at Stuart for several weeks, and in that time we have both experienced several unexpected and delightful gestures. One very memorable one occurred after his having been there only one week. We celebrated our 51st anniversary and spent the day at the beach with plans to return for a special dinner in the common dining room. What a surprise to find an intimate table dedicated to us complete with a Happy Anniversary balloon, fresh flowers, and a beautiful card. As we approached our table, strains of our special song filled the space and we could do nothing but dance, with tears in our eyes. To go to such lengths for two relatively unknown individuals speaks volumes of the kindness and care bestowed on the residents there. The welcome I receive on my very frequent visits is heartwarming and appreciated, and I thank the staff for their continued diligence and concern on behalf of both of us.

Having my mom here at Symphony at Stuart has been great! The Memory Care facility is beautiful unlike any other facility I have visited. The facility is always clean and neat. The director Melissa and her staff are amazing and so good to the residents. She schedules so many activities for them to do whether someone coming in or the residents taking a trip out. You will never be disappointed having your loved one here!

It was a difficult decision for my parents to move from their home. But a new home has been created for them at Symphony without the responsibilities of home ownership. DJ moving recommended by Symphony couldn’t have been more accommodating. Julie,Debbie,Laurin and Lesley have been so welcoming My parents always comment on how nice everyone is. Chef John is a wonderful addition because the cuisine is delicious. We are all very happy with choosing Symphony at Stuart.
