I hate writing reviews. But this place warrants it. 5 times! No less than 5 times I was told to come back and the owner would give me a price on a simple atv frame. How much?! He doesnt know. When should i come back? Sometime. Even the guy at the front desk admitted that yeah, if i were you, Id be pissed too.Pro-tip. if you own a salvage yard...DONT put stuff out you dont intend to sell! Dont flat out lie to customers. Do I have to bring an attorney next time to fill out contract paperwork? For a $10 part. Whoever runs this place, get some help.

Awesome place. I went to get a junk tire to make my kid a swing and they drove me out to the tires on the golf cart. Definitely come here if you need and junk or parts.

Bad customer service I called a head of time to Inquire about a specific Item to which they notified me that they had in stock. The individual on the phone told me to come by to look. They said they closed at 5pm. I walk in at 4:35 and they said I could not see the item because they were closing. I then asked well why would you tell me to come by? They just gave me a head nod. Very poor service. Not only do they buy Junk. But they seem to operate like it too.

Great service! We forgot our tools and the guys were nice enough to let us borrow theirs. Then, the part we wanted wouldnt come off, so they assisted us in that too. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Extremely helpful and polite!! :) thanks again guys

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!Called ahead and told them EXACTLY what kind of scrap I had, from my job site, and the lady on the phone told me 3 cents a pound for steel and 3.5 cents a pound if over 2k pounds. Well I drive 30+ miles to get there, they weigh my truck and trailer and send me back to their yard. Then I get 1 story and another and then after all that they want to give me 1 cent a pound! How convenient after they weighed me out!!! And after driving all that way I took it because of the b.s. but they are liars, cheats and sneaks.

I have been to many Junkyards in my years with most being from New England. This one is the best one for all the ones you want. Best prices and a huge parking lot. The origination of the cars is the best. Imports - domestic - cars - trucks - vans all where they should be. If it just rained out the place can turn into a lake at times. Hasnt stopped me but keep that in mind.

Jr. And Bill are some of the best guys I have met in my lifetime. They are fare guys and will help you as much as they can. So if youre looking for somewhere to buy your part its a good place to started.

The guy is a liar, told me one price, I went to pull it out went to pay he told me a whole different price. I told him thats all I had thats why I asked before I went in. He took my money, put the money in his pocket and told me to never go back because he remembers faces, okay..... never again, will I go to this place. These reviews are no where near accurate....friendly and nice...noo

I absolutely love this junkyard its like a junkyard Mall. Although they dont have Infinitis often, this time when I went they have the exact year exact model and I was able to replace my AC that would have originally cost me $250 to replace everything I was able to replace everything approximately 30 bucks thank you so much this girl now has AC and. Im cool for the summer.

The gentleman at the front desk was rude and refuse to sell me a used old bike stating he promised it to somebody when in actuality I dug it from underneath probably for bikes on top of it. He is a very nasty man and I will never return to this place I wish I had gotten his name. After explaining my circumstances of trying to help a family member out who is having a rough time he clearly did not care and when I asked him if he knew what paying it forward meant he had no clue. A terrible experience at this place all because of a nasty rude employee.

This is the only salvage yard in the area. As a result Ive been there many times and I have never seen any staff as friendly and helpful. Arrogant, and certainly not forthcoming and not honest. I go to yards south or north when I can, and here only when I must. Im glad theyre here but it would be great if they would change their business practices a little.

TOTAL RIPP OFF!! Be careful you know what the part you need should cost, or else they will rip you off after you have gone to all the trouble to remove it and bring it up to the counter. Better yet just order the part online, plenty of places to get used stuff sent right to your door for less than this con operation

Place is a rip-off. Fished in pile for a couple rusted/dented small center hub covers (that no one else would want) for a home project. Figured a buck the most, if I could even use them. Rude guy at the desk says five bucks. I left and will not waste my time here again.

Ive been to many scrap and junk yardsin Miami - WPB the second time Ive been here to this location its been worthless I took to them about 200 pounds of metal and all I get is $8 that didnt even put anything in my gas tank I never been to any yards where you bring so much to them and then give you so little smfh and for the ones that are trying to speak up for the junk yard or scrap yard whatever the f*** it is yall need to stop doing that because theyre ripping you off cuz a friend of mines went over there 4 a door handle which is plastic to a Honda Civic which doesnt even cost no money like $5 he charged my friend $20 for a f****** door handle very bad service

This was my 5th trip for car parts, I needed a piece of door trim, dealer wanted 135.00 bucks for it. I paid 5 bucks and it was already paintd the color I needed. Check out the selection of spare tires there, every size for a 10th of the cost.

3rd time I went there what a miserable bunch. I worked auto salvage for a decade and a half .Ive seen some really screwed up people but these are the dregs of MY automotive recycling world. Everett brothers are nice people, purchased a car battery trying to save money. Unfortunately the battery is no good they are closed hopefully Ill be able to return it tomorrow.

Extremely rude front desk. It closes at 4:30 not 5. Total waste of a trip. Tell the old guy at the desk to take a customer service course. Will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go there.

Good service, quite the operation

Poor pricing if you are selling them your car. I was quoted $125 for a car that could be driven there and dropped off the new tires on it alone cost double that. I would rather donate it to goodwill. The receptionist was kind the guy I dealt with is rude and incompetent.

They have a lot of cars to go through. I also seen lawnmower parts.

I went there bunch of time, last week I bought some parts that didnt fit on my car and they took them back with no problem.
