UPDATE: About 2 months after I wrote this review, a supposed representative of Lords Auto contacted my Grandparents to inform them I will be sued for my comments. I called them regarding the matter and after one question their response was Bye and hung up. Felt like this couldve been handled in a more professional manner. For all intended purposes, my comments and reviews are nothing but my personal experiences that I feel are worth sharing.My grandparents came here to get an engine light looked at. To be fair they ran the code which is fine but they cleared it so now we have no direction to go from there. Then they ran a battery test for some reason believing the 2 were connected. I ran my own test and the battery was great but they said it needed to be replaced for $300!!! That was declined but they ultimately took advantage of my grandparents and charged over $100 for testing that solved nothing. All would’ve been free had they gone to autozone

I come here for all my car services. They are honest and their prices for service are reasonable. When I bought a used car after reading articles on buying used cars and repairs they recommend I made sure I had the money for said repairs as this was an old vehicle. I asked them to do David repairs costing me $2000 after they looked they said I didnt need any of it. They could have taken my 2k and did repairs(or not) but they didnt. Another time dealership said a different vehicle needed $750. After sending vehicle to Preston(owner) he said I didnt need any work done. They check for that kind of thing every oil change. Did I mention they didnt charge me for either visit? Ive never met a more honest mechanic. Before you invest in a big repair COME HERE BEFORE YOU DO IT AND SAVE YOURSELF UNNECESSARY EXPENSES. They offer to drive you home when you leave the car and dont charge you for the little things. I WONT TRUST ANYONE ELSE WITH MY CAR AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

From drop off to pick up, everything was wonderful! My car was repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost. They even stayed open a little late because I was caught in traffic. I will be using this shop in the future.

I have had problems with fight older vehicles and this face has made such a difference in the way I think about auto mechanics Preston knows what hes doing and this business doesnt charge a lot of money for what he does he takes personal care and everything he does and I believe that he is one of the most honest Auto Care Professionals did I have ever met. We had several bad experiences with Lords but continued to give them second chances. One time they overfilled the oil during an oil change. Another time they put our car up on the lift wrong and damaged the passenger side floor boards. But the worst was when they worked on our heater core. We had issues with our coolant getting clogged up and they had flushed the system many times. They told us to sell the car. We couldnt afford to do this so we paid them to replace the heater core. We were told that it would probably need to be replaced again in the future because of the problem with the coolant getting clogged up which they couldnt fix. Very soon after we had the heater core replaced we noticed that the heating controls werent working properly. They said it was probably the mixer doors and promised to take a look at it. When we picked it up they said that it was the fluid again and never really addressed the mixer door problem. Soon after that we smelled radiator fluid in the car and took it back. They flushed the system again and told us to sell the car. We were very upset as they werent addressing our questions and expressed this to them. They told us to take the car somewhere else and not to come back. Days later the radiator fluid came gushing out of the evaporator hose.We did take the car to Kamphaus Auto. They found pin holes in the heater core and also damage to our radiator that was never addressed. They replaced both and fully flushed our system. They gave us a great warranty and great service. Not only did they fix the problem but they fixed it permanently so that we dont have to worry about having to sell the car!Dont go to Lords...He hires inexperienced employees who do sloppy work.
