I really hate to leave anything but a positive review for a company but i didnt have a great experience here. The alterations took weeks longer than expected and had to be redone twice and were definitely due to the shortcomings of the seamstress. Without getting into it too much, she could have handled the situation more professionally.

Got my designer gown back from Bali alterations. It was a chiffon gown with a lining. I needed it shortened...seemed simple enough. She only shortened the chiffon ad neglected to shorten the lining, so now the lining hangs below the chiffon. There was also a small ink stain. I am just attending a wedding, but I cannot imagine if this woman had done my wedding gown. Horrifying! Beware.
