Gutters by TK installed gutters on my house. I left the house while they were installing and they finished before I returned. There was one area that I wanted to have relocated and was told they would come back out and relocate it. I called the salesman multiple times and the office multiple times to find out when they would be back out and never received a definitive date. No one ever came back out to relocate the gutter so I did it myself. The gutters seem fine but the customer service is not good.

We were referred to Gutter by TK from our roofers. I was promptly called back to have the estimate done. We were quoted a time frame of 3-4 weeks, and within the same week received a call that they could come out the next day. The work crew was very efficient and did the whole house very quickly. Only reason that I did not rate 5 stars was because one part of my flower bed was completely trampled by one member of the crew. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with the work provided.

Horrible company, first after about 2 months delay and promises that they would show up they finally did the job.They left my driveway a minefield of nails and screws. For weeks after, extra screws would just fall of the roof. Amazingly I didn’t get a flat tire.Than after the first heavy down pour I noticed that a corner (see picture) wasn’t sealed. Repeated texts, and emails to correct that have been ignored.Worthless company

Our roofer recommended Gutters by TK. They were booked for weeks but were able to come out sooner than expected. Replaced our gutters with a much better quality and sturdier system. Very prompt, friendly and professional service. Everything looks great and the neighbors have already commented on them.

TK did my install around my whole house in Mill, we never knew we had that option. Love this color and matches out roof. The service was scheduled and preformed on time. The installers were very polite and professional. I pointed a few things out that I wanted to change and they were nice enough to accommodate me so my mulch wouldnt wash away! Very thankful and my gutters look very impressive. Would recommend TK.

New gutters installed. Dont use this company! They were recommended by the roofer that installed our new roof. The owner was responsive in coming over to give me a proposal to get my business. However,that is the last time I saw him. His installers seemed to lack experience and the owner was nowhere to be found. They smoked cigarettes while they were actually on the ladders doing the installation and left the butts on my pavers. They tilted 2 of the 15 foot gutters on both sides of my garage in the wrong direction, so the water remains in the gutters instead of draining to the downspout. I have made at least 6 attempts to contact them to correct the issue, even texting the owner himself multiple times. He said he would handle it. It was all lip service as he never showed up nor sent any of his installers to fix the issue. He installed 2 other gutters on my street and those have issues as well. Go with any other company but dont waste your time or money with TJ Gutters.

Buyer beware. This company was recommended to me by a roofer who was replacing my roof. Now that roofer wont even recommend them. They actually did an Ok job replacing most of the gutters on the roof. However, they changed the price of their bid after they started the work because they said they forgot to include a section where gutters existed before (even though they saw all the gutters installed when making their bid). So we paid the nearly $7,000, however, the roofer was shocked and brought to my attention after the install, part of the gutters were installed on top of the flashing and even drilled their screws through the flashing, instead of under the flashing, creating access points for water to enter under a flat roof. Roofer said they had never seen anything like it and explained the gutter needed to be removed, put under the flashing, as gutters should be installed, and the holes created through the flashing and into the wall need to be sealed. After many phone calls from me and the roofer as well as emails, Gutters by TK did come, put the gutter under the flashing but still screwed the gutters into the wall through the flashing. In fact, they bent the flashing up so badly, they added more screws into the flashing just to try and flatten the flashing back down. This all happening after being told by the roofer it is not a good idea to put screws through flashing. The flashing is there for a reason, to create a water protection barrier just below the roof line and screwing into it completely compromises its ability to prevent water intrusion. The owner of Gutters by TK came to look at it again (post repair), tried to justify it and when I explained the problem again to him from the roofers opinion, as well as other gutter companys expert opinion...he just through his hands up and said, Im leaving. As he walked out the door of my home he said angrily he would fix it and would be hearing from my roofer (even though my contract was with him directly, not through the roofer. Neither the roofer nor I ever heard from him again. Maybe this company could be good for a small gutter repair but if you plan to do a full gutter replacement then there are much better choices out there.

