I love living here! 5 years in two different apartments. Quick turnaround for addressing any issues. Responsive and understanding management and talented maintenance staff. I picture this as my home and plan to never move from here!

Called and left emails for a week and a half. The first time they picked up they hung up immediately. The second time they picked up they told me nothing was available and then proceeded to list an apartment on three different websites. Couldn’t get in contact with them for days. The third time they picked up they told me it was sold a day ago. Wouldn’t have been a problem if they picked up their phone more than once a week. All of this occurred over a week and a half span, to which i called over seven times and left various emails. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.

I’m very surprised at the negative reviews. Seems like people like it or hate it based on where they are in the complex. I have found the office staff to be very helpful and nice, particularly Paige who walked me through the renting process. I breezed through moving-in thanks to Paige. Ive had a maintenance guy come to my apartment at 10:30pm on a Sunday night after I placed a call at 10pm. Yes rent is pretty high, but there are nice amenities and the grounds are kept up nicely. And you can’t beat the location—Chik fil-a and DUNKIN and Publix just a mile or so away? Come on!

Being new to the area, weve found Heritage Cove to be a nice fit for us. The management & maintenance staff have been friendly & courteous. Were happy to be a part of this lovely community. Thank you to Paige and her staff especially, many blessings for all of the kindness you show.

I’ve lived here for about 6 months now, and the apartment itself is really really nice. I do like the area and the apartment, however for the price I’m a little disappointed with a few things...The air conditioning is outdated and I will be sweating in my room even if it’s turned to 70degrees and I change th air filter regularly. Since I’ve been here, the pool and jacuzzi have been closed 3 different times. Right now the jacuzzi has been closed for about 3 weeks. The TV doesn’t work outside at the pool area, and as I’m sitting on this exercise bike in the gym I can actually see a kid getting in the broke jacuzzi from a side gate that was left unlocked... and it isn’t running or pumping water so I don’t think that’s very safe...

I’m not a spam account but it’s true I’m not a resident. I’m extremely grateful that I’m not. Bad management. The pool and Jacuzzi don’t work half the time. Renter beware!

I have been living here for a year and just renewed my lease after living here for the time i must say that i genuinely love this community. the staff and management are great. they actually listen to concerns and offer help if need be everything is done efficiently and in a timely manner. it is a great little community that my two daughters are also loving. thank you

I absolutely love it here! My apartment is the perfect size with a beautiful view of the lake and I love how close the neighborhood is to a ton of shops and restaurants. Maintenance is quick with their requests and the office staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Heritage cove is such a cute place!! I’m so happy to have found them! I love the apartments, nice appliances, great flooring, and convenient floor plans!! The lake view is so beautiful, I love walking my dog around it, and they have doggie clean up stations in multiple different places all around it, as well as grills that can be used by any of the residents!! The 24 hour gym is also an awesome feature. It’s at the pool which is amazing, it’s always heated and the hot tub is really big. I would really recommend living here in this community all the staff are friendly and very helpful.

This has been an amazing place to live! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our place is beautiful and newly redone and the pool is nice and big. I spent a lot of time researching for a safe place and this is definitely the best in the area. All of the neighbors are so friendly. I was hesitant at first after reading some reviews, but the new management has made this the best place to be!

It’s a beautiful place to live and the people are friendly. I love the lake view and my home is gorgeous. However, the reason for the 3 starts is prior to moving in I had asked how much a month TOTAL I would be paying, and I was given a number different to what I’m paying now. It’s 30$ for trash, NOT 15$. And for the crazy rent you pay, I could’ve rented a home. The parking is also crazy, it sucks to carry an infant car seat and groceries 3 buildings to where I am.

It doesnt matter if you have your apartment cleaned when you move out, they will charge you anyway. They will not apply your pet deposit to pet related damage. It is just money they charge you to have a pet. Be ready to pay when you move out. They dont care at all.Reply: I spoke to management about my concerns several times. Your reply was to do nothing and then report a completely unfounded move out charge on my credit.

