We booked this company for my niece’s eighth birthday party and it was an awful experience. They came out in the morning and said the grass was too tall and would be back later. We mowed it and when they came back (an hour later than scheduled) said it wouldn’t work out at all, anywhere. We had a handful of men willing and wanting to help but they refused. They were so rude and disrespectful and called my sister “blood” when she wanted to speak to the owner. They left, with twenty disappointed little kids. Bottom line - they didn’t care and they didn’t want to work. Not sure if my sister will get her deposit back, but I doubt it because there is no integrity here.

***DO NOT USE THIS PLACE ***they are sooooooo unprofessional, and rude they ruined my daughters 9th birthday because they wanted to drop off 3 hours before our party started and because we live in a gated community we have hoa rules, long story short they canceled our delivery because I spoke up and told them how unprofessional it was to give 15 mins notice to us about dropping off early, DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY STAY AWAY

I called this lady today for a quote. She kept interrupting me from the start. I noticed her English was broken so I asked her if she spoke Spanish. She says No im not Mexican! She sounded offended. Mind you, I never asked if she was Mexican. Only reason I had asked that was because she had the accent like she did speak spanish so I try to make it easier for anyone that speaks spanish by me talking to them in spanish being that I am fluent English/Spanish. She rushed my call and she was not polite. Lacks customer service skills. I would never do business with this lady. By the way, overpriced.

Terrible customer service ! This place cancelled our jumper, tent, tables and chairs the night before our event, and never returned the deposit! They are unprofessional, inconsiderate and unreliable ! Do not use this rental service !

Do not rent from this place ! They are scammers!!! And liars have no type of customer service skills.. we ordered a water jumper from them and paid, and they did not deliver the jumper. It was scheduled for 11:30 drop off when we called to check when they were coming they lied and said they showed up to our house at 8am and that the owner told them to put it in the back yard and that jumper didn’t fit. Which was a complete lie no one came, we don’t even have a back yard adding to that we have cameras and ring system NO ONE CAME much less at 8am. The lady on the phone with the broken English started cussing and said if they “felt” like dropping off the jumper they would, then proceeded to tell us we had big mouths for complaining.. and we wouldn’t be getting anything back. OUR MONEY has not been returned! They are scammers and come to find out they are renting jumpers out a of house it’s not an actual buissness do not rent from them!! they are scamming and robbing people !!

DO NOT RENT fromThis company! Very unprofessional we had the worst experience ever! When dropping off our rental they backed in and damaged our BBQ and told us oh well. They didn’t do anything for us. Do your self a favor and rent some where else l.

Do NOT rent for this company. The jumper never fully inflated. Called to let the owner know about it. She cursed at me and told me I was lying. She double charged my bank account. It was such an unprofessional experience from beginning to the end. There was duck tape in the seams of the jumper patching holes. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me. $250 x 2 later for the 4 in 1 dinosaur jumper and then to have the owner act ratchet. My son and his friends made the best of it but it was not of decent quality and the owner does NOT stand behind their product.***UPDATE*** I never once asked for a refund, let alone a full refund. I did however call this company the following day to let them know their jumper was defective. At which point she felt it necessary to fly off the handle and call me a liar. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

I’m not sure why I see so many negative reviews. I’ve used them for YEARS and NEVER had any problems with them. If anything a couple times they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. I use them at least 2 times a year sometimes more.Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely professional, nice, and friendly.

Great service!! Set up our water slide early at no extra charge and we were also able to keep it an hour extra at the end of the day. Money well spent, the kids never got off the thing! I will definitely be going through them from now on.

Has great service and they setup the jumper just how you want with out any hesitations. Really recommend this place. Very nice people .

GO ELSEWHERE! Seriously, these people showed up to our house 4 hours early. As soon as I mentioned to them that they were early the guy began to rant about how he had other customers he had to attend to and on and on....he was rude, pushy and kept on ranting. He began threatening to just leave. I ended up asking my wife who was in the house what time the jumper was scheduled for and thats when the guy got out of hand and started yelling and ended up packing up and literally speeding away from our house. I attempted to talk him out of leaving saying that this jumper was so important for my 5 year ol sons birthday, but this did not stop him from leaving is high and dry. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE is the only way to describe this low budget buisness.....

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANYShowed up 4 hours early and proceeded to argue with my daughter who ordered a jump house for my grandson. Then got in the truck and drove off without setting it up. She called the company and could not get a word in. The lady on the other end overtalked her then hung up. She did NOTHING to provoke there poor attitude

There was a small issue and they resolved it in a very professional way I couldnt be happier with the service. I will rent from them again (Granddaughter birthday party 5/5/18)

Would not rent a bouncer ever again. First they were late then equipment did not work properly. It took another hour for them to return with generator. They did not give a discount for the delay. When they returned for bouncer they didnt let anyone know they were going to deflate bouncer. Children were still inside and when i confronted the workers they told me to talk to their boss!!! Really!! Beware!! Do not do business with them.

DO NOT use this business. Owner yelled at my wife on the phone after he postponed the reservation and refused to deduct a cost from our overall price. When I got on the phone with him and heard him yell at her, he denied yelling... while yelling at me. I asked him what the problem was and he hung up on me. Unethical business owners. Dont use.

Horrible customer service! ETA my son is 14,was 13 at the time and looks much older so I doubt you all truly believed he was 8. I never asked to have my son sign,I asked him to get the door because I had just showered. That should be expected if you show up before a scheduled appointment time.The degenerate that came(likely the person responding based on how its typed)snapped at my child then at me then my husband on the phone when he attempted to escalate the situation. It ended with him threatening to kick my husbands a$$(the man is 5 tall,middle aged and overweight) and taking off like a bat out of hell when my husband responded Well,I guess its a good thing Im on my way home then so you can do that! When I called to complain I was told that there is nobody to complain to since that man is the owner. You can continue with responding to every honest review but it doesnt change the fact that your company is unprofessional and run by a lowlife,coward. I suggest any customers reading this,read ALL the reviews....youll notice a pattern.
