They did an excellent job replacing our HVAC system with a system that is considerably more quiet and efficient. They made the area its in look much nicer. Also, weve used their plumbing people to replace our kitchen faucet and on another occasion they replaced our water filter system. They are very professional and efficient.

I called your company and got a return call from a plumber within the hour. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, did the repair and left a very happy and satisfied customer! Also, very satisfied with the cost of the repair.

I’ve always found Lovotti Air to provide reasonable a/c and heater maintenance as well as repair work. They recently installed a mini split heat and air system in an upstairs bedroom. The installers were courteous and professional and the work was done in a timely manner. The system has been a welcome relief during the hot summer weather.

Though the work will be completed at a later date, all of our contacts have been very timely and professional, leading us to secure Lovotti to replace our HVAC system. Great to work with!

Company was sent out by PG&E to inspect/replace my furnace. Tech was rude, dismissive, and lied directly to me. Said that there was no replacement option for an ultra lo-nox Down flow furnace, lie. In fact it’s only a few hundred dollars more. Refused to even look at the one I found online to prove him wrong. I called the air quality regulation board and they confirmed they Lovotti was giving wrong info. When I called the office to question that, the Manager told me he only said that because they couldn’t make enough money off my job and refused to discuss it further. They even noted that and closed my claim with PG&E. The fact their tech lied and was extremely dismissive made me come here to leave a review. I already found another local company to come out and do it thousands less their Manager said it could be done for. The fact I had to go to another company to even get a bid is ridiculous. Glad I gave my money to someone else.

Great Company. Quick to respond and great overall service.

They came out and added Freon to our unit as they found it had a leak. I told them I wanted to replace unit and they said someone would get back to me with a price. I waited a week no one contacted me. I called them and asked for someone to give me a quote they assured me someone would call me the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest, still waiting, ugh.

They didnt show up for their scheduled appointment. Have used them in the past and was satisfied. Had to reschedule this time and work has not been done yet. Hopefully they show up this time.

Today we had a complete air conditioning system installed and the entire process went very well. This the third project we have had Lovotti Inc. help us out with. Previously, we had used them for a plumbing project and then an electrical project. We had scheduled a phase two electrical work to be done when our air unit went out before last weeks mini heat wave. From office staff to sales and the workmen doing the job, all three projects have been completed timely and on budget. We hope to continue to do business with Lovotti and will encourage our neighbors and friends to do likewise.

I have used Lovotti for all my properties. They provide top notch installation and repair service. One call is all you need to make.

The technician overfilled the freon and messed up my AC. When I called someone else out to rectify the situation the test revealed it was loaded to 750psi. It should have only been 300psi. The company is refusing to correct their mistake. I will be lobbying for them to lose their contract with PG&E for this.

Lovotti did quality work, we have had them install 9 HVAC units.Each time they have been very professional and did quality work. Of the various HVAC and electrical professionals Ive used, Lovotti is the most responsive, the most knowledgeable and the best priced. They are my go to now and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

This was a big job, and there were a few challenges, because of COVID-19, that interfered with the scheduling. Despite all of that, Lovotti worked hard to make sure it met its commitments. It is locally owned, contributes to the community, and treats its customers well. I will definitely be using Lovotti to annually service my HVAC systems, in my own home and my rental.

Prompt and professional.

Amazing folks. We wanted a second opinion regarding our furnace that was deemed hazardous and therefore inoperable by another company. Their tech comes out, plugs everything back in, turned a couple screws and like magic, our heater is up and running better than it was before the other company said it was broken. He saved us from spending a lot of money to replace something that wasnt broken in the first place. I cant thank him enough.

Well this isnt a review but I was looking for an AC company to get a new system. Too many negative reviews for me to take a chance. Thanks for posting them, they definitely affect my decision...To update i did end up getting a quote and this company came in second as far as price goes for a new system but a thorough look wasn’t done on my house as the company I’ve decided to go with.

I had an appointment to have a new water heater and shed installed on the side of my home. Ricardo and his partner showed up on time. They were courteous and proffesional. I was advised it would take about 2 hours and right on time as advised they were done. Not only did they clean all of their mess they even helped me remove some of my trash around the job site. I was very happy with the job and would recommend them to anyone.

Have an amazing relationship with these guys. Lovotti is a top notch company. Professional, quick to respond and always has your best interest at heart. If you are going to have your logo and phone number all over your vehicles and trailers, you might want to ask your employees to drive a little more civilized. At 3pm on 7/3 I watched one of your utility trucks pulling an enclosed trailer heading south on I-5 just a little south of I-80 tailgating, speeding 65 to 70, almost sideswipe 2 cars almost rear end a semi, swerving from lane to lane without using a turn signal a single time, and just generally being very aggressive.If he keeps driving like that, hes going to cost you a lot when he hits somebody.

Very Professional clean dependable and great to work with!

Ive never used this company, but I was almost plowed into by one of their drivers on Highway 12 today. He was driving like a maniac. I would hope that the company takes more care in their work than their employee does when it comes to protecting themself and others from a traffic accident.

Simply the best!

I dont know what is up with the negative reviews but for us they were great. We are on the PGE program and got a new furnace and they were the contractor. Each time they came out the guys were very respectful and when they did put in the furnace it was done professionally. I just know of our experience and of the two guys that came out. They did a test on the furnace twice, did a carbon monoxide test and even put in a new carbon monoxide/fire alarm combo. Overall, we are pleased with PGE and Lovotti for helping us out.

Were going on day 3 without service as promised from their company, given an excuse from Joanne (customer service) whom was rude. I was just making a simply check up on our service appointment @ 9:40 am as scheduled between 8-10 am, her response being it isnt 10 yet!, and our plumber had yet another emergency call he had to go out on so hell be maybe around another hour. So i called back 10:58am and still nothing, Joanne advise me it will be maybe around another hour again. Im not sure what maybe around is indicating as far as time frame but as a customer service rep one would only hope she would be more understanding to our situation is just as much of an emergency as anyone not being able to utilize any if our plumbing, kitchen sink, lavatory or shower. Does Lovotti only have one plumber for the company? Later review will be given based on service received and if were up to me I would have canceled but considering contract unable to do so. Although it will be brought up for evaluation to maintain future contract.

I have a $300 water heater that broke down (pilot light). Lovotti guy encouraged me to buy a $400 replacement part. He didnt mention that I could get a NEW water heater for much less than $400. Indeed, he told me a new one would cost $1200. I went to Home Depot, purchased a $325 water heater and installed it myself. Lovotti? Not the kind of company I want to deal with. Highly recommend that this company be avoided at all costs. Or, you can pay the price!

I had no option to give Lovotti 0 stars. They dont deserve 1 star. If I can save 1 person or 1 family from the horror this company put me and family through, then I have saved you from experiencing a nightmare. Lovotti destroyed my coils in other parts in my unit. They ripped out my furnace incorrectly. They cause a $2000 damage and they also falsified the inspection paper work. The city of Tracy confirmed this and I was adv to get a lawyer because they are not trying to fix what they damaged

They do not stand behind their work

The owner promised a kid a job if he maintained a 3.0 gpa (he helped with jv football at bear creek high school 4 years ago) - the kid DID just that, then attempted to contact mr lovotti multiple times & was brushed off & never answered. the kid (now 19 years old ) made multiple contact attempts through phone & text & even went to mr lovotti house. he basically straight up lied to the boy & his family. this announcement was made by mr lovotti at an awards ceremony in front of all of the parents & players.
