The machines work 👍 great. The worker made a big o deal about letting me use the restroom SMH. I kept asking why not and he kept saying that the restroom isnt for the public I kept telling him that were doing laundry and finally he let me after my sister said whats wrong why cant she used the restroom. And the worker asked her oh she was you if shes with you she can use the restroom. SMH what is wrong with people its just a freaking toilet

Ive been coming here now for about 2yrs and I like it. The owners are prompt when an emergency arises. I prefer to go weekdays after 3, its less crowded.

Machines do their job but clothes have somewhat mildewy smell due to machines not being regularly cleaned. Good location conveniently near my residence. Prices are reasonable. Clean environment.

FALSE HOURS ADVERTISED!!!!! THEY SAY THEY CLOSE AT 10 BUT LOCK THE DOORS AT 8:30. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD. INCREDIBLY INCONVENIENT TO HAVE FALSE ADVERTISING. SHOULD SAY CLOSES AT 8:30. MAKING PEOPLE WASTE THEIR TIME AND GAS TO GO TO AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT DOESNT HOLD TRUE TO HOURS. When i first went here i was happy the guy there was so nice he even bought my baby a drink since it was hot day. But when i went back next couple times the woman there was SOOO RUDE!! She refused to let me use restroom and just kept staring at me as though i was gonna steal washer or something lol. Didnt let her offend me i will pray for her wish the guy was there still hes so much more respectful to customers. Will not recommend this place
