It is arguably the best choice you can make for your detox/rehab needs. I have been to a few other places so I like to think I know what I am saying. These people make you feel that you are priority. Just as simple as that. I would highly recommend this place if you are going through a struggle in your life. Judy, the lady who runs this place, is a very efficient and caring person and the rest of the staff is just brilliant too!

The best treatment facility in South Florida. The people who work there actually care. Medical staff is extraordinary. Therapy/groups actually deep dive into what causes addiction & how to live a better life. Food is chef prepared & spectacular. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone!

I had a Great experience at Coastal Detox The therapist where absolutely wonderful. They gave me a lot of insight on how to focus on self as well as a drive to stay sober. The Techs were very helpful and went above and beyond there duty. The Nursing Staff were great. I cant begin to tell you about the Chef He was absolutely amazing. He provided dietary substitutes and made you feel special never bother with any special request. They were very accommodating. I would like to thank you all for saving my life. I would recommend Coastal to anyone that needs to Detox. God Bless you all for all that you do to help us be in a better place in life. I have a family member who has been in numerous facilities that have included one focus- quit the substance. Coastal TRULY looked upon my family member as a whole person with multiple needs snd challenges. They addressed each one methodically and helped to create a program where my family member will be supported through all the challenges he is facing and not only the addiction. They looked at the mental health piece, the legal challenges and everything that they need to help them have the very best opportunity for success ! Coastal found the program to transfer to from the facility for extended treatment to continue the work they began. I highly recommend Coastal! The communication and support is phenomenal!

This is the best detox to go to if you’re ever struggling come here. This is my second time at this detox and I will always come back if I’m struggling. The staff is nice and the nurses are always here for you. The food is also the best you will never go hungry.

I was recently there and I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I got my life back and I’m finally happy now and enjoying sobriety. You guys are absolutely amazing and your facility was unbelievable. My favorite part was the 7 groups a day to keep us busy. Most places just have you sit around all day. I give Coastal Detox 5 Stars. From the state of the art facility, to the knowledgeable and professional medical staff, Coastal Detox was helpful in getting my son through the first phase of opiod addiction. We were very fortunate to have met Jake from Coastal though a mutual acquaintance. From the beginning Jake went above and beyond to help our son. He is kind, considerate and very understanding. He made a huge positive difference in my son’s experience at Coastal. A number of the other staff at Coastal really tried to make sure my son had good care and overall was comfortable. I’m very appreciative we found Coastal and I would recommend Coastal.

I had a very positive experience here. The food and the facility are both great, but the staff is what sets this place apart. Everyone is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and seems to really care about the clientele. I would recommend Coastal to anyone who is seeking a new life in sobriety.

I just graduated from the new php program and had an excellent experience. The staff was amazing, especially Sarah who was extremely important in my recovery and having someone to be able to talk to when things got overwhelming. All of the therapists went above and beyond to deliver materials in a way that was different than any other experience Ive had. Estelle, April and Sarah were all quintessential parts of my recovery story. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking treatment.

Top notch facility. Top notch food. They have a really nice holistic environment and all the amenities. I hear they have just opened IOP and PHP levels of care and definitely like the area.

My son has been there. This is a first rate detox program. The staff are very friendly, excellent communication, and my boy was very comfortable during detox. The guy that runs their halfway house should be replaced with someone more stable. He harassed my son.

This place litterly saved my life. I am so thankful there are still good people who care about my wellbeing. The staff are amazing Judy,Karen,Tony,Kyle and Danielle have impacted my life in ways I cant even begin to explain.They never gave up on me even in my darkest hour. loved me when I couldnt they told me what I need to hear not what I wanted to hear they kept it honest and professional.The facility was clean and comfortable food was great and nursing made sure I was comfortable great place would recommend it to anyone struggling with addiction! My boyfriend went to coastal a couple months ago for detox and was very pleased with their services. Unfortunately he relapsed and was trying to reach out to them for help again. This time it was a totally different experience. We were told by multiple people to bring him in but when Chris the admissions director went to do his admissions screening everything changed. He was so rude to us and very very unprofessional. While Chris was asking the questions my boyfriend was trying to answer them as requested by Chris ...but Chris would speak over him and act as if my boyfriend wasn’t trying to answer them. He laughed a couple times at him and was trying to provoke a negative response from boyfriend. He told him to put his “thinking cap on” and “ use his listen ears”. I thought that these places are for helping people not making fun of them and treating them like their life’s don’t matter. They are in it for the money and not to help people and it’s disgusting. This is someone we love and care about deeply and he was asking for help so he doesn’t die out on the streets and your treating him this way. I highly recommend a place that actually cares about helping people and not making them feel lower then they already are. I’m a medical professional and this kind of treatment is totally unacceptable. You are in this field to help people so DO IT! What if you were to bring in your sick child to see a doctor and they refuse to help because your child isn’t “ qualified.”. We found a place thank god that is willing to help him out! I do not recommend this place because they think people’s life’s are a joke.It had nothing to do with the insurance because he got right in at another detox today with the same insurance. We also spoke with the insurance company about the situation and there was no denial on their part. It was the way he was treated my Chris that was unnecessary.

