I loved my time at Stuart. I think they saved my life. They have a great team at Stuart. Ms. Pam, Dave, Adelle, Sean so many great people that work there. Start treated us all like family. The facility was very clean. The food was great. The salad bar was amazing. I have nothing to say but good things about it.

Banyan Stuart was the best experience ever. My therapists helped me dig deep into my issues and prepared an effective and beneficial planned that slowly but surely made all the difference for a brighter future. The entire staff was exceptional. Every single one went above and beyond to make me feel better on a daily basis. They were caring, supportive, encouraging and understanding. They were available to help and provide solutions as soon as possible. The facility was clean and spotless. This was the best decision I did for myself and thanks to Banyan Stuart, I have a better outlook on life. I went from darkness to sunshine. Thanks Banyan! My last review has disappeared, but my experience with Banyan has been so horrible I have to expose them. I came to Banyan willingly so I thought I can change my mind n leave whenever I wasnt satisfied with the care that Im paying thousands for! But boy was I wrong! After a few days I decided the patient care was not there. I could barely get a call to my family. I decided to leave and finally got a call to my husband, which was told to speak English even though my first language is Spanish, him to pick me up. The psych Assistant told me to wait and tried to stop the conversation. I told him I have rights as a pt and he told me he couldnt facilitate any more calls because I wanted to leave. He made it clear if I wanted to make any calls I needed to leave the premises n find my own phone. I had no other choice but to leave and luckily found a nice lady n called my husband. He was flying the next day. He got to Banyan n asked for me and was told I was sleeping even though I just talked to the aids. They 100% lied to him. He was not satisfied with that answer so called Banyan n was told that I was able to use any phone in the facility to call him, which is the craziest lie Banyan told. Because the only way u can use the phone is with a therapist which are not there at night. So why lie to my husband 2x within the first 15mins Banyan?? I checked out more traumatized then I went in! I am sure they have the recordings of my husband getting there and what the aids said which was all lies. They should also have the phone recordings since they record for quality assurance. Pls look into another place when considering Banyan its not worth it in my opinion.

This facility at Stuart was amazing. I did my detox here and they were wonderful. The staff was great, the food was excellent. This place saved my life. I was there for six days and they took great care of me during detox. Highly recommend Banyan !! Thank you very much!!

I have been to banyan 2 times for alcohol abuse, and the staff here are superb, they have helped me in anyway possible while being there, there are to many staff to name but all have been overly welcoming and understanding of certain situations, the therapists work well with you as best as they can. Groups are helpful. The food is pretty much gourmet food. phenomenal experience overall and am so blessed for having the opportunity to restart my life. Thanks Banyan!

I called this place, gave insurance like you have to do. They made my flight info, then they started calling me everyday to make sure I was still coming. 3–4 weeks later, they canceled my flight, without me knowing, then received a call saying they didn’t accept my insurance, then they tried to say, I was self pay. I said really with disability. They won’t refund my flight money. If I were you I would run the other way.

The staff was amazing. They are attentive, understanding, and compassionate. We were able to be ourselves, even our better selves!We had a prayer circle every day and it changed a lot of peoples lives. Banyan as a whole is dignified and helpful above and beyond a hurt and healing addics expectations. We leave there feeling confident we have the tools, self worth, and the ability to stay sober by making mindful choices that keep us healthy and the ability to love life happy all while sober.I humbly thank Banyan for the two month long stays and a lifetime of humility and sobriety! When I came to banyon it felt so good that I was in good hands. The staff was so caring and supportive because I was in so much pain and stress. the nursing staff was on top of things and the techs were great. Went there almost 8 months ago can’t say it was easy or fun everyday but I left a different person and have been doing great since.

I was there,it is a great place, kudos to ALL staff members. Unfortunately I need to come back.

