I will never rent from CASCO again! If you rent a piece of equipment, the owners expect you to buy parts if you want it to work properly.I rented a chainsaw and after a few minutes returned to the store to get a sharp chain. The clerk and mechanic told me they dont sharpen the chains; it is rented as is.I purchased a file to try and sharpen the chain but the chain was so burned it wouldnt hold an edge so I had to buy a new chain. Once the new sharp chain was installed, it worked fine.Even though the saw had a Ready to Rent tag, it was a joke as the saw was not properly tuned and the oil reservoir was not filled.When I returned the saw this morning and complained to the clerk about the chain he told me the owners wont have the chains sharpened and if you want a sharp chain they expect you to buy one!

This place is unbelievable they rented me a scissor lift for two days it broke after two hours. The cable broke off one of the batteries. Then it took at least 5 calls to get a receipt. Stay away!!!!!!

Great company with a great staff, my experiences with CASCO has been five star! I rented a pull behind lift from them a few times, always a pleasure going to CASCO the crew is super helpful and downright cool😎. I needed another gas can for my generator for this upcoming hurricane. I just happened to be going by and saw them there so I stopped and asked if they were open, Heather said sort of lol . As I followed her in I was immediately met with that part of the family feeling . (Ive never met these people before) I wasnt looking for a handout or deal of any kind, but offered an outstanding deal .As she figured out what the price of the can and gas were I paid her a little more than she was asking because, like any business, they are there to make a living and not just break even .. After knowing now what kind of people they are, they have gained a FOREVER customer if I need any kind of tool or piece of equipment.. if i could give 100 stars i would !!

I recently rented a jackhammer mounted to a dolly for chipping up tile from Casco. The equipment was brand new. Ive rented items like this from others before but the dollies are weak and unstable. Not the case this time. I was impressed with the quality, the price and the service. The inventory is huge and the quality is NEW! I rent tools frequently and will definitely be renting from Casco.
