Best Jackson Hewitt ever! I’m always greeted when I walk in, I never have too wait long at all! Everyone there is very helpful and nice they have a great atmosphere I have fun while getting my taxes done. They really have the family feel! Jessica did my taxes this year and she was great! Ok so my first time filing with jackson Hewitt im very happy with the customer service. Ive filed with HRBlock for many years and it just got frustrating with the people that work there. The ladys here are really nice they made it convenient over the phone. Thank you again sarah 😊

When I went in this office I felt like at I was at home. This was the BEST experience I ever had. Everyone was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I never understood taxes until now. I cant wait to go next week to receive my loan for Christmas. This is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST tax service office I have ever been to!! The experience I had here was unmatched compared to the other tax offices I’ve been to in the past. All of the employees are knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable. Because of them I learned so much more this time around and will DEFINITELY be continuing to file with them. This place has made filing taxes enjoyable. I was worried I would be waiting forever but I was wrong! I was in and out in less than an hour and even left feeling like I actually understand what they did. I finally found my permanent tax office and I will definitely ask for Sabrina again.

Ive filed with them for the past 4 years. They are very professional and knows what they are doing. I especially love Angie! Shes always willing to help answer any questions u may have.

Seriously, I will never go back there again. I’d advise you to spend your money where you are APPRECIATED! went to see if they could give my mother an estimate because (she does not speak English) and they were very rude to not only her, but also gave my 2 year old daughter scowls after she accidentally dropped a toy and it made a bit of a noise.. we sat and waited patiently but after seeing them begin to take paperwork from someone else who was also a walk-in (and also not speaking to them the way they spoke so rudely to us) we left. they seriously need to reconsider the people they have working there.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. You can also make an appointment in advance. Convenient location off Pacific Avenue in Stockton-across from Baskin Robbins. I would definitely recommend this office.

Love all the preparers here. Got stuck in traffic and the office was closed but I saw some people in there. I knocked and Jessica let me in. Even though the office was closed she let me file and I got $$$!!! Oh and thanks Chantel for the advice.

When I first entered I was greeted with a warm welcome! Every question I had was answered. Will definitely be filing my taxes with them from here on out.

Absolutely worst tax place ever to do taxes. Not only did they charge over $500 to do my taxes, they never sent off my state. N have been giving me the run around. I still havent been a to talk to supervise. And its been a month. Ive called several times n left messages to get a call back and nothing.

Never again. The prices are way too high. And they shouldnt be false advertising lower affordable rates when they charge an arm and a leg. Waste of my damn patience and time. Smh!

I was a tax preparer for Sabrina for years then moved out of the area. Recently I moved back and wanted someone to file my return because so much has changed. Sabrina has acquired quite the following!!! I didnt really want to wait so she told me to have Reeshemah do them. I have to say Reeshemah made the process so easy and fun, I dont think I laughed that hard in a long time. Love you guys!!!

Ok I have always done my taxes because I think they are easy, but this year I needed money fast and my friend to me to see Rashima at Jackson Hewitt. I did and damn I got $1200 in less than an hour! It was so easy Ill be back next year.

Amazing staff and warm greetings! Also, Angie helped my mother very well in fluent spanish! At other tax places, I have been looking for a nice, friendly bilingual tax preparer to help and here at Jackson Hewitt we recieved the best service! Definently coming back next year.

Definitely won’t be going here again! Terrible service! Waited and hour and a half then got the slowest person ever. Ended up walking out before we were done . Went to turbo tax and knocked it out it 20 minutes.

Did my husbands taxes there and when the season was over they didnt help me with my issue after I got a letter from the IRS, I couldnt get a hold of anyone. their not very reliable and not to mention over priced.

They dont answer their phones, they dont return calls like their voicemail says. This is ridiculous. I have a better chance of getting a hold of someone at the IRS then I do here which should not be a problem, but it is.

I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for years, they exceed my expectations each and every year there isnt another tax place in the city of Stockton or any surrounding areas that I would even consider Jackson Hewitt is the place for me and you should make it the place for you this tax season and every tax season to come!!!!!