Honestly love it here! The office staff are so kind, welcoming, and accommodating! They have been a joy to work with! I feel so comfortable coming to talk to them about any issues that arise. Not the normal stress and dreading that you typically feel dealing with property management. Any issue that I have had, has always been taken care or promptly. Only thing I’m going to complain about is the parking. Which I believe they are trying to resolve. But at this time it is extremely frustrating that I can barely ever find a parking spot near my building, unless I’m home by 3pm. If you come home any later than that, you most likely will be parking a few buildings away. That being said, if I’m not having to lug in groceries or kids, it’s not the end of the world, just frustrating after a long day of work. The good thing is, that the community has been a very safe environment, with good lighting. I’m a single Mom, and my kids and I feel safe. It’s a dog friendly community, and most of the neighbors are friendly. Only other downside which is out of the communities control, is that Martin County High recently stopped bus transportation from the community. Stating that we are only 1.9 miles away from the school, and we need to be over 2. Paige, Ronnie, and the assistant manager(I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) are great!

Heritage Cove Apartments, absolutely rock. Great place, reasonable prices, great value. The activities are the best. Ronnie, Katie and Paige are the best customer service. The wine tasting event was great!

We’ve been here for several months now and have nothing to complain about! They are all friendly and quick to help and fix any issues we may have. The ground are beautiful and kept neat and clean. Never have we ever had any issues with loud Neighbors like some bad reviews say. We love all trees around the pond and it’s makes walks beautiful and enjoyable! We have also talked to many people who have been here for a lot longer than we have and they still love the place and don’t any complaints.

Heritage Cove is the best Apartment complex in the Stuart area! All the staff are friendly and always on time! Great community for young and older groups and everyone comes together as a community! Such a good vibe!

My boyfriend and I LOVED these apartments. Their management was extremely helpful in making sure our moving in and moving out process was really smooth. Maintenance responded to all of our requests within 48 hours and all of the staff is just plain friendly. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone.

I have been living here for almost 4 years and I love it. Friendly office staff, clean pool, clean gym and the location is close to everything. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a safe and friendly place to live.

We absolutely LOVE living in Heritage Cove! The management has been nothing but kind and the maintenance workers are beyond friendly and attentive! The bad reviews on here have got to be from high maintenance people because this community is so laid back, safe, quiet, and FRIENDLY. We love it here and recommend it to all of our friends!! Moved here in May. Price is slightly high but we can’t complain as we are right in the middle of town, and they allow large dogs, including huskies. We have a nice view from our windows of the front lake and water fountain. Our apartment has upgraded kitchen appliances, and a vaulted ceiling. The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance is quick to fix any issues and great about not coming when I’m not home because of our dogs. We cannot hear our neighbors for the most part but we do hear a lot of the honking and such from the sliding glass doors but it’s not terrible. Parking can be rough sometimes if you come later but there are a lot of people here so it’s to be expected. I would love it if they added a doggie waste station somewhere around the front pond for those of us who walk up front and not around the middle pond. Will be renewing our lease for sure unless my husband gets a job out of state.

I am so engaged! I have to write this. I just got home, after circling around 3 times to find a spot that is, only to have to park 4 buildings away from my own, with groceries, no one should have to live like this. I am seeing cars with out of state plates and cars Ive never seen before in resident parking, not guest spots! To the management company.. how about enforcing parking so that people whom actually live here and pay the stupid high rent have spots?? This is beyond ridiculous! Over heritage cove. For that and a lot of other reasons but I am not gonna waste anymore energy on this place, the reviews speak for themselves.

Why you are forced to give even one star is unfair seeing as they deserve -5. My husband and I moved out of here thankfully. I swear the most recent review is from someone in that appalling office, if not.. To that reviewer, youre clearly on the other side of the complex, where ironically there is plenty of parking, great for you. If you lived on the opposite side youd be singing a different tune. Why they slam all the residents on one side is beyond me! You drive over there and there is parking everywhere! Its really unbelievable. The office is just as trashy (smoking cigarettes by the pool) as the nauseating people they are allowing to live there. Complete trash! Incredibly loud, screaming in the streets and in hallways, slamming doors so hard your apartment actually shakes, Trash area is always filled to the point its extremely noticeable, garbage everywhere, furniture out in the open, dog poop all over, cigarette butts, (probably from the office staff) Save yourself the misery of fulfilling a lease and go elsewhere!

