I booked an appointment the day before since they weren’t available for walk ins. I arrive 10 min early for my appointment & they didn’t acknowledge my presence. I asked about my appointment and two people pretended they couldn’t understand English. He told me to wait a moment. 5 min pass by I get up and ask about my appointment and he asks me what time do I want my appointment, I tell him AGAIN I have an appointment at 1pm. He said okay pick a color and someone will be with you in 3 min. 20 min pass and I get up and leave. They don’t honor appointments and have poor customer service skills

I called in the morning to schedule an appointment for 10:30am, they let me know they weren’t available until 11am, I agreed. When I got there at 11 am on the spot they let me know to come back in 45 mins. Any professional place would call to let you know in advance and not when I got there. If I could give them a zero stars, I would.

The owner at this establishment does not conduct business ethically or fairly.For no apparent reason, you cannot make appointments for Thursday through Saturday. Apparently they claim they are booked but how if appointments are not being taken? I asked how I can get in for one of those days, even if its 2 weeks from now. His response was very nonchalant and arrogant. No eye contact. Just very rude. Im not sure how you can conduct business as if you only give a certain group of ppl quality service while the other group of ppl settle for what you have time for as if payment is not required for services rendered. (YES, I KNOW WHAT IM SAYING) I guess my money is no good here. With all that is going on in the world, I would think some ppl will stop being silly and just choose peace and equality. But this man chooses chaos every single time so I will never be going back! Most especially because their **** PEDICURE STATIONS AND EQUIPMENT are not clean!! Be warned!

THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON IN STOUGHTON. Not only do they try and upsell everything but they dont keep appointments even if you call a week or two ahead. Turned my 90 year old grandmother away because they overbooked even through she made the appointment a week prior. Dont come here and waste your money on less than par work.

I had an appointment at 5:30 and i walked in and they were full and the man in front asked What can I do for you? and I told him that I had an appointment and All he did was look around and continued doing the person nails. While I was standing their for 20 minutes. This was also my first time coming here. It was just rude.

I went in on a Saturday around 3:45pm and they weren’t too busy and were able to take me right away. Very friendly, very clean. The lady that did my pedicure was meticulous and very thorough. She was fairly gentle as well! And that was nice for someone that’s a little tender footed. It was a great service at a great price! I’ll definitely be back!!

My go to nail place, the male nail tech does my nails so well, I get back to back compliments because of him. Theres a reason why I tip him 10 each time..I recommend this place to all my friends and people who ask me where I get my nails done. Im a forever customer :)

Worst experience EVER. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I get there and say I would like a regular manicure. Not gel, regular. They ask me if I can wait from 30-45 min even though there was this guy doing absolutely nothing but staring at me. I say that that’s okay. Less than 10 min after the guy that was doing nothing says he can help me. I show them a picture of what I want and am told that that would be dip powder and it costs from $60-$70. I say no, I will go with the regular. Once again I am asked if I wanted the gel nail polish and I say no, just regular. Before proceeding I ask how much is the regular manicure and they say it’s $18. Are you serious? $18 for a regular manicure? I said I was all set and left. If you are not willing to do regular manicures, just say you DON’T. But don’t try to force me to have something I don’t want. I highly NOT RECOMMEND this place. Terrible, terrible service and excessive and awkward staring.

Great customer service. My girl massages my legs for a lot longer than usual when I told her my feet and legs hurt. Even though it was after closing time, they kept the wax hot because I also wanted an eyebrow wax. I had told them I would come back tomorrow. But without any attitude they stayed late for me. Best nail salon experience in awhile.

This place is awful, I drove here cause this was the only nail salon still opened during this whole crisis and the guy charged me 75$ for a full set.... he claims he doesn’t do regular polish and prices are the same for dip, so I went with dip. One day later two nails fell off... tried calling the salon but they were closed for the month. Ever since then I’ve been trying to take these off myself and I don’t know what glue they used but all my real nails are split and broken. They look awful, I’ve never had a full set for 75$ last me a week...

