Do not bring your car to be serviced here. These people are very nice and courteous but a little too courteous for my liking. The manager Dana stayed that I needed to get a long list on services done that was gonna cost over 2 grand. So, we decided to take the car to another mechanic for another opinion and that guy literally said there was nothing wrong except all I needed was an alignment. These people will refuse off please do not go here. Also they ended up gluing my caps on my tires and screwed me over

The manager Dana was very nice, so was the mechanic however after a week of bringing my car and 500 dollars later the issue persisted. I took it to another location that fixed it for $150. Will not bring it back here for complex / engine issues will stick to oilChanges only if anything. Thanks anyway

Every time I go to Munro, I am impressed. They do excellent work at reasonable rates, and always let me know when I have options for saving money.And they passed the toughest test of all -- diagnosing a sound of unknown origin. They actually have a policy for handling mysterious sounds! I know because I brought them a mysterious sound that only happened while I was driving. Three employees took my car out and none could hear the sound. The manager said he didnt know why the sound had gone away but it had. I walked away happy!

Dana Lee and the people at Monro are just super people and the work they perform is great. Made an appointment for an alignment on my Jeep last Thursday for today. I dropped the car off and said if possible I need it by 11:00am. It was ready, easy pay out and I am back driving my vehicle again. It drove so much better and everything that was loose when I dropped it off was now tight. The car drove like I just took it out of the new car showroom. This was just the cream on the top. This afternoon my brake system failed luckily I was able to safely pull into Monroe. Late Friday night even after they were closed it was great to see the guys, Dana and Nick willing to go out if their way to help me. It was an unexpected emergency repair and even though they were extremely busy Saturday they stay late again to help me so that I would be able to get to work tomorrow. Had a great time Saturday afternoon with all the other customers who were also able to be helped even though a lot of the other customers did not have an appointment either. Amazing to see the care and attention they put in to earn my trust. Easily one of the best service experiences I have had in a ti.e of need.

Very disappointed. I went for an inspection and all was good except for a brake light out. $10 for the bulb and $30 to put it in. I watched thru the window and it took him less than 5 minutes to change the bulb. I spread the word with all my co-workers a few buildings down and we are all upset about how they took advantage. No one I know will be going there.

Excellent Place! Dana Rocks! I in went today to have a thumping noise checked on my tire turns out that it was tar from road asphalt. So Dana the manager being the excellent professional that he is stayed late after closing time removed the tar from tire and checked the tire pressure and I was good to go.

Monro has repaired and replaced flat tires for me a few times on several different vehicles. If it can be patched they patch it. If I need new ones they price them and discuss with me before doing any work so I am informed. They have been polite and timely. Dana has been extremely easy to deal with.

Good quality customer service is hard to come by these days. This place has it!When I first entered the store, I saw the clerk at the desk dealing with a difficult customer. He handled it perfectly, staying calm and offering solutions in any way possible.I went there for a simple inspection, but have every bit of confidence they would treat me very well if it was something more complicated.

Monro has greatly improved over the years since Dana took over, and are now my go-to place for car repairs. Several weeks ago my low tire pressure light came on and I couldnt figure out which tire was reading as low. I stopped at Monro to ask Dana, and they discovered one of the tire gauges was not working. No charge, and I was on my way. I highly recommend Monro (this one, I cant speak to other locations). Dana Lee at Monro Stoughton has earned my trust. He takes the time to explain what I need in such a way that I feel more then comfortable telling my friends what I have found through Google. I needed a complete new set of tires for my car and requested a quote from the manager, Dana. He got back to me with quotes for 3 different choices, including mounting and balancing. Danas quotes were very competitive and the service and installation have been excellent. I couldnt be more pleased with the service Dana provided me.

I went to a few other shops a few months ago to have some work done. I was not impressed with the managers or workers at those shop. I found Monro, via Google, and went there because it was closer to me. All I can say is that I am GLAD I did. And Ben, one of the Mechanics took his time and helped me out even staying late to make sure I was helped. The Owner/Manager was there as well and was very helpful. He made sure I got what I needed. I used to go to this location when it was Windsor Tire. I went there because of their honesty and willingness to explain everything to a customer. I was a bit concerned that the location had become part of a national chain. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. Dana was not only knowledgeable but really has a concern for his customers. As long as hes there we will be customers. Plus the technician who worked on our car, I believe his name was Matt, was thorough and also very good. I would recommend this location in a heartbeat to anyone looking for an honest place to work on their vehicle.

Called this am and spoke to Bill. Seems very nice. Explained my experience at other shops. They dont seem to value being proactive on brakes till there is nothing left. So far great experience on phone. Will see once I bring car in, but so far seem nice. If they are good I will be a loyal customer as trust is so important to me. Amazing customer service. They took me in the shop and showed me exactly what was going on with my car. Turns out my brakes just needed to be cleaned and adjusted. Another shop had told me they needed to be changed completely. Glad I came here for a second opinion. Nice to find an honest place to work on my car.

I stopped by for new tires and an alignment. Dana told me to write a good review and he would get the job done that day. Not only did he not get the job done that day they were not even capable of inflating my tires to the proper pressure. They also recommended i needed new tie rods because they were loose. My truck recently passed Federal inspection in December so I had my mechanic reinspect it again to find out that the Monro technicians loosened all the bolts in my front end and let the truck leave there shop in that condition. All my mechanic did was tighten the bolts and my truck was in great condition. I was still charged for an alignment that they did not do and did not refund me. I will Never return there or recommend them to anyone. Would not even trust them to fill up my tire.M & Z Landscaping

Needed my tires filled before the snow that’s coming and they were very helpful! The gentleman even took his time to get the tire cover off my spare to fill it so my tire pressure light would go off. I will definitely be returning in the future for oil changes and etc.

Above and beyond service. Came in last second when a pothole snapped my sway bar. Took me in no problem, were fast and took the time to explain everything that happened, why it happened, and what was needed to get myself back on the road. They also answered questions about separate concerns I had with past work, and pointed out a few things to watch out for.Also offered some great (I’d assume home baked) chocolate chip cookies. It was a few hours to get the job done so they gave me a ride down the street so I could get a bite to eat. Do not recommend. I went in for an oil change and all the man said to me was youve come to us before for this so we will do what we did last time Bye. So KNOWING Ive never done anything but the average oil change, thats what I thought he meant. Instead of asking what I wanted, they gave me the most expensive oil change. Then on top of that, I asked for a state inspection and instead of giving me the rejection sticker for the two things I had to change, they just didnt charge me, so I would realize how much the oil change actually was. I thought the $70 was for the inspection and the oil change. Turns out it was just the oil change. Theyre the ones that give a bad name to mechanics constantly scheming. Wont be going back regardless of what I need.

Dreadful customer service. Management is disorganized. Poor repair job resulted in a fairly serious failure and a subsequent $2,000 repair (elsewhere). On top of that, they ordered the incorrect replacement tire for an earlier flat repair, and still attempted to hold the money they charged me. Had to interface with corporate to get my refund. Extremely poor service, repair work, and general atmosphere. Caveat Emptor.

Stopped by Friday last minute and spoke to Dana at Monro Muffler to see if he could squeeze me in for Saturday and fix the AC in my car. He was awesome and my AC works beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

I drive the 20+ miles to come to this Stoughton location because I am always treated so well. Dana Lee, the manager, is genuinely concerned about the customers. He even brings flowers in from his home garden and theres fresh coffee here, magazines, tv, and even free chocolate cookies at times! He makes my oil changes here fun!