We love living here! Beautiful neighborhood and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I moved here from west palm and I couldn’t be happier with the transition. It’s a quiet neighborhood and I feel very safe here (which says a lot because my work shifts are very early in the mornings)I had a few questions about my rent and the management responded to my emails in a very timely mannerMy only negative is the TVs aren’t working in the gym. But at the end of the day that’s not a big problem. Overall, a great place to live!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 8 months and couldnt love it more. The office people have been nothing but amazing to us so not sure where the rude comments about them are coming from. And no I dont work in the office so this is a true review from a loyal resident. Maintenance comes right when I call and resolves the problem soon as they possibly can!

Theres a reason why they are doing move in specials. No one does that anymore, its out of pure desperation. I dont think that its being high maintenance to expect a place to park, seriously? Wow. This place is anything but quiet, at least in my building and the surrounding ones, very loud neighbors, you have people driving around revving their engines, purposely loud mufflers, etc. Class acts. Not to mention, overpriced and outdated. Do yourself the favor and pass this dud up.

Yuck! I have to agree with the reviews on here, its far from luxurious. I would also agree after reading the reviews that the only 5 stars this place is getting are illegitimate ones, hence the newest.. there isnt even a name, I mean really? I wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Most unprofessional management company there is. Absolutely classless! Horrible people. Not to mention the units smell like must, probably due to mold and the people they are renting to get worse by the day. Oh and the best part.. no parking.

My husband and I got married a couple weeks ago, this should be a happy time but we cant wait until the lease is up. Weve been living here for several months, parking is rough to say the least, apartments at least ours are very dated. Rent is high, however what I cant get passed is the level of noise lately and how they claim to be superior living yet my neighbors dont reflect that. Noisy is an understatement, fighting at all hours, stomping through hallways and screaming, vacuuming in the middle of the night. People are leaving garbage out hours before its allowed, the smell of marijuana is getting to be an everyday matter, some of the cars if this were a strict community would never be allowed. Its not just typical apartment living. I love living in Stuart but I have to draw the line somewhere. Also, I have to add that the landscapers dont do a very good job of cleaning up, theres always huge piles of leaves all over including leading up to hallways.. some advice to whoever is in charge, please trim the trees bc that is getting out of control.

Ive been living here for about two months. I feel extremely unsafe because the maintenance man just puts his key into my lock and waltzes on into my house. I have no idea if hes been in here without me home or not and I have been robbed by maintenance men before.Livid that theres no way to email the office and their login portal thing doesnt recognize who me or my husband are. Appliances are dirty and only half work. Somebody threw an egg at my car in the parking lot, and since I didnt notice on time since Im home very often, its stuck to my paint and my car is ruined.Savannah was very nice. Another lady whose name I did not get was also very nice in the leasing office. Unfortunately, they can not do their job if the people who are supposed to carry out residents complaints dont listen. Savannah told me that the broken screen would be fixed and the maintenance man painted the floor instead when he came to fix the patio.Nice area. Terrible condos.

Weve been here long enough to know that most of those bad reviews arent legit. From what ive heard their from tenants who were evicted and left bad reviews to get back at them. We love it here and everyone is super friendly!

Moved here for the extra space and the promise of a gym and private pool, with the security of a gated community. First, the gated part is a joke. The gate has worked 1/2 the time Ive lived here and now is shut on the way out but not for people on the way in! Apartment smells moldy, probably because it is. My A/C leaked all over the carpet and instead of pulling up the carpeting and fixing the damage, they made me run their dehumidifier for 3 days at my expense. Subfloor is probably rotten. They force you to pay for valet trash PLUS the regular trash fee and then tell you not to put your garbage out until night time, so you get to stink up your own place. Then the people spill garbage outside your door and refuse to pick it up, or animals get into it. They let recycling overflow to disgusting levels then throw it in the trash anyway. This is definitely nowhere near luxury living.

The pool area is always clean but for basic apartments the rent is crazy high. Additionally, their management does not take maintenance issues seriously. They made my friend who is a resident live with a leaking roof for many months. So every time it rained he would have to put towels and a pot down. Who wants to pay 1500+ for that?? Plus the AC breaks a lot and he has had to sleepover my place to avoid an 80 degree apartment. Thats unacceptable, I pay $500 less a month than him for the same size apartment in palm city and my management company is amazing.

