Store 3631 SE Ocean BLVD Stuart FL.The owner is incompetent. After putting the wrong address on my package which he denied twice, only to have one of the smart employees identify that the address was incorrect (after my third phone call) . It went up and back to its destination twice, only to be returned to the UPS Store. No one at UPS could tell me (for two weeks) where my package was.I received no apologies at all from the owner who made the mistake/s, and I had to ask for a refund. No concern shown here!Give another UPS store your business.
Terrible customer service and as someone else mentioned, a lot of price gouging at this location (And not just shipping fees but the fees that they have control over). I have been coming here for a few years but I plan on avoiding this location if possible due mostly to the extremely poor, rude and could care less attitude by the manager and employee. There is one lady with short dark hair that is always pleasant and nice.

Price gouging at its finest. Due to the pandemic and holiday season, mailing a package will cost you 60+ dollars for ground shipping a regular sized package. The box and packing is extra.Unfortunately, there isn’t other options to mail an item out in this area. Won’t be back.
Took 30 minutes to take care of 5 people in line. Then they told me that I would need to repack the box because because it was wrapped in brown paper. After all that they charged me $13 for a box and $5 for helping me pack it up.
I have a lost package. According to ups it was never picked up. The store acted like it wasnt their problem and gave me an 800# to call and blew me off. They were rude. Horrible customer service. Ill never use that ups store again. Go to the other one in stuart if you care about how people treat you.
Excellent service, above and beyond! The manager even came outside to help when he witnessed me struggling to load a bulky item from the sidewalk. Their copiers make perfect duplicates & they carry unusual cards and items which really come in handy. Ive used their fax and notary service, too. Everyone there is fantastic and goes the extra mile to make sure youre pleased!
They are absolutely amazing at this store. So helpful and super nice. I came in to send a package and didnt have tape, the guy working there was like no problem, well help you out I was shocked, the post office has made me purchase a whole thing of packaging tape when I ran out and didnt need much. Just a huge difference. The women that work there too are so helpful. Always so kind and patient. Thought they deserved a good review l, not many people leave reviews when they receive good service. Wonderful customer service! These guys do it all. It may be less expensive to do it yourself or drive a long distance to save a little bit....but this is convenient and they do an amazing job. The staff is also cheerful and kind, although the store does get busy at crunch times.
Really friendly and helpful group of employees here. Ive been going to them on and off the past few months. The hours listed on google arent accurate though and need to be updated. I arrived late but the guy helped me ship out my package nonetheless. recommended
I had two packages with prepaid labels, one UPS and one USPS priority mail. I was told that yes, I can leave the USPS Priority Mail package for pickup today. This was Friday. It was not picked up until Monday and will not arrive until Wednesday. I could have easily driven the 1-2 miles and dropped it off at the post office for a Monday arrival. Why tell me it will be picked up if I had missed the pick up time AND they are no pickups on Saturday? This was 1-2 in the afternoon. I dont have my slip in front of me, but I know that USPS tracking shows pick up on MONDAY. :(Thank you for your response. To update and clarify, the Post Office RECEIVED THIS FROM YOU on Monday yet I was told it would go out on Friday.

We got a mailbox back in April, and well be renewing when it comes due. These are the nicest, friendliest, most professional people. Gisela has an amazing smile and a sense of timing that resembles an air traffic controller. The office is always clean, and the staff combines efficiency and service all for the benefit of their clients.
Craig and his team are first rate. They take care of all our business shipping and mailing needs. They are courteous and prompt. That is why we are on our 3rd year with them as a customer.

Susan, Giesela and Craig are awesome! Efficient, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to solve printing and mailing challenges. I drive down from Port St Lucie to use them because they are so superior to everyone else. Here is an example: when I send them documents which I need printed and bound it is always completed when I arrive, and if there are any questions they call me immediately. Susan and Giesela are able to multi-task and handle multiple demands flawlessly. They complete the necessary paperwork for mailing without asking you to fill out forms, and they remember customers by name. I know when I go there the service and product will be 100% right. Hooyah.

DONT GO IN THIS UPS STORE!!! i have this guy named Craig and he did all the paperworks, I even asked him nicely to make sure everything is okay with my mail! and of course this guy said YES! but my mail went back to me after couple days coz this guy Craig did not charge me the exact amount!!!!.please readers.... trust me!!! they have the worst customer service ever!!! go do your business somewhere else!!!

Paid to ship estate products, lost boxes, shipped a box to the funeral home my dad had a wake at 4 years ago. Everything broken in multiple boxes, lost boxes. The owner is a poor excuse for customer service, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