This place has a great view of the water but the facility is absolutely a dump. The accommodations are average at best and the staff are like robots. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

Banyan is an awesome place where the staff takes care of your needs. I was only at Stuart 8 days n was given a medical discharge due to my bladder cancer. One month before I was at Banyan boca. I loved being in a place where ppl cared. From the medical staff and ALL the techs were wonderful.

Absolutely loved my experience at Banyan! Well besides the misery I felt for the first couple of weeks! Chelsey and Walt were amazing! The mens group with Walt were pretty intense! Chelsey always brought out the fun and made groups interesting! Marcus and Marcus in the kitchen were top notch! Seriously, overall the staff was amazing! Dave, Gary, Mike, Walt, Chelsey and Deanna! This treatment center was a really great experience for me! The staff here is excellent the clinical staff was great and the food is amazing! They helped me to get to the root of my issues and help further my knowledge about my addiction. Being someone who’s been to multiple treatment centers I would definitely come back here if I ever had too!

-Admissions was a smooth process. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable to ensure a smooth transition into the facility.-The Food was very good. Chefs were very outgoing and courteous to clients. Job well done.-Living conditions were clean and organized. The maintenance staff was very kind and always there to help when needed.-The Therapist were very helpful in putting together my treatment plan together. Second time, I admitted myself to actually make a change and complete the program because I wanted to. Today, I am clean and enjoying a life I thought I can never have. My experience at banyan was the most helpful one I have ever had at a treatment center. I finally have worked through some of my PTSD thanks to the help of Theresa my caring therapist. My case manager Tiffany has worked overtime to make sure all my needs were met and kept me calm while dealing with many extra issues. The techs were always available to listen and give me a better perspective on life and my troubles. I am truly grateful for my experience here. I am confident that with what i have learned from everyone here I have the tools I need to live a successful clean life.

Banyan Stuart is such a wonderful place to detox and find serenity and peace. There is a view of the water from almost every room and if you are lucky, you will see dolphin popping up to say hello. From the call center to the intake process and throughout the entire treatment program I was treated with respect, concern and quality care from all the people at Banyan. Staff handled us all really well and I learned a lot about the recovery process while at Banyan.

Ended up not checking in; when I arrived I was immediately escorted into a little room and told I WILL sign consents and be strip searched. The first thought I had was this was like jail. I was promised to feel safe and comfortable. I was terrified. I called a cab and left. They could have handled that a lot better.

This place was amazing, the techs that work here are so compassionate and understanding. they can help through the bad days and laugh on the good days too. the therapists here are great too, ive learned a lot and gained a lot of knowledge about my addiction here and some insight on how to love myself and to go about my life in a positive direction, thanks banyan!!!

I am very upset with the way they have gone about my situation. I attended every group was very cooperative up until they changed my release date then come to find out they wouldnt release me also they wouldnt release my medical records even though days prior I had signed a release of information to myself to get all records. Then when I raised my voice due to everything they had been pulling they call the cops and kicked me out the day I was suppose to be released to begin with. They wanted four more days and honestly I was losing my housing my job and everything I had worked towards to getting my kids back and just needed this treatment completion. Due to the fact they added four more days to my plan then didnt want to release my records to me I got upset I didnt threaten, brake or act in any aggressive manner. I simply voiced my opinion and they threw me out. I then have begged to come back and complete my 4 days left and they refuse to do so. They want another 14 days which I cannot do only because I will lose everything else like housing and employment. Im so irritated that they say they want to help people but yet they do things like this. I admit I acted in a improper manner due to getting loud about the situation but Ive been ignored and told to talk to someone else over and over that I felt they were not out for my best interests at all.

My detox experience with Banyan was the first time I had ever been to a detox facility. However, it definitely was a great one. I was still upset, emotional from being back in treatment again, but all the techs, therapists, case managers, even the maintenance people were there for me. When they seen me struggling, they were right there to ask what was wrong and to help me however they could no matter what they were doing, they would drop it right there and help me. The living accommodations were incredible. The food made by the chefs was amazing. All together, Banyans detox is a great facility, I would recommend it for anyone that is struggling with addiction and is ready to make the first steps needed to start their journey through recovery. Absolutely gorgeous facility! It is right on the water and they really capitalize on the view, you can see it from practically every room. There really is such a sense of serenity there, and it really makes for a great place to get better. They have a chef come in and cook for the clients, and staff is all very friendly!