The fact that the word luxury is used to describe these apartments is humorous! I will start off by agreeing with the previous comments about the gate consistently being broken. As well as the trash issues. It makes the complex look run down and dirty. The appliances are as old as the units themselves, (17) they are an eye sore, rusty and something is always breaking. They refuse to replace anything. If you happen to live on the side where there are buildings on top of buildings, you will more then likely not get a spot after 8pm. People resort to parking near garages and curbs. The trees are in such desperate need of trimming, branches are literally hanging on peoples cars. The worst part of this complex is the entire office staff, they are by far the most useless group of nothings I have ever encountered. They could care less about any problem you are having, they never answer or return calls, they are rude, have attitudes and act like you are an inconvenience, yet have no problem cashing your check every month. The manager Paige always has a snotty, condescending remark. Spare yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere.

I moved here with my girlfriend last year, weve had nothing but problems since day one. Our apartment was dirty, they said it had been professionally cleaned they didnt paint and it smelled moldy. Washer and dryer are old and work poorly, dish washer continuously leaks, my ac smells moldy. My bathroom has old paint splattered all over the floor, so does the refrigerator. Something is always in need of repair and it takes awhile for something to be fixed, when i call the office to see why i either get the machine or if by chance they do answer they have attitudes. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism, its actually painful to have to speak with this staff as they have no people skills. Parking is a complete nightmare. The buildings need pressure washing! Hallways are filthy. There are spiders in my apartment. These claim to be luxurious apartments yet mine doesnt have a microwave?! The list goes on and on. Clearly we will not be resigning our lease. The only good thing about this dump is the location, which is the only reason they are in business.

Fantastic place if you enjoy leaving 5 minutes early for work due to having to park SEVERAL buildings away from your own! Yet, there are a few handicapped spaces free a lot of the time, they definitely made enough spots for those stupid little carts. I also enjoy always looking over my shoulder to make sure I am not being creeped up on late at night. The office staff is DESPICABLE and thats being nice, they dont answer phones, lie, have major attitudes when you need something. Paige is the worst, I asked her a simple question, she was smug and acted like I was an inconvenience. The maintenance staff is nice enough. The place is old and nothing is updated unless you want to pay an extra $150 a month, even if something breaks they actually replace it with something old! Its ridiculous. With all the reviews I have read, looks to me as if management might be playing god and making phony reviews, it seems for every few bad reviews a good one pops up... hmmm? I think they are trying to compensate for all the negative ones. They sure have enough free time on their hands seeing as they are always hanging around talking in the office. They are most definitely not answering or returning calls I can tell ya that. Worst place I have ever lived.

This place gets more entertaining by the day. Today I came home to a notice saying you cant have more then 2 bags of trash or you will be fined, SOME NERVE! Valet trash is only Sunday - Thursday, so that leaves almost 3 days of trash you have piled up before you can put it out. I have a family of 3 and we go through about a garbage bag per day, I pay for valet trash, I am not near the dumpster and Ill be damned if I am taking it to the dumpster myself seeing as I pay for this service. I usually put 3 bags out on Sunday nights, one on top of the other up against the wall, its not on the floor leaking all over, so I dont see the big deal? Some residents leave their trash on the ground where it leaks, pizza boxes, etc, last weekend someone had their trash out at noon! In a corner building where it was clear as day, fine them! I will continue to do as I have been and if I dare get fined I will be filing a complaint, the things people get away with here is unbelievable yet they are worried about how many garbage bags you have. This place claims to be luxurious yet theres furniture that piles up OUTSIDE the dumpster, looks like a rummage sale not to mention paint buckets and spilled paint all over the ground that Ive stepped in which is another reason I wont go to the dumpster. Neighbors are getting trashier by the day, people illegally parking ALL the time! This is the least luxurious place Ive lived. Actually some parts of this place look like the ghetto with broken down, falling apart vehicles to match, drug dealers. Someone new has an extremely overly loud obnoxious keyless entry on their car and will click it over and OVER throughout the day/night (not your typical locking or unlocking your car sound) never heard anything like it, its like a siren, has to be made purposely to sound that way and it radiates from building to building. #overit!

I live here now 3 years I am a single woman nowhere to go. My Job description is Property manager for a Private Family. I feel these apartments are way over priced for the conditions they are in and the outside area from the structure to the grounds. There has been no fresh mulch laid. No 6 month maintenance of the trimming of all the surrounding trees. There should be a yearly washing of all the windows of the apartments and pressure washing of the roof. But the Rent continues to rise and rise. I feel its not the Leasing office problem there there to rent out and take in emergency calls. This is definately higher ups problem some Investor Im sure just bought this property and is cheaping out on the looks of the place but keeps upping the rent.

