I like this gym for my kids. I definitely love how great, amazing and patient sensei Asa is at giving karate classes with all his students. If it wasnt for him, my especial ed child would not be able to attend karate classes. Trust me, its worth driving from the town over. The only thing that I would complain is that the snack vending machine has been out of order for two weeks.

I love GymStars the staff and coaches are amazing!

Cost to much and they do not actually teach your kids anything. The coaches do not know how to teach kids how to do the proper techniques. The just tell the kids practice doing a back bend and walk away to do something else. I have watch multiple kids fall and their heads the coach do nothing to help. Its completely unsafe. They also try to shove as many kids as they can on the mat at one time so there is no room to actually learn anything. They just care about money and getting as many people as they can threw the door. They also barley pay their employees.

I would say this place is decent enough. Very strong foot odor but for the amount of bare foot traffic this should be expected. Lots of different classes offered karate,ballet,gymnastics,cheer, different dance classes as well. They really need to work on cleanliness. The teachers are ok some better than others. This is the perfect place to test out if your kid likes a particular class and go from there.

We visited GymStars for a birthday party and I was impressed the staff were very friendly and helpful and the girl that directed the party remembered all the kids name the kids had a lot of fun and I had fun too

I have been at GymStars since I was 3 years old and I LOVE it! I have gained skills for sure, but also friendships and self esteem! I still get nervous learning new things but my coaches always see me through with encouragement!!

For all you rude people saying that the people the front desk people are rude that is not true i been at gmstarts since i was little. Gymstars service is great. I love everyone there. They are nice and caring.

Been there for a couple of years now very satisfied. My son has developed upper body strength. Only negative is the price per month if rates continue to rise vs same skills and or course being taught then i may leave for something else less expensive

The front desk staff are very disrespectful and rude. My son has been going their the past three months and every experience I have had with the front desk staff was unpleasant. I initially signed him up online and it said that on night of first class they would receive a membership packet and T-shirt. My son did not receive anything until week 3 and would have not received anything if I had not asked the front desk staff for it. This naturally upset me especially when I found out all the other kids in his class had received their stuff. When you sign up for gymstars you pay an initial membership fee and then a monthly fee for whatever class you decide. So the program is ran on a month to month basis. I signed him up in the middle of month so my sons tuition was pro rated. I wasn’t sure if he would like it after just his first two class so I put in 30 day notice just in case. When I saw how much he enjoyed his class and how much he loved his teacher Phoebe I decided to sign him up for another month. The front desk lady were hella rude and were like are you staying or going. They are lucky my son was with me or I would of went bad. You would think they would be happy for the business and that I decided to enroll my son in another class but instead they were very disrespectful. Only reason why my son still goes here is because he loves it so much and he loves his teacher; other than that I have nothing good to say about gymstars. This will definitely be his last month.

My daughter goes to Gymstars for Kids Play Night. She loves it. It is a fun and safe place. Alicia is a staff member there and she is terrific! Super sweet and friendly! Thanks for the fun my daughter has Gymstars!

This place is awesome. The only place I know where it is okay to run indoors.

Very nice facility for kids of all ages. Many months they have free days open to non subscribers.

Alissa Anderson is the freaking best Ive taking my daughter there and she never complains or shouts at the kid Love her and I hope you keep her

Really disapointed . Heres a complaint I sent them without a reply from them.Dear Ms/Sir,Today when coming to pick up my kids from camp I sat down at the door a witnessed how my daughter was sobbing and asking for her lunch at the table for 10 minutes. I said nothing to see how long it would take for the lady supposed to supervise her to check her out. During ten minutes my daughter was intermittently looking around saying My lunch my lunch and the supervisor did neither helped her or asked her where was her lunch. When I went to ask the lady where was my daughters lunch bag she could not tell me a then asked me to go check out a locker at the opposite side of the building. My question is simple, how can this happen? How can a kid ask for lunch and the supervisor sitting 3 feet away ignore her (shes 3 years old)? Thanks for letting me know how you are planning to address the problem and how to get a refund. Best regards

Great Place for kids to develop their talents.

Paid $400 for a 2 HOUR PARTY and was being rushed out of the facility being told my daughter couldn’t open her gifts ! All because they were having a “staff Xmas party”. Also don’t like the fact that I had to wait until an hour into my party to decorate the party room it made me feel so unprepared!
