I lost my leg in 2007 due to a 16 year old texting on her phone. I was on my Motorcycle driving down Tracy Blvd and she T-Boned me. I was in the hospital for month and was in a wheelchair for 13 months. Kaiser had sent me to Hanger and after about a year of nothing but problems I was about to give up. I went to three others near me and same old story. The one day I ran into a guy who a AKA and he was walking great. I asked him where he got his leg and he said Capstone. I looked them up and went straight there the very next day. I was greeted by Julia and she was one of the most sweetest people I have ever met. Julia took all my information and asked Jim Rosales if he could see me and to my surprise he said yes. He looked at me as I was walking in and he said, the leg is to long, the knee unit is for someone not active and he could tell right away the socket wasnt fitting properly. Jim called his assistant in AL and they went to work. I left there almost crying because how much better it felt. Within Six months I had a new leg and socket and havent been any happier. Its now been 11 years going to Capstone and I absolutely love them. Dont hesitate to call them if your having any issues with your Prosthetic.
