Great service and delivery of my new Hustler X One was seamless. Each time I spoke on the phone with either the owner, his daughter and Dave who delivered the lawn tractor, each one was very helpful and made me feel like I chose the right decision buying from this company. I have 9 acres of grass to cut and this machine is exactly what I needed.

My husband visited their showroom to purchase our new mower. He had to take our 2 yr old with him and he couldnt believe how welcoming and kind they were to her. It made all the difference in his experience. Additionally he felt comfortable with the product they sold him. To top it off they delivered it right away! We are very satisfied.

Awesome business. Had an issue with my mower that was not purchased from them, however they went above and beyond to fix the issue (only being held up by Toro to deliver the part) when another issue came up after the repair, they took care of it quickly and ensured my mower was delivered back to me within a day. I plan on using them for all my future mower needs and recommend their service to anyone.

I was initially impressed when I had first called this business and explained my problem I was having with my mower, they where aware and knew exactly what the problem was. I made the appointment dropped it off, picked it up a week after and paid my bill . My girlfriend picked up the mover and brought it home. The SAME EXACT problem I brought it in and paid for was NOT fixed.. I brought the mower back again and received a call days later they fixed the problem . Used the mower a few times and a few weeks later same problem AGAIN, picked it up and was given another bill, the same repair had been done 3 times, and it was cleaning, adjusting and lubricating the unit. No parts where added, the same service was performed AGAIN, I will not be bringing my business back here again and will be letting everyone I come in contact know as well.

Staffing was courteous and pleasant to deal with. The environment of store itself is very clean and well organized which is a sign of professionalism and pride in their work. With that being said I find this small engine repair shop the best in our area.

Went there telling them that my 20 year old Echo trimmer had finally bitten the dust and needed to price a new one. It was locked up and obviously had thrown the connecting rod or something inside. Id pulled the starter off and the flex shaft out and the engine just wouldnt move. I just knew I needed a new one. Was great about talking about choices and I settled on on a model. As an aside I told him I had the old one in my truck and would be curious to know just exactly what had happened to it. Owner took it in the back and came out after 15 minutes with the machine in one hand and a nail in the other. Somehow a nail had made its way onto the flywheel and was just blocking it. Machine was fine. He could have lied and sold me a new machine but he was honest. Even refused to take my money for the repair.Place is clean, super well stocked, run professionally and obviously owned by an honest dude. You know where Ill be going when I really do need to buy something new.

Avoid this place! Liars and frauds! Will say whatever they need to so they can make a sale, then lie when you try to make a return. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The owner is vulgar, profane, and smokes inside the shop. I walked out smelling like cigarettes. I usually try to recommend small business, but in this case you are better off going to a box store.

Great prices and great guys. Always have the parts I need in stock and always charge fair prices to replace if needed. The mechanic is fast and knows his stuff. Recently started in the lawn industry on my own and these guys never disappoint. They Always remember my mower and when I replaced parts. Blew a belt two weeks after buying one (hit a ditch) and they remembered I had just got one and asked if I wanted them to take a look at my pulleys to see if there is an issue. Very clean and neat warehouse as well. The owner runs the front desk and is always extremely helpful.

Excellent Service! Very Friendly Knowledgeable Staff!! When ever I need a part or service for my lawnmower these guys know there stuff! I had them replace the tank & on my Honda generator last year and its been running perfect! Saved me some serious money on that one! thank you!When I went to start my chainsaw up after Erma knocked over some trees in the back yard, it would not start kept flooding out...this is a 20+ year old Echo. I was thinking the worse...Not a problem for these guys it was fixed in know time ! Runs Great! There prices are always fair. Highly recommended!!

My experience started off bad and only got worse.. And this is primarily with respect to the owner, Dennis, and his terrible customer service.I brought in my blower as requested by the manufacturer, as it is still under warrantee - just over 1 year old. Issue was that it wont start anymore, or takes very many pulls to get going and even then it wont stay running long. And im pretty meticulous when it comes to mixing the fuel properly and taking care of my equipment. I also use the same fuel mixture for my other 2-strokes machines and there are no issues with them - all poured from the same can, and even using non-ethanol rec 90 gas. Manufacturer said dont try messing with anything/fixing on your own as that would void the warrantee, and that I just had to drop it off at this place. So I did just that.As im at this place to drop-off the blower, i explained the above to Dennis. During my explanation, he would interrupt frequently and with a rude tone, asking questions like the fuel mixture/quality, did I try cleaning the carburetor, etc.. which if he would let me to finish explaining the above then his questions would be answered. After re-explaining that I did not clean the carburetor because the manufacturer said not to, he then said they dont know what they are talking about and they told me wrong, that maintenance issues i can touch as they are not under warrantee, while the other stuff is under warrantee - but he explain this to me with a rude tone while using a number of curse words in the process and calling the manufacturer phone lady an idiot - which is obviously unprofessional.So, i took the blower home - took apart the carburetor (which already looked clean) and thoroughly cleaned it out, along with the fuel filter - not my first time with that process. I even changed the spark plug. Still having the same issue. I checked the compression, that was very low, about 40. I then brought it back and felt confident its an issue that would be covered under warrantee. I even said to Dennis before leaving that perhaps the compression is too low...Nearly a week goes by, and I finally get a call about the status of my blower. The lady on the phone gave me an estimate to fix it, about $65. I then asked what is the issue. She said it needs a new carburetor and spark plug. I then asked what exactly was wrong with the carburetor. She had to go ask - came back and said the diaphragm was separated. I said ok, lets go ahead and get it fixed. After hanging up, i called back right away, as i had one more question - did you guys check the compression? I ask because id hate to pay the money to change the carburetor and we find out that is not the issue - knowing in the back of my mind the compression is very low. She went to go ask again, but then Dennis came on and asked if he can help me. So I asked again if they did a compression test.This is where things turned south... Dennis decided to try giving me a speech - led by a disclaimer of im not trying to be rude that he has top mechanics and whatnot and what the girl on the phone told me is the issue that needs to be fixed to make it run again (which i find funny as they havent repaired and tested it yet to know for sure). And that its stupid that im asking these questions! REALLY??? I then said back, I cant be the first to ask questions like this, and that its a simple yes or no, did you do a compression test? He then tried to make it sound like this is rare and most people dont ask questions and just trust their expertise. (Sounds like the mentally of a crooked business, huh?). Well, im not most people that dont know or care about this stuff - I want to know what is wrong with my machine and to avoid this issue in the future. So anyway, i then told him that i did a compression test and it was low, and that is why I am asking.. He then said I can either come get it or let them do the service. And note i had to put down a $20 deposit, which is gone at this point. I went and got my blower. Never got the answer to my question.Dont go here.

Great help with fixing my chainsaw and because no new parts were required they didnt even charge me anything. Ill be sure to come back in the future of I have any other landscape equipment that breaks down.
