Very unfriendly people. Went in to get a tire for my mower and it was like pulling teeth. None of the three people in there had a good attitude. Go to engine world or east coast mower instead.Edit, per the comment below, I did go in a second time and gave a second chance. Will never be back. No one said good morning when I walked in, guy at the desk didnt even acknowledge me, lady at the desk was less than happy to even speak to me. I bought 3 blades and asked a question about getting the middle blade on and the lady told me take the bolt out and put the new blade on and put the bolt back. Do you not know how to take bolts out? Lololol. If that is their professional insight and knowledge that they stand behind, I think it speaks volumes. Terrible shop.

Called ahead to buy a $12,000 Lawn Mower, Said they had it and were getting it ready. Drove an hour to get it, waited 20 mins for anyone to talk to just to tell me that they didnt have it. Waste of time!

I went there on behalf of my company to pick up a pressure washer we sent in for repairs...it was done in time it was cheaper than some of the competing companies in the area and most importantly it was done right our sales associate was very helpful everyone had a mask on.

I am a solo operator and brought my mower in that went down, they had the part overnighted and my mower up and running the next day, a shout out to miguel who was extremely knowledgeable and professional! Cant thank you enough.

No one seemed particularly eager to help me but I left the mower there anyway. It wasnt starting even though it was just over 1 year old. I picked it up the next day and again, minimal help getting it in my trunk and sending me on my way. okay. thats fine. The mower started the first time, but with a little extra oomph, not something youd expect just having gotten it back. Then I didnt use it for another 2-3 weeks as it was dry and the grass wasnt growing fast. Couldnt get it started again or on any other times since. Ive been using my neighbors mower but will now take mine somewhere else.
