Its interesting to find yourself as the customer of the company you represent. I proudly rep this ServiceMaster franchise, Disaster Associates based in Stoneham & Wilmington Massachusetts. Yesterday morning, I woke up to 2 inches of water in my home. My water heater let go. I called my personal crew at ServiceMaster and I have to say, they truly are the best. They arrived in minutes working to remove water, checking for moisture damage & placing several dryers, fans and dehumidifiers to clean up the job. A special shout out to one of the Owners, Chris Carey, our GM, Chris Govoni & our technician, Kenny. Kenny I cannot thank you enough for being such a sweetheart and very patient. You truly made my day. Thanks for your genuine concern and taking good care of me. All the best!
The water supply line to our refrigerator ice-maker burst and leaked water all over the hardwood floor and into the basement. After we got a plumber to shut the water valve which was located behind the built-in refrigerator, ServiceMaster came to do remediation. Marvin and his crew measured the moisture in our walls and floors, removed the baseboards and drilled holes into the wall. They then set up equipment in our kitchen and basement. Marvin came by the next day to check on progress, moved some equipment around and then came back 3 days later to do a final check. Their actions saved our wooden floors! Marvin and his crew were truly awesome - professional, courteous and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

We had our furnace blow up while we were away and returned to a home filled with steam and a basement filled with water. within hours of being contacted after normal business hours a crew was here, pumped the basement, set up fans to dry it, and gathered the debris into bags. when it was time to clear the bags and remove the damaged items the second crew was equally competent, professional, timely, and extremely helpful. would use them any time and recommend them, especially this office, to everyone
Technicians arrived the same day after I called my insurance company. Within hours of my call they removed wet carpet and baseboards and had set up high powered drying fans and dehumidifiers to immediately prevent mold growth. Every day they showed up like clockwork to check the drying process. Technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I was extremely pleased with the service and felt immediately at ease after finding water damage in my finished basement.
The crew arrived promptly, explained what needed to be done and then did it professionally. Broken water fixtures and flooding are damaging and disruptive. Service Master fixed the problem and always remembered they were working in our home, so they minimized further disruption. Highly recommended should you need disaster restoration service - and I hope you never do!
These guys came in explained the procedure and what they needed to do and were very professional. In a time of a disaster its good to know that they are around and they made it much less stressful to recover from.
Within a short time after notifying our Insurance Company of the flood in our house, a crew from Service Master in the NH area showed and went to work. Protective cover was installed to keep adjacent areas clean. Loose carpets were soon rolled up and taken away for cleaning and the removal of the main carpet was done in a record time. The equipment needed to dry up the area was installed and kept runing till the place was workable. All in all the work was done fast and neatly. Very pleased with the response from Service Master.
Service Master saved the day! If it was for the quick response time and efficient handling of the flooding issue, I would have had major damage to my home. I highly recommend Service Master.

Brennan and his team were out within hours of us calling for help after a burst pipe flooded our finished basement. They vacuumed up what could be collected, got rid of damaged carpet padding and set up fans and dehumidifiers to do the rest. He and his crew came back out almost every day for a week adjusting equipment until the job was done. I hope to never have another burst pipe but if i do I know who Ill call. Highly recommend!
We had a sewerage back-up in our finished basement on a Saturday evening. The water seeped underneath the laminate flooring. We called ServiceMaster and within 30 minutes they were at the house cleaning. They were remarkably thorough and very neat. They even worked with me so my insurance company got billed directly.Hopefully, you never have something lie this happen to you, but if you do, call ServiceMaster immediately. These guys are awesome.
Last week we had a sprinkler head freeze and burst. I called Service Master the next morning, and they were onsite before noon, by the end of the day all the damaged materials were removed and commercial dryers were running. Their quick response and expertise stopped the water damage from spreading further thru out the condo complex.I would refer these guys anytime .

I was referred to Service Master by my insurance adjuster to do a mold remediation after getting a extremely high mold reading in our basement due to an old furnace that needed to be replaced. Prior to replacing the furnace Chris Govoni came by to take a look at what was going on and thoroughly inspected and took pictures of the furnace and findings (property that was salvageable and unsalvageable as well as explaining the whole process they will need to do and confirmed the service was needed. After the furnace was replaced a week later, I called into the office to set up the mold remediation with Christine and she was able to provide one within 48 hours.I thought they were just going to spray/clean the salvageable items and remove the others, but they literally CLEANED and organized the whole basement. I actually felt bad leaving the basement as is prior to them getting there and they had me in awe of how clean and crisp the basement smelled and looked after they left. I would definitely recommended them to anyone in need of water or mold damage in the future.
Service Master had a tough job to do at my house after a sewer overflow into the cellar -- and left it as if nothing had happened, clean and dry.
Brennan and Chris M. were on time with smiles on their faces. They went over and above for me, even to the point of making a phone call to the maintenance manager, who of course was not answering MY calls. He even gave them incorrect information. No regard for victims belongings or their homes. We had a house fire back on 8/20/17 and were referred to this Service Master location in Stoneham to do a pack up, clean, and to store our contents for 2 months.Well on January 31st our contents came back to the house, one of the movers removed the sliding glass door in the back of the house, I happened to be outside in the driveway talking to my contractor when I heard a very loud bang, I walked to the window and saw that the mover was moving the door to the inside wall. I casually walked into the house and looked at the new hardwood floor that was installed and saw damage on the floor. I said something to the mover and of course he denied it. My floor was completed 4 days prior and there was nothing wrong with the floors. My contractor watched another guy try to carry two bed rails together and saw one rail take a nose dive into the floor putting a gouge in the floor in the family room. They also placed the 3 table leafs on the floor with the metal locking mechanisms towards the floor. There was a tear in the paper that was on the floor so I tore the paper open to expose any scratch. Now onto cleaning soot from the contents after a fire, you can see in the pictures that this wasnt done, they claim its from the blankets they wrap things in and its dust. The last time I looked dust wasnt black and sticks to your finger when you rub it off. How do I trust that everything thats boxed up is clean? My chest of draws has a really nice mark on it as well, I found a Disney collectible snow globe that was broken. Had the general manager Chris at the house and he can see that the couches werent cleaned, the TVs werent cleaned but still say its dust from when it was stored. I spoke with Dan the owner and I was on speaker phone, no big deal and the two of them denying all of it. Its amazing that when someone goes through a terrible event others seek it as an opportunity to stick it to them HARD, to the tune of $5,786.58...
Picture a Friday night 630 pm and coming home to a flood and the fire department in your house. Such a mess! Eric did a great job getting my home back to dry.
We had a flood in our hotel and they there right away to clean up. Got the job done fast and we were back in business in no time.

I have very negative experience with this company. They issued wrong invoice, $890 instead of $87 . Partially refunded, but not correctly. What they do is that they hope that customers insurance will pay the bill without investigation. No apologies, no refund. Very bad customer service! Stay away from them!!!
