Losing a love one is a very traumatic event and for me it was catastrophic. We had been married for 54 wonderful years and it seemed like the years just flew by. I chose All County Funeral Home because they have an advertisement in our church bulletin plus my sister who passed away in April was taken care of by All County. When I picked her up everyone was so pleasant and caring. How little did I know that a few short months later, I would be calling on them again.After choosing All County, a staff member contacted me to determine what my plans were for my husband. They were very professional, empathetic and they made the situation bearable.They drove to the Fort Pierce Hospice facility late into the night to pick him up after his passing. While he was at the crematorium, they called me on a regular basis to keep me posted. I will be forever grateful for the way they treated me and also the loving care that they gave my husband. Also they having been checking in with me to make sure that I am doing alright.They are a wonderful group of people and I thank them so very much for helping me through a very trying time.

When my mom passed away, I had just 24 hours to figure out everything that was not planned..we only knew what my mom wanted but we had nothing else planned like where to get her services done.. I was told All County Funeral Home was AMAZING and very reasonable in costs..I called them the following morning of my moms passing and spoke with Maureen..She was by far, the best.. This is not the first time I was left with making arrangements for someone that has passed, so I had an idea what needed to be done and Maureen handled everything..She informed me of the whole process and that alleviated a lot of stress for me.. My mom was in good hands..I was treated with respect and they checked up on me a week or so after picking my mom up, to see how we all were doing.. I have never planned a funeral before, did not know the process. Maureen at All County Funeral Home contacted me. My loved one, Gail, was a Veteran, Maureen asked me to bring 30 photos, well I brought 30 photos with 2 boxes of Gails trinkets, Navel memorables and uniforms. Maureen displayed everything for me even though it was not the usual cause she knew it would me so much to me. Gails significant other ashes were in Gails house, which she was also a Veteran. I asked Maureen if both of them could be buried in a Veteran Cemetery, she made it happen. I am at peace and feel both my loved ones are at peace together because of Maureens kindness, sincerity and thoughtfulness. I would never take a loved 1 here! The lady came got the husband of the deceased to talk 2 him for 30 minutes taking time away from his deceased wife. Then at 4:08 pm only 8 minutes after the viewing the lady came in & started taking all the pictures down & rudely asked everyone to hurry up front to say there final goodbyes! 6 minutes later she came in & rudely asked again to hurry to the front to say final goodbyes! I understand the viewing is over at 4 but u took the husband away for 30 minutes to talk & then you rushed everyone out!! She had no empathy for any of us then to be rude about it & rush people out ! Lesson learned I will not bring any loved ones here!!

During the early trying times of covid, my dad passed and i wasnt allowed to see him. All county took care of my dad for me and kept me in the loop and met all my needs. I recommend them highly. True professionals that do things right.

I lost my Dad in September 2018 and my Mom in April 2020 and both times I used All County Funeral Home in Stuart. I cant say enough about Maureen Moran and her level of warm personalized service at one of the most difficult times of your life. I wanted both of my Parents Funerals to be a celebration of their life and I had very unusual burial requests unique to their personality and hobbies and she made it all happen. More importantly, after the loss of a loved one you are in a cloud of mourning and not thinking straight. All these tasks - with very real deadlines - such as the Obituary with the local paper, burial arrangements with the Cemetery, getting the clothes your loved one is being buried in, selecting the prayer card, the music for the Tribute DVD, in addition to the 30 or so photos for the DVD Tribute, are all coming at you at lightning speed while you are floating in a sea of grief. Maureen will hold your hand and gently guide you through the process with warm reminder emails and phone calls (even on her day off) to make sure that you stay on track. If she was out of the office or working with another Family, she had copied several other teammates so they knew what was going on and NOTHING fell through the cracks. Oh, did I mention my Moms Funeral was happening under COVID-19 restrictions making it even more of a surreal experience? I was a wreck but Maureen and the other folks gently guided me with compassion so that I was able to get through it. She even had the Death Certificates delivered to the Lake Worth location as I live in Boca and it was easier for me to get there to pick them up. One last thing . . . do yourself and your family a HUGE favor - take advantage of the Pre-Need Services they offer. With my Dad I didnt have any warning of his death and having to make funeral arrangements hours after his death was surreal and extremely difficult. Mom had a Hospice Consult in November and was given a six month prognosis. I made her arrangements a week afterwards and I am so glad I did. I will now be doing that for my Daughters to spare them the agony when they are already emotionally raw. The only thing I wish I could change about All County? That they dont have a location where I live because honestly I would prefer that they handle my arrangements over any other Funeral Service in Florida.

I am shocked at all of the four and five star reviews. I have now contacted this location three times leaving messages to get back to me in order to try to get a plan for cremation. Josh the person who I am always forwarded to you is never there and never returns my calls. Apparently they are so busy with customers that they dont need any new business therefore I can easily say they will not have my business.

My daughter had preterm labor and the baby didnt make it. We had no insurance for the baby being it was not yet born, which means all cost associated with burial would be out of pocket. We were giving a list of furneral homes and crematory. All was very expensive being this was a 22week old fetus weighting, just 1pounds and you wouldnt believe how many local furneral homes was excessively high. It was hard enough accepting the lost of a baby and then not knowing, if you could afford burial. Our goal was to bring home a healthy live baby. Most furneral homes was about making money and I understand that, but an expected mother will not have life insurance on a unborn child and Im so glad All County Furneral and Crematory was not, just in it for the money or there would be no way we could have afforded crematory services. In no way I mean the services was free it just they made a reasonable fee offer and the compassion they had for a women that lost a baby. They truly made the process easier I would without a doubt recommend others if they need furneral and crematory services please use them. RIP Heaven Joy Green

I bought a policy for my dad to be cremated. Unfortunately, the counselor told me that I would only pay a certain amount but when I finished paying I had paid double. How sad that she took advantage of my bulneravility at that moment by not explaining the policy in a clear manner.
