Jill, Kristine and Island Street Automotive are my new auto care givers. Had my old truck updated with all 4 new brakes and major under carriage work done. Now I’m riding high and smooth again. Keep on truckin.

Had my used car brought in with check engine light. Unfortunately, the entire engine had to be replaced. Island worked with my extended warranty folks to get almost all costs covered. They kept me informed each step and I had the car back, running perfectly in 5 business days as promised. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend. Jill was most helpful throughout the entire process!

Had work done here using Costco auto program. Recommended by Costco with a 15% discount on labor and parts. Was only a $25 original savings compared to Monro auto. After work started, and told would only take a day, the work extended to two days. And more money than Monro. Should have used Monro auto. I used them before but thought.... Thought I was saving money. I didnt. Work we will see.

Island Automotive is a clean shop with an extremely knowledgeable staff from the front end office (Kristina) to the mechanics in the shop. As a female on my own I expected to be taken advantage of. I couldnt have been more wrong. Not only did they inform me that the service I required was 100% under warranty (which I was unaware of) but my car was done quickly and now runs beautifully. Wonderful experience! Thank you.

Great place the people there are are very friendly. very reasonable prices. eddy went way out of his way to help me with my car even came to my house one day to check something!! can’t say enough good things about them.

I have car shield i tried 20ther places to get it fixed i tried a dealer and they said we dont deal with car shield ??? i called car shield and they recomended a garage on Pleasant st Brockton i called the number and asked if they accepted car shield they said NO i asked a friend of mine for help he recomended Island automotive auto repair so i had it eowed to them they helped me i gave them the paperwork for the auto shield co warranty i tried to get in touch with auto shield by phone and email so didnt Island st auto this went on for 2 and a half months the garage and myself have tried numerous times Ron Reilling he played phone tag with us and he claimed i dont know how many times he claims that we never got in toych with him by phone or emails.the garage i think is still trying to GET RON REILLING THE APRAISER OUT TO LOOK AT THE ENGINE i wouldnt recomend that company Island st helped me out very much i have been without a vehicle from 11/16/2020 till1/1/2021 thank iSLAND ST AUTO FOR EXPERTISE HELPPO 1 Leonard J.Clayton

I am very grateful for the work that they did on my car theyre very professional and they dont cut corners very upfront with what needs to be done . I have a lot of respect for them because if something is not needed to be done they dont do it like most places will fix it just to get your money. Just found them online and had good reviews. I was in the process of buying a used car. I had them check it out and they found several potentially major problems. They basically told me not to buy the car. They pointed out all the issues and were very helpful. You could tell they were thorough and knew their stuff. Very reasonable and well worth the price. Saved me from buying a lemon.

I moved from New Hampshire two years ago, but before I left, I asked the people at my garage to suggest a place where I could have my car serviced. I ended up at Island Street Automotive, and have been completely satisfied each time Ive taken my car there. Jill is extremely friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and an all-around great person to be the face of this facility. Service has always been done promptly; prices are reasonable; and my car is always returned to me clean and ready to drive off the lot. I highly recommend Island Street!

I have been going to Island Street for many years based on a neighbors recommendation and cant say enough great things about them. Their prices are fair and more important, they are honest and most helpful. If you want a fancy waiting room with free coffee, go to the dealer for service, otherwise... go to Island Street!

Went to them for a sticker for my vehicle . Got no smile or hello from anyone. And later .. After paying 35 for sticker got a rejection for a test that I found out that is merely subjective . Then brought my car to another dealer within a hour . The owner mechanic agreed, but could not sticker my car because it had already been flagged.as being rejected. I couldnt blame him. He certainly couldnt give a sticker and put his service station in Jeopardy. . It though is my blame for going to an unknown place, simply because it was closer by.. My stupidity.Live and Learn..!!

Every time Ive brought my car in for service, Ive received a friendly greeting. The service has always been prompt and Ive never had to wait for any extended length of time. Also, I dont feel that Ive been overcharged. I would highly recommend this auto service center to anyone.

Ive had my cars serviced by the guys for over a year now. It started just with them being the nearest shop to our new home, but since then they also have proved to be top professionals.My only suggestion to them is that they expand the waiting area a little bit: just two chairs is not quite enough.

I started going to Island Street following the advice of my cousin. I have been going there ever since. Im very pleased with the work theyve done. They always let me know via email when its time to bring my car in. They even warn me when it looks like a repair will be needed in the near future. This time, they told me I forgot to register my car! Ugh! I didnt know that! LOL. Im glad to have them have my back. So far, I havent had ANY negatives with Island Street and I appreciate their attention to detail.

I dropped my car off yesterday morning with hopes of them being able to fix it the same day. I took a day off work to get my car looked at because I have a 45 minute drive home. They called in the afternoon saying it was fixed I picked it up paid them a little over $100. I left to go home, after 2 minutes of being on the highway It started acting up the same way it did before. Now I have to take another day off work!

Very happy with their serv. Was in a pinch today and bailed me out. I will keep going back.