I’m very happy with the service here. I got a pedicure that came with a wonderful massage and was offered color powder instead of acrylic with gel polish. I’m so so much happier with color powder! It’s a little more expensive but worth it since it last about a month.

This place is amazing! It doesnt have a strong smell of nail polish and its clean and organized. One of the reviews said that they discriminate colored people and thats not true. Im colored and they have excellent service! They are also very nice! I recommend going to this place when they arent many people. When there are a lot of people the demand is high and people are too impatient and they try getting to them as quick as possible. It was also my first time going to a nail salon because I was very hesitant going to nail salons and it was a wonderful experience! And dont fear because they sanitize their tools! I would definitely recommend this place.

I got my nails and toes done there because my usual salon was still closed due to the pandemic. I was charged $90 (seemed as though he just made up the price in his head) the cuticles on my hands were not cut, no massage. Within 4 days my toes chipped. I called and asked for a refund for my pedicure and was told “no”. The man on the phone was rude and claimed that he was the owner, if that is true I don’t see that place staying in business for long. Wish I could rate this place zero stars!

I had a bad experience there, I started to do my nails there by friends references ( and I asked for dip powder every time went there) and They were doing a bad job ( I asked for dip powder refil and they were doing gel) ... Last time when I had complain to do what I was asking for, he put me 1h 10 min waiting to finish my nails! I was very disappointed! They were charging me $45 for refil and they were charging $35 of my friend for the same job!!!

I just moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. I realize that the nail shape I request isnt the average, I do a very pointy nail, but the shape was the least of the problems. I went here because it seemed to have really good reviews, maybe they were having an off day but I had an awful experience. The guy who did my nails was so unpleasant and unfriendly, he stopped two or three times to text someone and cut or burned me about 6 times. He wanted me to get a full new set, but I just had my set replaced less than two weeks ago. After I said no thank you, he quickly applied the acrylic and I knew I was screwed. The acrylic was so uneven and bumpy. He then shaped my nail, which I showed him a picture of. Which means he basically ran a file up and down my nail, literally. He then applied the gel polish, which was also uneven and bumpy. My thumb was so bad I asked him to redo it. He dremmeled it a bit and threw another top coat on. It did help, but barely. Then he put a lotion on my arms and hands which ruined the shine of the gel, I dont think the top coat cured correctly, and I work at a salon and watch the nail techs all day, so I do have an idea what Im talking about. Im rather particular about my nails, Ive had bad experiences before at other places, Ive never written a bad review about any of those places because it didnt seem worth my time, but thats how displeased I was with this place. I gave it two stars because the woman there, on Tuesday at 12, was very nice. I wont be back.

Managed to book an early appointment at this salon. Got the deluxe mani and pedi and it was absolutely a delightful experience. Very satisfied with their customer service. Both techs honestly did a lovely job. Its honestly hard to pleased me fully but Im glad I went here because I was unexpectedly satisfied.

Bad experience.The guy who did my nails was rude. And asked me to get out if I’m not happy with my nails.Everytime he asked me to check my nails if I like it and I asked him to fix it, he will make a face and said “ I know”.He also file my nails really hard and few of my nails it end up bleeding.It also doesn’t look clean.I ended up having ugly dirty nails. And asked him to remove it.

If I could possibly give them a 0 I would worst fill Ive ever experienced. I got bounced around between three people because noone had time to finish my fill. Not what I asked for I got short round nails asked for a little bit of a cut down and very square. And to top it all off they were too busy to take my payment and when they told me how much I left cash on the register and the nail tech is yelling after me like I left without paying. Inwent in as a walk in for a mani pedi with gel on my hands. When I walked in they barely said hello and just looked at me until the guy that was there told me to pick a color. Once they got me all set for the pedicure I went to get my hands done and was told I could pick a color and go up to where the polishes are behind the chairs of the employees as I was picking a color I dropped one of the bottles and it shattered with polish everywhere I saw paper towel close by and tried to clean it up and was yelled at to leave it alone and told to sit down w/o finishes picking a color after being embrassed and just going with a random color I continued to let the girl finish with my hands, not until I was asked if I liked the color was I able to choose the color I actually wanted on my nails. After leaving two days later the polish on my toes chipped and is continuing to chip. I will not be going back.