Very clean facility, food is better than most, groups were pretty good. Staff is pretty nice but the medical side of things I didn’t have a good experience. The whole week I was there they facilities blood pressure machine didn’t work. They came in the room twice a night to take your vitals and half the time the machine produced and error message or, a wildly inaccurate reading. Every night I was there I had issues asking for blood pressure medicine to help me sleep. The nurses said my blood pressure was too low even though it was really just their machine. I asked the doctor why I was given such resistance when asking for a blood pressure pill and she put a note in my file stating as long as my top number was over 100 (which it always is) I was good to receive the meds. The nurses saw the note and still were unclear and it took 3 nights of arguing with them, then reporting back to the doctor the next day who seemed equally frustrated. My Roomate on the other hand was offered blood pressure meds every 4 hours even though she refused them every time as her blood pressure is always low and she felt on the verge of fainting when she took the meds to lower it even more. One morning I missed my Ativan because I was sleeping (detox will do that to u) and the next day I felt it as I was super anxious and shaking/ sweating/ hallucinating. I found it odd they didn’t adjust my taper to allow a half a milligram later that day to get me back to detoxing the right way but, I understand that it is a controlled substance so that can be tricky. However the overall lack of knowledge about medical needs was kind of surprising considering they are a detox... unfortunately this is not my first time detoxing and I just found it very uncomfortable at this facility. Some people were stumbling around over medicated and some people were given nothing (even though they told me they were coming off alcohol and benzos like me). One of the counselors even stated in group “ I don’t really agree with them giving you all Ativan to get off of alcohol and benzos, but that’s another story..”. That in itself was confusing to me.. She even asked the group what the side effects of coming off benzodiazepines were and WE had to tell HER. How do u work in this field for years and not know that the only detox for heavy alcohol and/or benzodiazepines is some benzodiazepine with a taper? I’ve personally seizured from alcohol withdrawals so I don’t treat the detox lightly it’s just too risky. I just can’t wrap my head around a certified counselor of substance abuse not knowing something that basic.Also, there’s not really a way to prove it but, I’m positive I came in with some cash as I had taken a lot out of my account a couple days before but upon leaving the facility they said I only came in with cards. Someone is supposed to call me back about that. Obviously the state of mind u come into detox is not good so, who knows maybe it was stolen or something before I came in there.On the other hand, loved my driver who drove me to the airport. He went above and beyond to see to it that I got in line/ got my ticket and bags straightened out before he left me there. I am so grateful bc I was really nervous about flying and he understood that and totally helped.