Management or at least the females in the office are atrociously bad. Funny part is they hate each other and do nothing, but blame the other one. Overall a complete lack of care and common sense. You will have to ask for anything at least three times and make sure its documented. Parking is awful, but only because its not enforced at all. I think my neighbor has five air mattresses on the living floor. haha. All the illegal tenants feel free to park in the spots here since they could careless about the actual tenants having to park their cars along the side of the street at night. The gate is a joke, it is always broken and everyone follows you in, but any gate really is. Leads me to,,,When they gate is broken which is 50 percent of the time open the exit side you idiots! Advice to the lazy staff just try enforcing the parking decals one night. As for the apartments they arent too not bad. The place wasnt cleaned when I moved in and the maintenance staff think they own the place. They will let themselves in your apartment without any notice or announcement. Overall nice location, apartments good for the price, management sucks.

Management is awful. I too have experience roof leaks in the past with zero urgency weeks went by and pretty sure they did the cheapest temporary fix possible; just waiting for the next leak to happen. Parking is atrocious all because it is not enforced. Lease says no commercial vehicles, There is close to a dozen onsite at night. One company must park three or four vehicles alone. Plenty of cars with no decals, too bad management is soooo lazy.

Atrocious place! From the extreme lack of parking to the interior of the apartments and you most certainly cant forget about the staff, completely incompetent and ill mannered. I happen to be graced with living on the section 8 side, I say this because its jam packed with cars, the same cars in the same spots, day in and day out no matter what time of day or night, they never move! Apparently, no one works and never leave their apartments. If you get home late forget about finding a spot, theres cars parked along side of curbs and some even cram their cars in the spots for the golf carts, (class acts) I have seen people that are not handicapped park in handicap spots, its insane. Its a complete inconvenience and the office doesnt care and they are not very compassionate about it, nor anything else, like when my washing machine broke, it took days for them to get to it because they dont answer phones or get back to you about maintenance requests. All of the appliances are rusted and carotid. My fans are in poor condition which they will not replace. Luxury HA. My move out date cant come soon enough! Stay away.

Seeing a lot of poor reviews for this place and wondering why. Maybe we got lucky with our building? Apartment was clean when we moved in and freshly painted, all of our neighbors are friendly and I definitely feel safe. Resident parking spots fill up sometimes if I get home late, but theres usually always a visitor spot that isnt too far from my apartment. Some of our appliances are out dated like the fridge, ceiling fans, and a/c but they all work properly and were clean when we moved in and I guess renovations are being made to apartments. The pool area is nice, and having access to a grill has been enjoyable. Most apartments only have the charcoal grate ones that youd find at a public park. In my personal experience, I dont know what else id really ask for especially for the price and location. Look around, unless you want to live in psl youre not going to find anything comparable.The gate up front does seem to be broken most of the time. The trash fee being mandatory is annoying, but i get it. Ive lived places where trash pickup doesnt exist, having dirty neighbors that let trash pile up in front of their door is an eyesore and attracts bugs.Just signed our second lease for another year.

Love my apartment! Nicest around. I havebeen here about a month. I am very impressed with how fast they are out to do the repairs. The staff is very accommodating! Great job...Paige, Caity, Samir, Daniel and Mark!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Half of these reviews are spoiled brats and honestly some of these reviews are from old old people who lived here a while ago. Im in the office a lot. They also recently got new staff which if you look in parts of the office, they have rewards upon rewards. Management is nice and they are on their game. They solve problems almost immediatley but if there is a roof leak, they cant just walk over and hit it with a hammer. They of course have to hire people to do the job and so on. There are renovated gorgeous apartments with good views. Theres an updated gym, nice pool which is always taken care of, constant landscaping, a business center, and even a kids room with toys (which is cleaned DAILY and not to mention there is maids to keep the renovated and well furnished office clean weekly on top of constant sweeping, vacuming, etc) so that your kids can even play while you homeschool, email, etc. Like I said, a lot of old reviews and grumpy people who never take time to notice the nice things about this gorgeous place. Yes, there are faults but everyone does and if you want to compare this place to others? This is easily one of the places on the nicer side. Also Paige the manager is nice and fairly new. She had improved the property times a hundred since she has been here and she is extremely professional, patient, and kind. Hats off to you Paige!

