The proof is in the pictures- they took my carpet 11/4/18 and I got it back 1/10/19, and it was destroyed- and they wont call back- filed a complaint with the BBB- this is disgusting- who takes advantage of customers like this? its not even the same color, its smelly like chemicals and brown dust is falling out of it - next stop small claims court!

I got curry on my brand new work shirts. I was too smart to go to a dry cleaner and decided to get the stain out myself. I failed as hard as its possible to fail. Swallowed my pride, went to Louie. Louie told me that I had probably set the stain, but he would try his best. HE GOT CURRY OUT! Theres good, and then theres getting curry out of three shirts, of three different colors and fabrics good. You dont have to take my advice, but if youre taking the time to research the reviews of a dry cleaner before bringing your items in, you care a lot about your clothing. This business cares as much about your clothes as you do. Allow me to repeat myself. Three shirts, three different colors, three types of fabric, and no more curry stains in any of them. If you find yourself in the same predicament, and you do an online search for how to get curry out, I really hope this review finds you. Now put the toothbrush youre about to scrub your shirt with down, and go see Louie before you waste the next 2 hours of your life.

Classic Dry cleaners has been,by far,the best on the treasure coast for me.I have worked in Stuart, Vero and Ft. Pierce over the past 20 yrs. I have tried other cleaners because of location. I always end up back at Classic. They are the best.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. If I could give zero Stars I would. I dropped off 3 garments to be altered and was charged way too much money at first. I have garments done there before I knew what the prices was supposed to be. And then when I question them they got very defensive and very rude with me. I said to them the lady at night that took the order told me what the prices would be I understand if they can change but that seems awfully a lot of money for three garments. the first lady got extremely rude with me. She raised her voice I was not going to have it. And then why ask to see a supervisor or the owner shes like oh hes out there you can go get him yourself. And then when he comes in shes screaming over me her side of the story and refused to let me speak. He only took $10 off of the total. And that was after he got rude and nasty with me saying if I wanted my clothes just go ahead and pay for them and deal with it. How can you run a business when youre this rude? But after he made it right I paid I went to the grocery store and I decided to look at the shirts that I paid for. All three shirts were supposed to be the same length but they wasnt. So I took the shirts back and talk to the girls about it. And the original girl that helped me when I dropped them off got extremely rude with me saying that thats what I told her and to be quiet basically period She clapped her hands in my face and was extremely rude and said for me to shut my mouth. I asked for the owner and he wasnt even there anymore he went somewhere else. I was like well when can I get a refund for I just paid for these are you just going to fix them because theyre wrong? And they said you have to come back here when the owner here. How can you run a business like this? I paid over $66 for garments are not even done correctly. Im extremely upset and disappointed in this business. Ive had no issues with them until today period theyve done other shirts for me with no problems. I think that trying to price gouge people at this location. As I took the shirts to the different store they have in Palm City and the lady there told me that they overcharged me for what they did. She felt really bad but there was nothing she could do for me because I got done in the Stuart store. The lady in Palm City sweet and wonderful and nice. But the girls in Stuart dont go to them down rude horrible customer service. My opinion they need to go to some classes and learn some better manners and how to take care of customers. Also I have been a manager for years and I would never talk to a customer like that the way the owner talk to me. You should treat your customers with respect and I apologize for the miscommunication.

Bad experience would not recommend this company for anything!