The medical staff, therapists, Behavioral Health Technicians, Administrators are very helpful and highly knowledgeable.As soon I walked into the facility it automatically felt like home and was welcomed with Smiles & Care. I was treated very well during my intake process no question was not answered. Normally at a treatment center you would get negative answers and vibes but not here. (Trust Me with my addiction issues I have been to many facilities no one could fix me but Coastal did the MAGIC) There after I was given a detailed tour of the place by the BHT. He was very kind, Polite & Patient.The Therapist work with you very well and even one on one. Very patient and highly skilled and with professional background and tons of knowledge to absorb from. They know what they are doing.The food and snacks are amazing there is no way you are going to be hungry at any even time. I gained 20LBs :). The chefs are amazing, they accommodated all my diet needs and wants. Loved every dish they made either from the Menu or any of my special requests.The BHT’s are very respectful and give them 10+ stars. They are the face of the facility & in the front line to deal with us addicts. With all the nuisance and chaos, we cause during our withdrawal phase. They are kind, respectful, caring and no is not answer for anything needed or wanted. My heart & Soul respect to you all.The Nurses & Doctors are amazing & highly knowledgeable they take really good care of you. They are loving caring & respectful. Loved them all.The admin staff is awesome. Always there for you and to assist you in any means possible.Overall, you will be in the right hands at any given time, clean, safe, reliable, educated, friendly, feels like home. Before coming to coastal I was hopeless, helpless, and my family wanted nothing to do with me. It wasn’t the first detox I’d ever been to, but it was the only one who showed me so much love and compassion. They gave me hope. It’s hard to put into words the amount of gratitude I have for this facility. The employees were my family when I had none. The staff went out of their way to make sure not only were my physical needs taken care of, but my emotional needs as well. From the first phone call prior to admission, to helping me set up continuing care, they never missed a beat. Even going as far as to help me with my legal issues via Zoom court. This isn’t just a detox, they are the family I never had. All of the techs, especially Karen, are phenomenal. They will take the time to listen to you, laugh, and cry(if needed) with you. If you are reading this and you or your loved one is suffering like I was, go to Coastal Detox. The level of care is more than I could ever put into a review. It wasn’t the first detox I’d been to, but it has been my last; I owe them everything I have today, including my life.

I truly cant say enough about Coastal Detox and I am forever grateful to them for saving my brothers life. I had no idea where to take him for help - I made many phone calls that led to nowhere - or complete frustration, but the call to Coastal was the one that changed everything. Jarrod couldn’t have been kinder, more compassionate or confident in his knowledge about exactly what we needed to do. He told us to come right away....even before they knew if his insurance would pay....just truly wanting to help save his life! Someone greeted us at the door after hours and assured me that my brother was in good hands and they took it from there. They kept me updated on his condition, took incredible care of him and then helped us figure out the next steps from there. Jarrod has visited my brother since he has left Coastal to make sure he’s still on track and doing well. They truly care and want to make a difference - and they have. Our entire family is so grateful to Jarrod and everyone at Coastal.

This is one of the best Detox facilities I have every been too. The doctors and nurses are fantastic and will make you comfortable and treat you individually. The food, rooms and the space itself are all top notch. It is a very safe and comfortable space to get well and all the therapists and staff are so nice, smart and accommodating. Hello, my son was taken under exceptional conditions with a very nice assessment team. After speaking to Tom and Chris, I felt they really wanted to help my son. Well, unfortunately, as nice as the place is. He was discharged after 4 days still sick with addiction. THEY blamed it on the insurance which after speaking to the insurance, the care is based on what they tell the insurance company. Not the other way around. Threw him out because he wanted sober living with maintenance and they only promote residential aftercare. So they refused to help him and thanks to them hes back on the streets. Shame on you and your staff who should know a detox from fentanyl and heroin takes more than 4 days. If anything happens I as his mother will take further actions. Also, anyone reading this make sure you want residential or its a waste of insurance and could cause death. He never got to enjoy the massages, and councilling they promote and he and myself specifically told Tom sober living. You said he didnt want help and quoted from the insurance company. Shame on you.How does wanting sober living with maintenance mean he doesnt want to get help. Shame on you and very cruel what you did and lied about. God has this back. Does he have yours?

Had a really good experience at Coastal. The staff really went above and beyond in helping me get in and gave me the respect l, space and care I needed after I first got there. As I started to fell better they encouraged me to take part in groups which helped get me out of my head and bring positivity and health to my thinking. They had a great massage therapist, who came daily and it was evident the nursing staff genuinely cared. Got to know some of the staff as well and I’m grateful for the cooks Joe and Chris. Those guys literally made us sirloins and pork chops for dinner. Also I gotta thank Chris and Chris for helping me get in and setting me up with a transition plan. Real grateful for that help, I’m not sure if it’s management intention to hire guys named Chris but they got a good thing going there. Overall, I’m clean and sober today and walking it out. Coastal gave me a base that set me up for the success that I’m walking in today

The place is super nice with absolutely amazing food. Like 5 star restaurant quality food. The staff and therapist definitely care about every client and want what’s best for them. This isn’t one of the sketchy places in Florida that just has a nice website. It really is a great place.