Why there is a gate is beyond me as it is usually broken, when its not the exit is usually open, in the past week I have seen at least 6 cars coming in use the exit part of the gate to enter. Totally pointless, we are paying for an amenity that does the residents no good. If you work nights forget about putting out your garbage seeing as there is only a small time frame to do so, yet they charge $15 for valet trash even if you are taking your own garbage to the dumpster. Speaking of the dumpster, it is usually filled to the top and people leave there garbage all around the surrounding area, including furniture, its not very appealing to the eye. I have roaches in my apartment despite being very cleanly. I am very disappointed in this complex to say the least. The area is great, unfortunately there are not many rentals. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived many places in my life, both corporate-run operations such as this one as well as private homes, and this is by far the worst place I have EVER lived. Not only are the units terrible with everything from low quality carpets to depressing lighting to a square footage so small it will induce claustrophobia, but the management is absolutely horrific.The management harasses you for everything and are incredibly anal about their garbage policy but only IF you happen to be an unlucky soul that has a unit that faces the road. If you arent then you can likely get away with your trash not being put out under their draconian time slots. They offer the trash valet service as if it is some sort of conditional luxury but in essence, after living there for more than a day, you realize the service is necessary as the apartment complex has only one trash area located very far from a majority of the units. And, God forbid that you have trash on a Friday or Saturday, you are going to be hauling that filth for hundreds of feet.Now, lets move onto the A/C units which, like a never-ending nightmare, breakdown every time you need it most. That is, on the hottest weekend days of the hottest seasons. And, if you are fortunate enough, they may actually come out the same day. But, I wouldnt gamble on it. The more likely situation is someone will come, look at the unit, press a couple of buttons, and let you know that it is some major piece that needs total replacement and it wont be replaced for another day or two while you roast in your home at 90 degrees Fahrenheit.The lake always smells and is infested with mosquitoes which they likely never spray or take care of. If you are unlucky enough to get hit with a spray from the water-shoot then you will smell like a mixture between ocean water and sewage for the rest of your day.The grass and trees are cut at the worst hour you can imagine: an hour or so before any early bird wakes up. If you have a normal sleep schedule or like to sleep in, buy yourself some quality earplugs.Some of the neighbors are nice but some of them are obviously people who arent sure what to do with their lives and will routinely try to make yours impossible. From leaving threatening notes in hallways about cars being parked in the wrong spots, to the overwhelming smell of cigarette home (you know, that horrific smell that develops when someone smokes in their apartment for years) sweeping through the hallways as you try to go on a brisk walk, to insane old ladies knocking on your door at 6pm asking why there is a black spot outside your door and why you havent cleaned it up yet.And, to top it all off, the management of this facility actually believes that you are responsible to clean, paint, and professionally take care of the carpets after move out when it is common interpretation that it is explicitly against the law, in not only Florida but a majority of the States, to force tenants to take care of what is called normal wear and tear (which those fall under). Dont believe me? Look up Burley v. Mateo on Google and you will see that it sets a precedent in South Florida and clarifies to landlords that those costs are to be borne by them. When you are about to move out they will send you a pretty little pink sheet and letter outlining all the costs associated with getting their unit back in shape so they can quickly turn it over, and if you dont do what they say, they will take your deposit and send you a bill for the remainder. Most people, I assume, become instantly frightened as they have no legal experience and end up losing their entire deposit and pay the difference to them like a man on his way home who is held up at gunpoint and hands over his wallet because he has no weapon to defend himself.Moral of the story: do not live here or you will risk your money, your sanity, your happiness, and retain terrible bedfellows with management. And, dont try to go above complex management because the executives dont care either. I know, Ive talked to them.

