For starters he came 20 minutes late. I asked him to confirm what time he’d be here, he caught an attitude and said “well there’s traffic you know!!” He was very grumpy, not easy to work with. Super unprofessional on his phone a lot instead of engaging with the kids. He’s supposed to be the party entertainment. He seemed to dislike his job.

Waste of my money I wish I would of talked to my children before paying them full amount. Got this truck for my sons 8th birthday and the man only allowed him to play one gaming system which was the Xbox and multiple guest children said he was very rude when they asked him for help with a game. Don’t waste your money on this guy find another truck worth your time and money

This guy is definitely RUDE, we called to ask for info on truck and he was not professional at ALL, when I asked if he drops off the truck which I don’t know how the service works (rental) he answered no who told you that I was gonna leave the trick I stay there all the time supervising the entire time, then I felt more comfortable for myself to speak Spanish so I can communicate better, he called me RUDE which I was not at all I just wanted information that WAS going to be the first time to rent from him, but I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION BEING THE OWNER, HE NEEDS TO CHILL OUT A LIL, HE IS AN A******.

This person was extremely rude and unprofessional, please save your money . I feel extremely embarrassed with my guests, he arrived late to my party, some remote controls were not working . All I can say is unprofessional . I think he needs to be more organized and communicate more with his customers . Communication is very important . My advice to you is be more friendly, organized and not rude to your costumers .

He was so professional put up with all my crazy kids!! And very clean! We don’t care about masks 😒🙄but he was kind and still wore one !! We Will use his service again!! Very recommended, On time and gave my son extra 10 min before the actual time started ... Thanks for being there for my sons 9th bday! 🙏🏼God bless

This past Saturday was my sons birthday! Our guests and my son had a blast and he even traveled further then I expected to come to our house!:) great accommodations!:) will definitely request for him to come again for my other sons birthday!:)

Filo Was very nice and very respectful and had a lot of patience with all the kids and the moment he arrived he set up and the kids started playing and the kids had a blast and he would interact with the kids so great and amazing and definitely recommend him! thank you so much!