This is by far the best treatment facility I have ever been to. Unfortunately I’ve been to more than a handful. Everyone that is employed at Costal genuinely cares for everyone that’s walks threw the door. To often rehab facilities only care about there bottom line and it shows. This is not the case with Costal if you are looking to get sober and be in a place where the employees truly want nothing more than to help you in every way they can then go to Costal.

From the moment we arrived at Coastal Detox we knew we were on the right path with our son. Despite the very late hour, Tom S greeted us and took time to answer questions before checking him in and helping him get settled. Coastal is a clean, welcoming facility that offers the very best care to people in need. There are many facets to giving appropriate medical and emotional care to an addict, and I am thankful we were referred to Coastal. Every staff member provided my family with help and kept lines of communication open in order to support us all during this extremely challenging time. The clinicians Jacklyn, Stacy, and Judy provided the positivity and professional care that my son needed daily. In addition, the others on the medical staff, including Valerie (ARNP) closely monitored all of his needs and determined the appropriate course of treatment. Its also important to recognize the tremendous support we were given by Kris G throughout my sons treatment. He went way above and beyond the call of duty in managing the financial process of my sons insurance. It takes a very special and dedicated person to do what he did for us, and I will be forever grateful!At Coastal it is clear that they stand by the fact that no two addicts should be treated the same. Individual care and treatment is the key to successful detoxification and recovery. I cannot say enough about the amazing treatment my son was given during his 2 weeks of intensive detox. What an amazing place. I cant say enough about the staff and facility. My friend was treated here and I was able to go visit and check on her. The staff was so helpful and very professional. They always showed such great care and concern for her. They were very helpful in getting her moved to the next step that she needed. This place and its staff made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the time of my almost 3 week stay. Could not have asked for better accommodations than they give. For someone who has an extra difficult time adjusting to new environments, i can tell you that this place makes it as smooth and as easy of a transition as they can. Not to mention, all the staff are incredibly caring and are always there for you even when you cannot get to a therapist. 10/10 recommend for anyone seeking their first step in treatment.

I am so grateful for the care that Coastal Detox gave to my daughter. This was a new experience for our family, and Coastal was so supportive to not only my daughter, but to our entire family as well.From the admissions process with Kris, to Judy looking out and always being available to help, even after hours, to the therapists that worked with our daughter, and to everyone who had a part in her recovery, all were extremely professional, but also showed sincere concern and cared. The facility is super clean, very serene and you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in and the receptionist greets you, to whoever you come in contact with.I know that there are better days ahead, and I just appreciate the start in this process that Coastal Detox gave to my daughter. The only positive here is the physical property, the cleanliness, food and the extras. Otherwise, it appears the staff is frazzled, overworked and annoyed! The Clinical staff is only concerned about your discharge plan and pushing you into treatment. They work with a select few treatment centers that do not have good reputations. They do not have appropriate recommendations for age 35 and up that do not want to be with the younger population. Do not expect any counseling or insight from the Clinicians, as their role is to do assessments, get you to sign consents so that they can speak to treatment centers on your behalf. The Therapists appear inexperienced, immature and do not know much about real life and reality. You are not even permitted to call your spouse/significant other unless they are supportive of you moving onto treatment after, if not they try to convince them why you should. I would ONLY Detox and get out of there! Do not go there!!!

Coastal is the only detox that I will go to because of how kind and caring they are there. Many Detoxs you will find that they are extremely rude and dont really care about you. They take care of all of your needs here while also giving you time with the therapist and the doctor is great. If I have any family members or friends who needed detox I would send them there. The food is great and thats also a plus. They have a chef a massage therapist that comes daily and a chiropractor. Its also very clean here and its a new building. Outside it has a pond and its so beautiful and relaxing.

I recently spent 7 days at Coastal Detox after a slip in 18 years of sobriety. To say that my expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. The entire staff is professional, caring and dedicated to the needs of each individual. I can personally say that my health and well being both physically and mentally was their number one concern. The facility, food and medical care are top notch. I am forever grateful to the staff for their care..........

