Came in for a dip nail service. They were able to get me in right away which was nice because I have a wedding this weekend. The gentleman that did my nails was very nice but I really wish the final outcome came out better. There was product all over my cuticle area and at one point he used his thumb nail in attempt to pry off my old dip on my thumb causing my natural nail to split and in my experience in working in a salon this is NOT how things should be done. I got burned with the E-file on almost every finger. My nails turned out very lumpy and uneven. During my service he made a phone call on his cell phone and talked to someone as he was doing my nails. It was very hard to me to sit through this service and I regret not getting up and leaving as I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. This took over two hours and I ended up having to soak them off at home. I am a licensed esthetician and although I do not do nails I DO know the basic steps of safety and sanitation. I am very disappointed and just wish I could get a refund concidering that I ended up paying almost $70. I have never gotten my nails done and left in pain. I would not recommend.

I specifically called this place to ask if they were kid friendly as i was bringing my kids with to get their nails painted, they told me yes & i made an appointment for 3:15 pm, when i arrived they were busy and surprised when i told them i had called and had an appointment set up, they told me to wait 15 min, well i ended up waiting until 4:00pm for them to finally get me in for a pedicure while they made my kids sit there for another hour, obviously they were getting inpatient and they kept getting yelled at, of course small kids will get like this after waiting over an hour to get their nails done, the foot massage was amazing but it did feel like everyone was in such a rush, i do not recommend if you plan on bringing kids & i would call ahead of time even tho they will probably still make you wait for a while before its your turn, i did see 2 or 3 people walk out due to the long wait.

I have gone here a few times and didn’t have many issues, other than some unclean procedures. Today I am mortified. The pumice stone was painful enough, but the guy was very rough and he was barely paying attention when he was scrubbing. I was crying in my chair, from the burning pain, waiting for my friend to get done with hers. Never going back. 0 stars.

First time here. Had the owner herself work on my nails. She was sweet and nice. Had a nice conversation.Nails look nice. I know it was difficult as I bite ny nails below the nail bed.Inside is nice and clean.They charge a little more (then say, happy nails).Satisfied with them. Will go back.

Got cut by the drill on four out of the ten fingers. Showed a photo (the second one) and left with these (first photo). Awful haven’t even had them for a day and I’m already making an appointment for someone to fix them. There’s no consistent shape to my acrylic and he smeared the black into the tan making it a awful French tip mess

I’ve only ever written one bad review ever because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but the only good thing I can say about this place was that the ladies were nice. The guy I had doing my nails was rude and rough with my feet and hands. My daughters and I showed them pictures of what we wanted and our nails look nothing like the pictures. They’re sloppy and uneven. My kids and I could’ve done a better job painting our nails. Within minutes of leaving my gel manicure was already chipping. I realize this is just nails but for the amount we paid makes it frustrating especially since we were celebrating my daughters birthday. Save your money.

If I could give this 0/5 I would. I got cut really deep getting my cuticles removed to the point where I was bleeding for a while. And then got alcohol sprayed in the wound directly afterwards TWICE so you can imagine my discomfort. I wanted to leave at that point but I stuck on. Then had my wound pulled and prodded some more with tools and the tech’s hand when painting even when I told her to avoid touching the wound bc it hurt.Honestly, it was not worth the pain and the money. Will not be going back again even if you paid me. See you never.

Ive been going to Samantha monthly for a little over a year (with the exception of the COVID pandemic when her business was forced to close). I love coming here! Sam knows my name even when I call to schedule an appointment. She so pleasant and friendly and so are her staff. Lately, one of her staff have been doing my nails. I can never remember her name but she ALWAYS has gorgeous nails herself! She really takes her time on my monthly manicures. A few times after showing her a picture and picking out a color, she would grab a different color as a much better suggestion. Shes really creative and does a great job. There have been a few times when the gel or dip came off of one nail before I was hoping it would, but they always last at least 2 weeks. Anything after 2 weeks is a bonus to me. And if it does happen, its a fluke and not the manicurists fault. I keep going back :)

I took my six year old daughter here for her birthday and they did an amazing job, did a full mani and pedi even though she is a kiddo. She felt really special I highly recommend.

So so experience. Nails didnt turn out as I wanted. And several of my fingers wouldnt stop bleeding due to cuticles being cut too short.

Owner had completed my service and she was truly amazing. It was nice to see they took the time and did not rush and my feet were fantastic after. Wonderful massage and treatments to the legs. All in all a great place with very nice staff.

First time there today, called and set a appointment was able to get in right away, very welcoming as soon as I stepped foot in the door. I didnt get her name, she took the time to do my nails the way I wanted them done. I will no longer be going back to Madison to get my nails done. I would highly recommend this place to other people. I went in with my friend and they took us immediately to get acrylics. My friend already had some so they sat her down to take those off, which she described as painful. We then chose our colors while they worked on our nails, the lady doing mine was so nice and I received great service, I was done within 40 minutes. My friend, however, was not as fortunate. As she was getting her nails done they were not filed straight and where a bit lopsided. When her nails were getting painted, the color was not the one she chose, and to add on to that, it took her over an hour before she was able to pay and leave. We both got acrylics done and didnt have anything added on our nails, I paid $45 and she paid $55. Will not be going back.