WORST. APARTMENTS. EVER.Small, smells like must, mildew and mold. To call themselves luxury apartment homes is a COMPLETE JOKE. The apartments are like small caves or drug havens. We lived there for 6-7 months and paid to break our lease. They kept almost ALL of our almost $400 deposit (weve never NOT gotten our entire deposit back) saying that we left our apartment in terrible condition like we didnt even try to clean, we just up and left YEAH RIGHT. Im an OCD neat freak. We left that apartment in better condition than we got it in! We had a broken tile in the kitchen when we moved in, requested to have it repaired--2 months later, after our friend cut his toe on the tile and bled everywhere, they FINALLY came and fixed it. Since there was nothing in writing, they claim it never happened. Absolutely unprofessional staff, worst place Ive EVER decided to live -- if you want to call it that. We had to get out ASAP. We didnt even care about paying to break our lease. We just needed OUT! If you make the terrible decision to live here, make sure you write EVERYTHING down, have EVERYTHING in writing, TAKE PICTURES, and expect to be treated like crap. PS-the front office staff will return your call--- 2/3 months later and yell at YOU like you did something wrong.This place deserves NEGATIVE stars. I wish they would let that be a rating.

I think someone in the office wrote that last review or someone they know, apparently they have a lot of free time on their hands to write up such a lengthy, bogus review furthermore the two 5 star reviews after it are not only from the same person but they had nothing to say. SHADY! Bottom line, this place is horrible. From the dated, rusty, musty units, my apartment wasnt even professionally cleaned upon move in, I also had cockroaches for the longest time.. To the staff (who are hopeless by the way) They neglect to answer phones nor stop any of the issues I am speaking of, such as residents not picking up after their dogs, cigarette buds all over the grounds, trash area is absolutely disgusting! Oh and lets not forget about the valet trash, which is a waste of $15 per month seeing as if your not home in the timeframe they give you to put it out, your out of luck and taking it to the trash compactor yourself, which overflows with trash and old furniture. Isnt this managements job to enforce issues such as these? I am sure another phony review will surface after this bad one, seems to be a pattern. If the office and management company would just do their jobs maybe they wouldnt have to write up fake 5 star reviews over and over because they are to lazy and unskilled to do the job they get paid to do, or in this case not do.

Management has some serious attitude issues, as do some of the neighbors. Even if this was the least expensive housing in Martin County, it wouldnt be worth living here.

I would suggest anyone who rents here look at the reviews about the move out requirements..They should pay the renter for all the work we have to do and then its not good enough and they take the deposit and tack charges for cleaning the apartment for getting the carpets cleaned, and they want the apartment painted ..yes painted ..they use the excuse excessive marks on walls, which is actually normal wear and tear..They want the renter to pull out the refrigerators the washer and dryers and clean behind them. Can you believe this, its outrageous .I have rented in many apartment complexes and have never been treated so unfairly with the move-out expenses i was here for 3 years and 2 months and I do have to say that they have mold and dead bugs on the screened patio and windows which i had asked to have pressure washed several times and it was never addressed,I also asked for them to fix the rotten wood above my front door which ants and bugs have been crawling into for 3 years most likely termites and it was never fixed.I also asked them to fix the gutter which when it rains there is a enormous amount of water that flows onto the stairwell which makes it a fall risk /slippery and dangerous which was never fixed so in conclusion a paint job after 3 years and 2 months is the responsibilty of willoughby cove both corporate and there office needs to stop taking advantage of the renters and they need to clean the apartments and carpet each time a renter leaves..they get enough money 1323.00 a month add that up for 3 years and 2 months..read #32 on the lease -there excessive vs normal wear and tear is a money maker for them..they take your deposit when deposit is deserved back..DONT RENT HERE I WILL NEVER EVER REFER THEM TO HOSPITAL CORPORATE PEOPLE IN THAT AREA AND THEY LOST A VERY GOOD RENTER BECAUSE OF THEIR GREEDINESS AND RIDICULOUS MOVE OUT EXPENSE.. My boyfriend has lived here for several months now. I visit him often and this place is absolutely ridiculous, there is NEVER parking, people actually park in the spots meant for maintenance and anywhere else they can fit their vehicles ( I will be posting a Picture) its so trashy looking. Today I believe I saw someone moving in.. HELLO!!! You dont have spots for your current residents let alone new ones! Also, we have noticed some unsavory people that are newer to the neighborhood, one in which kept us up till 3:30 am, next time the cops will be called, seeing as this is not the first occurrence with trashy neighbors being up all night, slider open, playing loud music, acting a fool, screaming, etc. We will be getting the apartment numbers and giving this office a call about that once we do. The lease will not be renewed! Another thing, as you can see by the picture the stairwell is in desperate need of pressure washing as well as the hallways of the buildings. More illegal parking (picture) if these people want to get out of theyre garages how are they supposed to do so?? ridiculous !