Dont expect them to come back and fix anything when theres a problem. I reached out numerous times. The 5 year labor guarantee is totally bogus. Its more like a tail light warranty, once you see their tail lights the warranty is up. Really its not that hard, bad business.

So we moved down to Florida just a couple months ago and needed new gutters put on. After getting a couple quotes we went with TK gutters. Besides the Minor hiccups in beginning( due to weather) there communication with us was great. They kept in close contact on when they would get to us and was in a timely manner. When they came to install it was relatively quick, professional, and explained everything that they would do. The guys were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They have been on for almost a week and no issues and the look great. Definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.😊

We had a New Metal Roof installed and had the Exterior of the house Painted. Our Roofing contractor told us about Gutters By TK. Wow! Are we glad we contacted them. Ernesto and his Estimator and Installers that came to our home. were courteous, polite and responsive to our questions and concerns. They were prompt, knew their products and explained every little detail. Their estimate was reasonable and within the guidelines of our research. Their was no pressure for money; payment would not be due until the job was done and we were satisfied. The installation was done on time and looks absolutely beautiful. Were extremely pleased. In our view they lived up to what they promised!

Totally non responsive and not professional. Led me on gutters were going to be installed With four different dates over four months Never did get installed I don’t recommend this company there is absolutely no follow through, they tell you one thing they do another, they say the estimator will call and he doesn’t. If I treated my customers and clients this way I would be unemployed and broke.

Unless you want your gutters doing this, I’d find another company. For 18-months I’ve been asking the owner to comeback and adjust the gutters so they actually drain towards the downspouts, but he has been unresponsive. First time I’ve ever left a bad review on a company. Very disappointing.

I used Gutters by TK many years ago on my old house. Their job was impeccable and their craftsmanship was outstanding.So now we sized down and had a new roof installed on our most recent home. After having many issues with our roofing company - we were finally good to go for new gutters after two months waiting to get the roof fixed. TK has already placed us on a six week waiting list that had come and gone.My wife contacted TK yesterday to let them know the roof was done. We waited for the call back today when, two trucks from TK showed up and in under 1-1/2 hrs they guttered the entire circumference of the house with numerous downspouts. Was this easy? This was the easiest and customer friendly transaction I had with any home repair work. I cant use enough of positive syntax to applaud TK and thank them for a damn good job done!!!! Thank you TK! Your staff was great, clean and professional!

Called TK gutters about 2 weeks ago and Toby immediately came out to provide an estimate. Upon mailing them my deposit which they received within 2 days they gave me a call to schedule it. I was already aware they were about 4 weeks out before they would be able to come out. They had a last minute opening that I just so happened to be able to accommodate and they installed quickly and beautifully. I was impressed with how quickly they installed and how great it looked! Im not sure why this company got so many great reviews, my experience rated no stars. I would never recommend Gutters by TK to anyone.I got an estimate to clean and repair sagging gutters in June, and never heard back from anyone with an estimate. I made the mistake of calling for another estimate in October, I signed the estimate and once again never heard back until 6 weeks later when two guys showed up at my door to do the job. They completed their work came to the door for a check and left.MY mistake was to not walk around the house (before giving them a check) and make sure the job was done properly, They left debris from the cleaned gutters and drain pipes on the lawn along with extra brackets that they didnt use, they just left their mess, got their check and left.I called the office to complain and asked that they come back and clean up the debris which they did, but not very well (unfortunately I was not home at the time). I believe the office management is also at fault, no apologies, not even call to make sure the cleanup was done properly.Admittedly I ignored numerous red flags, next time I will be more careful.When I mentioned my experience with Gutters by TK to a friend, she summed it up in four words, they just dont care.