This was my first time in treatment. I had no idea what to expect to be honest. This place is so nice I actually missed it when I left. I spent a week there and I was fed really good food with snacks always available. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff there. The doctors and nurses are very accommodating and listen to your concerns. They leave you alone if you need time alone and if you want to go to groups you can go. I didn’t stay residentially so I’m not sure if the rules are different for that program. Massages every day and chiropractor on Tuesday. Lots of meetings and workshops all day long that were very helpful. Now I know what to expect when I start my intensive outpatient program tomorrow. I hope I like it as much as I liked this place. Love you guys. Thanks for helping me save my life. :)

Coastal detox has been the beginning of my familys journey navigating my daughters addiction. The staff was amazing with her throughout her stay at this facility. Judy was an angel!!! My daughter was five hours from home and Judy fought for her to find value in living a sober life. Judy and the staff found the perfect next step for my daughter which wasnt an easy task. The staff didn’t give up on her and i will forever be eternally grateful for them helping me to show tough love in order to stop enabling and start my daughter on the road to recovery !!!

Thank you Costal Detox, 9 months sober now and loving every bit of it! I hate how mean I was while detoxing but then again it’s all part of the process. The staff were so caring and kind - helpful in so many ways! The environment was so comfortable and pleasing to be in!

Coastal Detox is a truly amazing place whos shine starts from the top. I would recommend their services to any of my family and friends. Every patient is treated with dignity and respect as well as individualized plans of care. Not everyone has cookie cutter needs and that is practiced at Coastal. I absolutely LOVE all the compassion that the staff has towards their patients success to sobriety!!! This is an all around five star service.

The worst Detox with the most incompetent staff imaginable. A family member went twice and the food kept getting worse, the clientele more shady, and messages were never returned. The last time there were a lot of young Patients, keeping people up at night, running through the hall ways for sure not a place to rest and detox. The groups were boring, repeated and run by therapists that appeared childish and not very knowledgeable. Actually, the clinical staff was the absolute worst! Do yourself, your family or friends suffering from addiction a favor and go ELSEWHERE!!!

Hands down the absolute worst facility. You are questioned by four different doctors (actually they are not Doctors at all ) Nurse practitioners about your usage prior to admitting. A friend of mine went there and was left in a room sweating and very sick. A Therapist would come in and try to ask you questions, :stating, I need to do my assessments or they will be late, As soon as you felt somewhat better physically, they wanted to know, What are you doing after detox? We have places for you to go to. I found the therapy department to be the worst. All I can say IS stay away!!

My family is very thankful for Coastal Detox. They have went above and beyond for my son a few times. Unfortunately he has needed their help more than once and they have ever turned their back on him, even when he was at his worst. Jeannie and Chris have been amazing and kept me informed through the entire process. They truly care about the addict and want to help them especially when it would be easy to give up on them. I had many detox facilities be rude and uncaring to me when I was searching for help for my son, but Coastal never did that to us. I dont know the names of all the team members that have helped my son but I know their are many and yall are angels!! One day we will be able to pay it forward and help someone as you have helped us. My loved one went to went to Coastal Detox and did awesome there. Great clinical and BHT department. Staff is wonderful as well as the food. Every client gets one on one attention from staff members. The holistic services are very effective. Highly recommend Coastal Detox.

Coastal Detox has amazing accommodations. Has a great holistic room with sauna massage chairs and a bio sound bed. The staff will go above and beyond for each client. Coastal has a phenomenal nursing staff, a great chef and therapist that really care. Overall a five-star place would recommend to any of my friends and family.

I had a family member go here, great place. They had a private room, 24 hour food available, and a soft serve ice cream machine. The employees were all very nice and patient with the clients, extremely caring and compassionate about the people they are dealing with. Also met an amazing young technician named Ross Tucker who was always so attentive and caring. They truly do great work here.

I could not be more grateful for my experience with Coastal Detox. My brother struggled with an alcohol addiction that impacted our entire family, and when we felt we could no longer help him, we turned to Coastal Detox. I can proudly say his time there helped him take the first step toward recovery. The support staff provided my brother and my entire family with a transparent overview of the process, and we felt confident that he was getting the best care - both medically and emotionally. I had a friend go through rehab a few times, and he always mentioned to me that Detox was the worst part of treatment. After his stay with Coastal Detox, he wouldnt stop talking about how great his stay with them was. They give you everything you need, and they apparently have an awesome Soft serve ice cream machine.

