Do not waste your time going here.. They certainly dont waste their own time.I walked in to have a headlight changed with the part in hand and to have an inspection sticker done. The guy at the desk would not look up at me, he was eating food and reading a news paper.Then when i initiated the conversation, he said that to wait 15 minutes, and he will look into it. All I wanted to know was if they could do the job that same day.Will not ever return here!

Went to check out thier inventory. Talked to the guy Jerry to see what he would sell a bike and truck for. He was very rude and when we left he CHASED US in his car! He called the police and told them we were stealing his vehicles but we never touched anything just looked. He followed us all over town until the cops arrived and then he told the police we stole from him but we were in our OWN vehicle! This tow lot worker was obviously trying to tow our vehicle. This is a chop shop. They work with Stoughton police to tow vehicles to strip them down at thier shop which seemed obvious after seeing his inventory. This place is crooked and needs to be shut down ASAP.

Slipped on highway into snow bed, a state trooper called this company to pull me out without asking me. Guy barely says a word when he arrives. Doesnt tell me the price until after I was pulled out. Just to be pulled out cost more than a tow anywhere else, and he said Im lucky he didnt just tow me which wouldve been even more expensive. Instead of meeting me at the bank 1min away made me drive 25min in snow to get cash and then pay him. Overall poor experience.

I highly recommend this shop!!!! Huge Kudos to MARK EARLEY, not only did he do an amazing job repairing the damage on my jeep after an accident, he recently did an amazing job repairing a water leak that no one else could and saved me more than 1/2 of what the dealership quoted and I did not need all the replacement seals that the dealership recommended... If you are looking for the right place to go....this is MY RECOMMENDATION without a doubt!!!! THANK YOU MARK!!!

I have worked with Sherm and John Doyle on numerous occasions. I cant find better mechanics anywhere. They have worked on my Toyota, Ford E250 van, and my Subaru Forester (which other mechanics refused to work on). Sherms Inc Auto Body and Auto Repair is the most honest, hardworking, and high quality repair shop that I have ever come across. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

They did excellent work on my daughters car. Highly recommend.

I came in at 4:30 looking for an inspection, was told to come back in a half hour. Came back a half hour later and they said they stop inspections at 5. Sign says they stop at 5:30.Pretty unclear and inconsistent policies depending on who you talk to. Overall disasstisfied.

John is the most dependable and honest mechanic there is.

Called and asked them to order me a part for my car that I needed replaced. The guy said that he’ll look into it and call me back in 5 minutes. After 3 hours and me having to keep calling he said that he’s going to refuse my business and hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional, that’s not how you run a business.