Terrible people

On May 18, 2018, I signed a contract and paid a deposit(which has cleared and paid) was told because of the rain it would be 3 to 4 weeks out, which I understood. Have not heard from anyone since. Called the office today( 5 1/2 weeks later) to ask the date of install, was asked are you ready, I said yes, I will let the install crew know. I called Toby and he said this is the rainy season and I understand, but no one called me to update the install date, he said they will call the day before. Still no date of when that will be.??????

Of all the installers I called (5 in total) only two showed up. Gutters by TK came up with the most reasonable estimate. I spoke with Toby on a Monday morning and went over the details. I told him to go ahead and by noon he had his crew there (I might have been lucky since my install was straight forward and basic). I am very impressed with the crew, the quality, the work and Toby who kept his word and made this process very simple and non-stressful.

Our call for service was promptly answered by Toby, who was extremely polite and accommodating coming to our home the very next day, even though he was aware we only needed repairs. Upon his arrival, it was refreshing that he exceeded his phone mannerisms, listened to what we wanted repaired, and proceeded with a thorough inspection. This coupled with a detailed, drawn, reasonable estimate, exceeded our expectations, and was further delighted that he didnt try to sell us new gutters, arriving at the decision to hire TK Gutters. Came out quickly when I was available for an estimate. Quoted the seamless gutters and showed me a variety of colors to choose from. I had several estimates and they were the best price. They came out quickly, had the gutters all installed in an afternoon and the look and color is excellent. I believe they even have a 5yr warranty. Their gutters are seamless and the wider standard to move more water faster. Did not even require a deposit and I was able to mail a check the next week. Would recommend to anyone !

Like most companies, its about quantity. Would have been nice to have been consulted about direction of spouts, etc. Its been a problem. Had one complicated part witch they did very well at. Later, had an easy second (small) job, but they couldnt be bothered nor honest. Lost two weeks waiting for estimate.

This company can’t keep a promise to return a call within a week of initial contact. Told them I just needed a down spot redirected and a leak fixed, the response was that someone would call me by end of day or following morning. Advised them it was time sensitive to set around another contractor. A week later no call, so they get no business. I was told they do this to a lot of people who call for small repairs, even when it was their original work.Update! 6/10/19I called this company this morning to tell them that I would not be using them as they could not simply call back to set an appointment, and therefore I didn’t want them to waste their time with me. (I already had another company scheduled when I called this morning) about 20 minutes ago I got a call from a lady from tk gutters. I stopped her and told her I had already told someone earlier in the day that I did not want to do business with them and her call wasn’t needed. She then proceeded to tell me that wasn’t the reason for her call and that I would not be talking over her..... so I yield “screw you ——!” and hung up! What kind of company calls you to tell you you will not talk over them? I advised a few companies about to do business with them that they should be warned. How dare you call me back to tell me anything after I said I will not be using your business!They say “Toby left you a message” yet not a single voicemail or missed call?

Their work crew just finished up my gutters today and they look amazing. Angel was the foreman for the crew today and they both did a fantastic job. They had such positive attitudes and were very personable which is a rarity in the service industry. I had a couple of questions regarding the installation and they were extremely knowledgeable and courteous in their responses. I sent a text to Ernesto the owner letting him know how impressed I was with the work and installation. My only issue was with Toby their sales guy who is really nice, but has terrible follow-up and not a good communicator at all. If you have questions call the office. The initial experience with TK in which my entire gutter system was replaced on a large house was satisfactory. However, after completion and payment, it was obvious that something was missing or wrong near my front door as water would cascade near the door even in light rain. It took a few months but it was finally fixed.

They came out several months ago. Drilled holes in the back of my house to attach downspout, but then decided to attach the downspout on another wall of the house and left the holes exposed to weather, and insects. Called several times and was told they would come out and fix the issue. No one has called or came out to fix the issue. I tried calling back and got the answering service. Left a message and 3 weeks later still no contact. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Seems once they got my money, I dont matter.

The work was good. One call out. If you can, make sure you check all workmanship. If you have a problem after they are done it is a hard process to get them back out to fix it.

