Worst experiece Ive had trying to take the parenting class with sue dokerill. I signed up on her website and payed in advance $50 to take the class in person. I showed up at the location where the class was supposed to take place and i was told that there was no class scheduled for that day. I was never informed of any change in the time or place by this person and turns out she was out of the country. I finally get in touch with her and i ended up taking her online class. The next problem was completing the course because it showed 96% completed when i indeed had completed all modules. I contacted sue dockerill for help but she insisted i did not click the last module which would show the certificate. I know how to work a computer, her website is defective and i realize i was not the only one with this problem because there was several people on the discussion page asking how to fix this problem. After trying to contact her again i was able to get my certificate. But thats not all... the online class was $39.95 So i mentioned this up to her and she offered to refund me the difference by check but its been almost 2 months and i have not received any check from her.

Excellent program. Lots of helpful information and a great guide to a healthier relationship with your children and their other parent.

Such an amazing program . I learned so much and would encourage everyone to take this class .
