Dr. Holtsinger is the absolute best!My dog suffered a fractured skull and Dr. Holtsinger did a full facial reconstruction when every other vet I had brought her too wasn’t even willing to try the surgery and suggested putting her down. Pricing was more than fair. I’m shocked at how well she has done after surgery and thankful for this office and everything they did to make this experience as positive as possible.

Your cat will be well taken care of here! My cat had FHO (hip) surgery here several months ago. At the time they were doing Covid procedures and requested the cat be crated and to call upon arrival. We called upon arrival and someone was out pretty quickly despite them being busy. They made us feel that we actually were important to them because they took the time to explain thoroughly in person (in the parking lot) what the procedure would entail. The Vet himself who would be performing the surgery brought a skeleton out with him so we could better understand what would happen to our baby (the cat). He was very honest about his skills and abilities with cats. I specify this because as a cat owner I find that some vets are a little more experienced with dogs and finding the right cat vet is important. When he handled our cat he put the crate down so the cat could have stability and wouldnt be sliding around. Little things like that go a long way in building trust and quelling any concerns one may have about what happens to a pet behind closed doors. When the surgery was over we were given tons of records showing exactly what they had done, exactly what we were supposed to do for aftercare, and had even hand written numbers to the office and other offices in case of emergency outside of their office hours. They even called to check back in on my cat after surgery to make sure recovery was going well and see if I had any questions. This Vet was professional, courteous, and truly put us at ease. I would recommend this vet to anyone who is looking for excellent care for their cat. There are several vets between my house and his office but I still choose East Coast Vet. Thanks Dr. Hansen!

Dr. Hanson is very kind and caring. Our cat needed an urgent surgery. Our regular vet was able to call and give him the info needed over the weekend so that by the time we got there he was already updated on what was going on. He explained everything to us so that when we brought our cat home we knew exactly what to do and expect. He worked with us to make the procedure as affordable as possible. He even called to check up on our cat before we were due for a follow up visit. We are so happy that our cat had the surgery with someone who is so caring about the animals that he works with. We would highly recommend him!

Dr Hanson is THE BEST! He performed surgery on one of our rescues who had a pelvic break, and then another surgery on another rescue with two broken legs. Trail of Hope Animal Rescue is very grateful for the services and care provided to our dogs.

When I found out my American Bulldog needed to have TPLO surgery, I was very nervous and worried to do such an invasive surgery. Dr. Hanson did such a great job with her. Any surgery on your babies is scary, but when you know that they are in such skillful and capable hands, it makes a world of difference. Overcharging for procedures. Double what facilities charge. Outrageous

Dr. Hanson is a great and talented surgeon. He told us what needed to be done, did it, and was honest about the expectations. Our pup is doing really well now after the fact. Thank you Dr. Hanson. We really liked his nurse Amy, who was great with our pup (and us being nervous pet parents).One Tip: I live in Hobe Sound, if I knew it before, I would of gone to his Jupiter/Palm Beach office more often for follow up visits. The Monterey/Kanner office has a smaller reception area, older facility, and seems busier. Jupiter was new, quick and easy for us the time we visited there.
