Emergency! We borrowed a neighbors nearly new lawnmower which quit for no reason while mowing on a Saturday after hours. In a panic, since we had to return the mower, John returned our call and was able to get the mower fixed in short order. They are relocating their shop and didnt even charge us. John knew exactly what happened and what to do. We will definitely be referring Deckers Repair for more work in the future!

BEWARE! The take weeks to fix items. Took 2 months of bringing back and forth to get item properly fixed. Then tried to charge me for each time bringing back. Would never trust them again. This was my 3rd time using them, service has definitely declined.

I had an interesting, meaning a complicated diagnostic problem with my ride on lawn mower and I was bent on doing it myself. This shop is a family business. They showed genuine interest in helping me with the diagnosis and even facilitated me a cheaper, used replacement part that worked great. They had the new one as well but it was not worth to buy a new one for my mower. They were very helpful, even though I called them multiple times. It has been my only experience with them so far and needless to say, I will return whenever I get into trouble again.

The folks at Deckers are generous with their time and knowledge. I am a do-it-yourselfer, so I only buy parts from them. Still, they are always willing to serve as technical support when I am stumped. Deckers is a good example of an old-fashioned, local business.

Took my chainsaw to this businesses and two weeks later Went to their shop to find out what happen with the chainsaw, and the unit was in the same table where I placed. I asked if was fixed they told me that he didnt had the chance to work on the chainsaw. He told me that during the week he was going to see what was the issue. Ten minutes after I had left the shop he called telling me that the chain saw was really bad. He mention that to fixed was going to cost me $132.00. That was better to buy a new one. Less a year Poulan chainsaw. What did you think they want?

I bought a mower there when I was 14 the mower lasted me one day with about two hours of use called them up and ask them if they could help me out the guy told me it wasnt his problem. The shop is disgusting the vehicle used to deliver the mower was like a 1990 station wagon terrible shop would never recommend.

This company is unreliable. They never call you when they tell they will and most of the time they dont answer their phone. I had to drive there 2 times in order to get information on my generator...Needless to say I did not get my generator fixed there. I gave it one star because they did not have a 0

Familys business with that honest down to earth expirence. Changed me less than original estimate.

Knows what he is doing however could work on being more prompt