The installation team drilled holes in the side of my house where they were going to put a downspout. They decided to put the downspout in a different location. They left the holes in the side of my house and didnt even say anything to me about it. My wife spoke to the main office and they said they would take care of it. Its been 4 months and the holes are still in the side of my house. My wife and I have tried to call several times and the receptionist says they will let the crew know and someone will get back to me. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

There is a saying in business that you are only as good as your last job...well for us it was an EPIC FAIL! We have used them twice before and all seem ok but this last time was unprofessional and disgraceful how they handled us. We needed repairs done to our gutter due to a tree service damaging the gutters. I wanted to use the same company as before so Toby came out on April 27th, a week after I contacted him on April 20th, and gave an estimate. He seemed annoyed but maybe he was having a bad day. We knew they had a minimum of $400 so we were willing to accept that. He gave me a hard time about taking the gutter shield off yet that was going to be an extra $100 charge AND they werent putting them back on! (I found a guy who would for $50.) He said 2 -3 wks out... seemed excessive for a repair but ok they may be busy and weather dependent, etc. We are business owners so we went with the flow as we have used them before. Two weeks later I contacted Toby and he chided me over the phone why I was inquiring about job, the office will call you. I explained that the tree guy was waiting as are we to finish the job and the shield guy is waiting on the gutters. He was short with me saying he is the estimator and not the scheduler and I should just wait. I mentioned I will call the office then and he was rude and said that is NOT necessary. Well, as customers we deserve communications and know where we are on the schedule so I called the office with my husbands urging. Nothing it went to voicemail. Waited a few more days, my husband calls and speaks to Lisa who supposedly spoke to the schedule person and said next week on Thursday afternoon they are in your area doing a job that morning. Fair enough we have a date and time. Thursday I am home waiting and NO ONE shows up! I call a few times during the afternoon but it went to voicemail again. Finally around 3pm Lisa answered and said let me call the crew chief (whoever was in charge) and Ill call you back. AN hour goes by nothing from her so around 4pm, I call her back she claimed that she was just going to call me. INTERESTING but she didnt call I called her. Supposedly, this crew guy FORGOT about us and took on more of a job at his present job site. OK, I was disappointed and annoyed BUT Lisa apologized and INSISTED and PROMISED they will be out on Friday between 10 -2 the next day since they are around the corner from you. She said call me in the morning if you like to confirm. I said no that is not necessary just show up and repair this simple job as its been 3weeks since the estimate. Guess what 1pm NO gutter guys so I call Lisa voicemail left a msg. Called a few more times didnt leave a msg by 2pm it is obvious that they were not coming and she is avoiding my calls. I call one more time that day at 2:30 with a stern incredulous message that they blew me off again. I wasted two days of my life waiting for them. Disrespectful and Unprofessional with total lack of communications from them towards a repeat customer. If we acted like this in our business, we would lose accounts. Well they lost ours. I called another company at 2:45 spoke to the sales guy. The estimator called me within 30 minutes gave me an estimate said they will be there on SATURDAY at 8:30am (no extra charge) PLUS they will remove and re-install the gutter shields for $40 more so our total bill was $300 with Palm Beach Gutter! PALM BEACH GUTTER DID THE JOB WITHIN 24HRS FROM MY INITIAL CONTACT WHAT TK GUTTER COULDNT DO IN ALMOST A MONTH!!!! If the job was too small, HONESTY would of been the best policy instead they made us feel like we were an annoyance so they lost a customer. I called back on Saturday and of course it went to voicemail, I gave them a piece of my mind and informed them their services were no longer needed. DO NOT USE TK GUTTERS ESPECIALLY FOR A SMALL JOB! USE ANOTHER COMPANY OR TRY PALM BEACH GUTTERS THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE, SHOWED UP ON A SATURDAY AND COMPLETED THE JOB WITHIN 24HRS!!!!