Beautiful and comfortable facility. A great place to detox, BUT leave after Detox level. If not, the rest of your time there will look like this: The Clinical staff.....including the two Clinical Directors- Tweedle dee and Tweedle Dumb, will instruct your Therapist to restrict your phone calls/or visits, and you will be harassed and bullied into going to the Treatment center of their choosing. They do not care about your recovery needs- only that they preserve their relationships with treatment centers. They used to refer Patients to Wellness Resources, AKA Wellness Hellness, read on further in reviews and you will see this posted by a former Patient as well. They will tell you that, The facility you want to go to does not accept your insurance, have a family member or friend on the outside verify this, as it is often not the case at all. The Clinicians actually monitor your phone calls and make you put them on speaker phone, I believe that as an adult, it is your right to speak privately, if you can Just pick up the phone and alert your family member. I am a former Clinician- who is a member of the National Association of Social Workers- we are bound by a code of conduct and ethical standards, just as a Physician of Do no harm. I have a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Fordham Universitys Lincoln Center Campus in NYC, but they are not seeking that- Actually, they have a Clinician on staff that is not even a Registered Intern in the State- They just want Sales People with the proper degree so that documentation can be written for Insurance- Which I did perfectly!!! They terminated me- making false statements regarding my work performance because I did not follow this- Good Luck!!

A family friend of mine went to Coastal and said it was overall an amazing experience for them. The facility was beautiful and staff members were very nice and helpful too. Would highly recommend!!

My brother went here and had nothing but good things to say. From what hes told me, detox is usually a miserable experience. But, apparently, his experience at Coastal Detox was a productive and actually has provided the best results thus far. They had him doing groups, getting a little active, and just took great care of him.

While it is difficult to discuss because of its sensitive nature, my friends addiction was causing him and his family some serious harm. Today I see a new man with positive life habits and healthy relationships across the board. Im thankful for Coastal Detox and the effective treatment he received. He had nothing but great things to say about their facility, staff, and the debt of gratitude he owes for the care he was provided.

We heard about Coastal through a friend. My nephew has struggled with addiction for years. Always tough having these conversations and its really taken a toll on my brother; but Coastal made my family very comfortable in the process and now his son seems to be fully recovered!!

The staff is very hands on with the clients and even though its supposed to be surface level, the staff takes time to talk to you. There are two groups a day, which are optional, but they are very solid to get you started to doing groups like you will at the next level of care. They have an ice Cream machine, which of course makes detox much easier lol.

Coastal Detox is a great company. I highly recommend this detox to anyone who needs help and or is suffering from substance abuse. Their staff truly goes above and beyond for each and every person, I was astonished by their medical/ clinical and BHT staff!

Love Coastal detox and their staff. I dont use love very frequently but this place deserves it. They are a By the book detox and they dont put up with nonsense. They are patient and are clearly aware of the industry that they are in, but at the same time not enabling to the point where they are making it worse.

Only reason i hesitate to leave a 5 star review is because of them dropping the ball in the first place. Their driver was an hour later than they had told me, but once they picked up my friend, they had nothing but good things to say about Coastal Detox. They definitely need to get their driver situation better managed.

Coastal Detox was overall great hospitality for a family member of mine that needed treatment. The state of the art facility, amenities, and perceptive staff ensured a welcoming, yet safe environment for treatment. Although there was a tiny problem with the air conditioning that affected primarily my family members individual room, that did not go unnoticed. The situation was handled promptly once the owner of the facility found out the tech in charge of the corresponding room didnt handle it ASAP by relaying the needs of the client. Gentlemen by the name of Joe and Ross didnt take short cuts in getting the AC repaired and personally visited my aunt with supplemental gifts such as a personal fan, ice cream and an apology card with a Publix gift card. Thereafter, the techs diligent performance proved this was a serious manner to Joe and Ross. Customer service and high quality treatment seem to be Coastal Detox main concern.

It really is sad to see a lot of centers in the behavioral health field that are just supplying their clients with a bunch of amenities that they not only dont need, but that 1% of the world might receive. This gives them expectations of the real world that 99% of the world does not get. They do, however, supply their clients with more than enough to get through treatment in a healthy manor without enabling.