Admittedly, Ive been to 4 different treatment centers over a period of 15 years. Banyan is hands down the best one Ive been to. Most treatment facilities require you to be detoxed before you enter their inpatient program, therefore youre your recovery process involves about a one week stay at a detox facility, then you have to get transferred to whatever inpatient facility youre slated to go to. Because Ive danced the rehab shuffle over the years, I knew from experience that this could be VERY stressful for many reasons. You arent in your right mind a week into recovery and meeting a whole new group of people as well as being transferred in the middle of it can be highly stressful and thats an understatement. I chose Banyan because they offered detox and residential treatment all in one. They have a doctor and nurses who monitor your detox meds and any other meds that you have to take prior to checking in. For example, they were able to fill a prescription of thyroid meds for me as soon as I got here. Once again, that alleviates a ton of stress.On to the amenities and accommodations...The rooms are nice and they have housekeeping on staff to clean your room every single day as well as do your laundry. The food is absolutely amazing. Not only is it good food, its prepared by a certified chef. To name a few meals, I had prime rib, chicken cordon bleu and sushi during my stay. You have 3 meals a day, as well as a salad bar with fresh fruit of all kinds. In between meals you can pig out on junk food such as all kinds of snacks that they keep stocked in the kitchen. I always eat a lot during my first month of recovery so this was well appreciated seeing as how I would get hungry only an hour or so after a meal.Your regular day will consist of group therapy as well as one on one therapy with a certified therapist. The smoke breaks are frequent enough to keep a smoker satisfied and all the group meetings are extremely beneficial to someone trying to recover from being broken for so long, such as myself. In the afternoon theres always an offsite outing of some sort. Places I went to during my stay included bowling, the park and every now and then a nice restaurant...the treatment center foots the bill for any offsite meal. During smoke breaks or any other downtime you get you are able to fish right off the patio. No need to bring bait and tackle as its all provided at no cost to the client. During my stay I and many others caught a variety of fish such as stingrays, snooks, catfish and drums. The water is brackish (mixture of saltwater and freshwater) so you catch both salt and fresh water fish.The best thing about this treatment center is the staff. They have a the client is always right mentality and they try to alleviate any stress you may be experiencing and accommodate you to the best of their ability. Although it seemed like they were bound by a strict rule to act that way towards all the clients, it really did seem genuine. Not one time did I witness a staff member act in an unbecoming manner. This kind of behavior is crucial during the early stage of recovery because anyone whos ever detoxed from anything before knows that being comfortable is essential.I would highly recommend Banyan to anyone trying to detox. God willing, Ill never have to step inside a treatment facility ever again but if I do, itll most certainly be Banyan

The place is a money making machine. If you want to build a solid foundation for recovery, go elsewhere.

This place is nothing more than a legitimate business to ripoff insurance companies. You get no answers. You get a run around. If you decide it’s not for you, they conveniently explain to you that you actually have to physically leave their property for 24 hours before you can return to collect your personal belongings. That’s a really nice way to treat people, Walk away while we are holding your wallet and id and credit cards. Basically saying go be a vagrant and get arrested. This place is a total joke. Don’t send anyone you know there.

This place is terrible to work with. They pressured me into making a payment, and then made my son leave the next day with no notice and no plan on where to go because he had not been authorized by insurance. They have not provided one single statement for services that I can provide for my medical flex spending payment, and now I am dealing with disputes for my payment because I do not have to proper legal documentation. I recommend West Palm Beach Recovery and Wellness or Treatment Alternatives in Boca Raton, both have been excellent.
