I loved this place but today I had a bad experience the worker named Carmen talked about black people so bad I was very disappointed I have never experienced that at this place I will never wash there again

Super hot no air conditioner sweating trying to wash clothes also all the big washers were out of order besides 1! Smh very disappointing I would not recommend this place to anyone also restroom always smells bad

Needs better lighting

This place was awesome. There was a real person checking up on things. She kept an eye out to see if I needed any help. She pointed out which machines were being wirked on and which were operational. She pointed out which dryers were the best.When I looked confused, she was right there to help point me in the direction. When I was all done and ready to leave, she was already on tge way to unlock the doir for me.And when I was about to drive away, she came hurrying out the door to give me my water bottle that I had forgotten.This was the single best laundromat experience Ive had, and the prices were right in line with all the others around.But dont go here, though. I wanna keep this gem all to myself. Lol
