John Sharpe is such an expert with mold removal and prevention. He came to our house twice - one to remove mold and install mold resistant flooring, and second to inspect another reoccurance of mold. Both times he was incredibly professional and patiently explained how mold growth forms. He also gave us very tactical next steps which is so helpful for me as a first time homeowner who knows nothing about mold. I would hands down recommend John Sharpe for any mold issue.