Coastal saved my life! My life had turned to shambles and had nobody to turn to. Thank God I chose Coastal the day I decided to go to treatment. Everyone from admissions, bhts, clinical therapists, nurses, to the owners all get involved to help save a persons life. They are not there just for a job, they are there because they trully trully care about every person that walks through their doors. They will do everything possible and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and come up with the best treatment plan for you personally. They also put in so much effort and time making sure you have the best aftercare plan. They continue to stand by you after you leave.The facility is state of the art and second to none. They offer massage chairs for your use. Also, massage therapist everyday, chiropractor, yoga, bio-bed, meditation. The meals and snacks are prepared by amazing chefs. They really put love into their food they put out. You have your own flat screened tv with headphones in each room for the days you just dont feel well enough to get out of bed. The therapists have 4 - one hour groups per day and they are so informative. I learned so much about myself and the disease of addiction in these groups. Also, an outside AA or NA meeting comes in at night which is so great. It helps to get you ready for outside meetings when you leave.I could go on and on, I cant say enough. This place is just amazing! They all make you feel like family. I will always and forever be so thankful and grateful that I found Coastal Detox. Id give them 100 stars if I could.

Coastal Detox saved my life, The facility is phenomenal, very clean and modern. The food is Amazing, Steve the chef and Chris and Joe are all great chefs and they take pride in their work. my stay at coastal was relaxing and rejuvenating, i gained over 30 pounds got back to my healthy weight. I feel great, they also take you to the gym everyday which is really nice to get back into living a healthy lifestyle and eating right. The nurses are all really helpful too, Sheryl really fought for me to get the sublokade shot. which has been so helpful in helping me stay sober. All of the therapists were very helpful too, Especially the clinical director Jeanie she always made sure that all my needs were met and she was really a big motivation for me to relocate and do sober living. Best decision that i ever made. She really cares about the clients and makes sure everyone is comfortable. Also Raquel and Jacklyn are good group facilitators i learned alot from the both of them. The owners Joe and Christina are the most caring people i have ever met in my life, they make you feel part of the family and feel loved and cared for. They really go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. Judy is also awesome she will make sure that you have everything you need as far a necessities and stuff like that. she also talked me out of AMA leaving against medical advice a couple times. Shes the reason i stayed the full time and am still sober today. The techs that work there are all pretty cool, especially tony and Chris they are knowledgeable about addiction and you can learn a lot from them too and they understand what your going through and that detox can be rough sometimes. i definitely recommend this facility to all my friends and family. Theresa the receptionist is the sweetest person in the world and makes you feel welcome when you first get there, she is in recovery herself so she can relate to what you are going through

This facility genuinely cares about their clients. Coming from experiences with multiple facilities Coastal the best detox hands down.

Had a few friends go through this center for the first step in their recovery. Provided them with exactly what they needed, without giving them unrealistic living expectations. Their staff was very transparent with the clients family and also was very patient with them, even when they were causing some problems.

Going to detox is not a very easy thing to do, in fact its one of the toughest things ive ever done. When i decided to detox i did some research to find out where i should go, and chose Coastal Detox. I was so moved by their facility and helpful, caring, staff that I decided to write my own review. Being that Ive been to Coastal Detox 3 times over the past year, i know them pretty well by now. I chose Coastal Detox a multitude of times mainly because Ive seen and heard horror stories about other programs and detoxes. The staff at Coastal does an amazing job of keeping you comfortable, well fed, and relaxed. As other places have lacked in comfort and a relaxed enough schedule that makes you feel laid back, I keep on choosing to return to Coastal Detox. Good food, great holistic room, meds, and counsellors!

Received tasteless postcard that declared my minor son a potential drug user . Call The location and asked that we be taken off the list and was not. Left a message via Facebook Page receive a snarky response. Called again and spoke with a “gentleman” who did not care and lectured me on why people need detox. After a lengthy conversation where I was insulted, made fun of, and told that I was crazy - all because I want my minor sons name removed off of a drug detox centers mailing list, I’ve been was told I would be removed we will see .... is this any indication on how they treat people daily? Don’t’t know, but they sure were rude, and snarky with me on a very simple issue. It’s a simple good neighbor and tact issue they failed.

This Detox is one that operates by the book. They have a very safe and effective protocol to which they do not just use the same for each client, they each get assessed and get meds Based on that, they do not get so much so that they are abusing the meds. Glad to see a treatment center that operates as morally ethical as Coastal Detox.