Went here on a Sunday because it wa one of the few salons open. I was treating my sister to a pedicure and wanted a full set for myself. We get in and they start on my sisters pedicure right away as I wait a about 45 mins for someone to come and start my hands another woman walks in wanting gel and they start on her hands almost immediately. Trying to remain calm as I had come in first and knew I was next in line I tried to politely ask if anyone was going to remove my gel as well because I too needed to soak in alcohol as the lady who came in 20 min after me. I casually asked the woman if she had an appointment b/x I assumed she MUST have an appointment for them to just skip over me! She said she didnt. Okay... so now Im getting frustrated. Try to remain calm because it has been 45 min now my sister was almost done with her nails and I hadnt even started mine yet. Finally . What I thought was a good start ended up worse than expected. The male nail tech (the only one there) came over sat down and started my nails. He asked me if I had a time limit and I said well at this point I got about 30min before I have to go! He then said next time if you have somewhere to be I can tell you I wont do for you I said .. what are you trying to say?! And then just say quiet and let him work on my nails. He started my full set and got aggravated after cutting them down when I said they still werent short enough! Then right before he put the powder acrylic I stopped to exam my nails and make sure they were all un even! He got sooooo annoyed and stood up and told me he was going to take the next customer if I want to look at my nails! I said why cant I look at MY own nails to make sure they are ok?! He then told me you want to look at your nails you wait another 30 minutes and I do next customer!! And he literally got up and walked away. I asked him to please finish my nails and he already was reaching for the next customer! Mind you I only had the tips on and no polish! No powder! Just tips and glue!! And I already had waited 45 for him to even get to me!! I felt soooo embarrassed and just degraded that I was practically begging him to finish my nails!!! All because I stopped to LOOK at them!!! Needless to say I grabbed my sister and we LEFT! I will not be returning. Their customer service was Awful. He told me I had to wait because he is the ONLY nail tech who does acrylic???! Dont know if this is true but if it is ...ladies if you want acrylic you have to only see this Male tech who lacks basic care and customer service skills!!! Will not be returning. Cant even believe how disgraceful I was treated!!!

I review everything before i try a new place and i put faith in all the positive reviews i read on here. Needless to say, i got terrible service from the second i walked thru the doors. I had to be the one to say hello, in order to be greeted. I was first asked what was the service i needed, when i mentioned pedicure, i was informed, they cant take me even though they were not closing for atleast another hour or so. Keep in mind 2 people were sitting down doing what appeared to be a whole lot of nothing. The good thing out of all of this, i drove up the street to Mya nails (5 min) near cobbs corner and was taken right away even though they were closing in less than a half hour. Amazing staff, so far the pedicure is amazing. Mka, very poor way of treating people.

I disagree with others. This place is not clean. Although the staff is very nice, they are not very good at their job. I got a gel manicure and the next day it is chipped! Also, my nails were not filled evenly. I paid $50 for a gel mani and a pedi and it was not worth it. I could not even pick out the gel color I wanted. They picked it and started painting it on my nails without asking if I liked it. I was also there for about 3 hours before my nails were finally finished. The only reason I came here was because I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi on a Sunday. I do not recommend.

These people are ignorant. I walked in and they turned me away. They told me to come in 3 hours because they had one appointment coming soon for a full set. It doesnt take 3 hours, they just didnt want to do it. They also had plenty of staff and finishing only one client. They were completely empty. No clients. This is why your business will continue to fail because you turn clients away.

Its pointless to make an appointment because they do not honor the time and take people ahead of you even if youve been waiting for 40 minutes AFTER the time of your appointment. Much like other reviewers have said I dont advise anyone waste their time or money here. Theyre very unprofessional! There are better options right down the street.