I had a deluxe pedicure at T&T Nails today and it was wonderful. Salon was very clean and staff was very professional. Will definitely be going back.

They had really really good customer services one of the nicest people ever. But I don’t think that I would ever come here again or recommend to anyone. They aren’t very good at doing nails. I don’t know if it was just the person I got but that was my experience.

Usually a monthly pedicure is a great experience, but this was painful. This was our third visit to this salon, previously Jimmy and Jackie did a great job however they both have quit.The owner started my pedicure- I told her I have sensitive skin -she appeared irritated to add more cold water (and made cracks that I didn’t want the hot wax). She was aggressive in cutting my nails and skin- I’ve never had wounds/BLOOD from a pedicure! It was obvious it hurt- I yelped at one cut (NEVER done that before).I was getting ready to just be done with it. This was not pleasant. She switched places with another technician- the second was was gentler but didn’t seem very experienced.I’m treating an infected cut and I have painful nicks on my toes from this pedicure. There are 4 gouges on the bottom my feet from the grater callous remover. Polish was very messy with residue on my toes that is still staining my toes. This was NOT a $55 pedicure. Avoid this salon.

Not gonna be going back there. i asked for a simple heart on my nails and it looks nothing like a heart.

The worst experience Ive ever had they messed up my nails they messed up my friends nails on top of that they said that the gel Polish was gel and it was regular nail Polish she blamed it on me she took no accountability I am so unhappy with her service

Liz did a great job with my French manicure-love the way it turned out. She spent a lot of time on my nails, making sure they were just right. We had pleasant conversation, too.

I was a walk in and was able to get my nails done right away. They took their time to make sure my nails were exactly the way I wanted them. I highly recommend giving the place a try. I’ll be back for a fill soon 😀

I have never reviewed anything before but this is ridiculous. I had my nails done there a week ago, I have the dip done on acrylics. Within two days the top coat was peeling. Went back and asked them to fix the nails, it lasted two days, now more of them are peeling off! I have only had them a week. I paid over $50 and feel completely ripped off! Dont waste your money

I love T&T Nails. After going to other local nailsalons finally a clean and friendly spot. Owner is super nice. Ive had nothing but great experiences there. I highly recommend this salon for manicures and pedicures. Jenny

Looks nice but absolutely no customer service. Waited at the front desk 10 minutes without a greeting. One lady helped the customer in front of me check out, then walked away without acknowledging me. Other customers were there being helped, which is great! But completely ignoring a new customer is poor service. Lost my business before they even had me. Unfortunate ☹️

I went to T & T nails for the first time 3 weeks ago as I was in Stoughton. Samantha did an amazing set of gel nails. Friendly, we had some conversation while she did my nails. She was quick and efficient.I went back for fills today and they were relatively busy, and yet I was sitting in the chair with Samantha within 10 minutes and that was without calling ahead.Once again AMAZING looking nails, friendly and well worth the drive as I do not live in Stoughton.Very thankful for T & T Nails & Samantha!!

Gave this nail salon another chance, the first time I came they couldn’t take me that is fine. Asked for a gel nail manicure. I think the staff here is used to having customers having fake nails acrylic it doesn’t matter or just get upset they cant charge you a lot. Not good customer service or unexperienced.Towards the end when I accepted his apology bc he did screw up my nails, he left my hands with acetone and not even lotion. I told the gentleman short man petite five times! that my nails were real, he asked again. Then he used a big thick drill and drilled my nails the thinnest ever, I have not had my nails this THIN and weak after his horrendous drilling in years!I’ve been doing my nails for over 20 years plus yrs. I will not be returning then he wants to tell me I’m only going to charge you $20. Again I’ve been doing my nails in many different places in this area (what I get for not going to my amazing regular place but had a huge time limit and a chip broken nail) I asked for a manicure I didn’t get a manicure I got 30 mins of drilling, I was in awe. His coworkers were looking as I was sort of arguing with him no one said anything or tried to diffuse it. First and last time here. wish you luck listen to your customers!

I have had my nails done at T&T twice now. The first time I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how pretty everything was. The owner and nail tech I had were both friendly. The nail tech took a very long time to do Dip nails. She did a decent job, but then my nails chipped and cracked within two days! Very disappointed with that. I dont have the time to go back to get them fixed all the time-i dont think anyone does.Second time I went...The man who did my nails kept having smoke breaks! I could tell because he smelled horrible when he would come back from the back room. He took 1 hour and 40 minutes to do my nails! A dip process should take an hour max. Not sure why my $30 pedicure took only 20 minutes. He did a piss poor job at the massage and filing aspect. Toe nails were painted ok. I had a 2 hour 15 minute time limit because I needed to go get my kid from a playdate. When he was done with my nails he told me to wait 7-10 minutes to dry. I waited ten and then went to put my socks on. When he came over he saw that my top coat was a little dinged on two of my nails and freaked out on me! He literally yelled at me! I told you to not touch your nails, why would you do that?!? He kept repeating that and i got irritated and told him he took too long and I had to go get my kid. Poor customer service on his part. ALSO i was charged $70 for dip and pedicure. Didnt know that Dip was now $40? I thought it was $35...I know the owner was out of town, but that is no excuse to treat people that way and slack on your services. RUDE
