Garbage pickup was missed this week. Called them and was told by the customer service rep that she would send an email to the dispatcher to have it scheduled for pickup. Three days later, the can is still sitting on the curb. Like the other reviews, they don’t care and will just make you wait until the next scheduled pick up date. This is also not the first time this has happened to me.
Worst service. Worst company. Drivers always mark as serviced when they havent. Dont bother calling they wont pickup your garbage until the following week, but they will tell you otherwise. I constantly have to be calling. They even told me a Supervisor would call me I never received a call. I pay for service Im not receiving.
Drivers not picking up Extra Service bags, bad customer experience. Constantly fined for bums going through bins Scavenging for plastic bottles at night making a mess. Not even sure why I am even a shareholder to this “literally garbage” company.
Are your phone hours from 8am to 5pm California time? Ive tried calling today with these hours in mind and it says you are closed. Please clarify.
Worst service ever, driver says they came to pick upGREEN LID compost can, but never did, left it at curb filled with spoiled food, causing major flies, l have had to call customer service 3 weeks in a row requesting pick ups, the driver told me he has not picked up because he will not take compost or paper bags with the food in them ??? when l called customer service they told me to place my food items in those kind of bags, paper or compost bags so l went bought them extra, and the driver still didnt pick it up!

Customer service lady has a bad attitude and service is not good. Cans don’t roll and they charge you for every little extra thing possible over and over. There are way better options in Stockton.

This is a message to the manager of the Stockton Waste Management.My name is John Brown (75) - retired - and Im a resident of Stockton. In the past few weeks when they have come to pick our trash bins at dawn, I always find a lot of the trash on the ground and the bins fallen on the curb. I understand that this can happen due to the hours that the operators have to go through the area, but the question here is why is the service that is given have to be this way so frequently? This does not happen with the other neighbors, and each time I retrieve my bins I have to sweep all the trash they dropped.I request that the supervisors of these drivers correct this situation.Sincerely,John Brown
Customer service is TERRIBLE! I own a business and have scheduled pick up for Tuesday/Friday but they are NOT consistent and always forget to come by and service us. Last Friday they came by and the bin was so compact that nothing fell out so the driver left. After calling and explaining the situation to a Manager I was told I would be charged extra for the driver to return even though they have dropped the ball numerous times they couldnt wave a fee for a long time customer. They have poor reviews and now I see why. They dont care about their customers.
I was trying to schedule a dumpster delivery to my residence on their website. I received an email stating that I will need to call their business number to make an appointment. That, to me somewhat defeats the purpose of utilizing their website to facilitate this request. Its double work, but I went ahead and called the number during business hours. Listen to an automated recording to get connected to the correct department. The wait was very long (at least 10 minutes) and no one picked up my call. It was very disappointing service and I will seek my request elsewhere.
This morning both the garbage and the green can were thrown down on the curbside yet again. Both me and my neighbor have dealt with this. This isnt the first time theyve done this. The wheel on my garbage can came off with how hard they threw the can. If these drivers cant do their job right, they shouldnt be given that job. Wish I could give 0 stars because of how many times Ive had to deal with their bad work.

The recycle guys always leave recycle in the cans they dont empty the can completely they drop the cans like nothing to the floor. They had to replace the cans and they did not and they would still mark as they did got swap ut. The costumer service girls are rude when you are trying to explain the problem thet get anoyed not all of them but there is one that is very rude. They mark on their notes different things than what they tell the customer.
Bad service, put extra services stickers on 4 trash bags as recycling near the recycling trash can and the worker still ignored it and just left how it is around the whole neighborhood and didn’t even bother to picked up other neighbors extra services trash bags too, need to train their workers more and how to work professionals for their job.
Requested additional pickup and agreed to an additional service charge. After they picked it up I had need to schedule another pick up for boxes. That’s when they informed my last pick up was noted as my spring clean up. That was not was I agreed to or told prior to that pick up. Now I’m out spring pick up. Literally, nothing is ever what the customer service reps says.
I have not had my garbage dumped in two weeks. The green waste in 3. I have called complained and getting the runaround. I need some kind of resolvement. Im paying for no sevice.

Even though they have different customer service numbers for different areas the customer service reps still to not know whats going on or the dispatch to not communicate well with what is actually going on. they missed our property on Monday because the property gate was locked. They have had the key for years. They have a supervisor come pick up a new key later that day (he shows up a hour plus late). They told us the property would be serviced the next day (Tuesday). We did not hear anything from them and the property did not get serviced. I call today( Wednesday) to be told in the we would get serviced today before 6pm. The representative told me that the driver was in route and confirmed that the containers would be emptied. I call several hours later to confirm and the next representative tells me that they will still be servicing the property today and that they still had four hours. She also let me know they were closed Thursday (our second pick up day of the week and that would happen Friday) She let me know that it was requested but had not been assigned to anyone but the rep that morning called and said the driver was in route. She tells me that she will have dispatch call me to get an eta and they call minutes later and tells me that the driver (which i was told we were not assigned to) has went home for the day and they would service the property tomorrow(Thursday,Thanksgiving ).She says that they will be working in the Stockton and that the rep gave me the wrong information. She moved our courtesy pick up (which really isnt a courtesy) to Friday which makes no sense if its being serviced that Thursday (the day before). When i told her we need to have a credit put on the account for the second pick up that is not going to happen she informs me, I have to hang up and call customer service because she is only dispatch. Horrible service and a waste of time. They now have two keys to the property and we left the property gate unlocked all day because the first representative of the day requested us to do so, so that the driver can for sure get on to the property. The driver that never came.
Green waste pick up has been missed about 5 times this year and everytime I call I get the same response that someone will come out but they dont until following regular day.
Pretty fast and nice, asked for different size containers and they did not take old ones away.
Waste management sent out GREEN EXTRA SERVICE stickers so any bag of garbage that doesnt fit in your regular trash container can be placed in front of the container it would be regularly place in to, and they will pick it up with. Placed mine out with the garbage and the dei er would not honor the GREEN EXTRA SERVICE STICKER, other than that service is good
They never pick up my garbage unless I am right there watching them I have called so many times they tell me they would give me a credit and when I recieved my bill it never had a credit I called said it was but never credit my account.
Thursday, December 1, 2016I live in a gated community in Stockton. My trash pick up days are Wednesdays. My trash can disappeared last Wed. Called the Waste Management and they assured me that a new trash can would be delivered to my house. All week no delivery took place. I had to keep my trash in the garage to make sure that the neighborhood cats do not rip off the garbage bags. Made more calls to he Waste Management. They assured me that a new trash can would certainly be delivered this Wed, which was yesterday. No trash can was delivered. I called the he Waste Management this morning and talked to a supervisor by the name of Joe (Employee #: 254404). To my total disbelief, he informed me that the agent who had talked with me has scheduled delivery of a new trash can on December 30th versus November 30th.When I asked him for a special delivery of a trash can, he said that a delivery will be scheduled for next Wed.I find this totally outrageous and unacceptable service.
Terrible service! For the last three years they have purposely passed up my garbage cans and it is now going on three weeks and they still refuse to pick my garbage up. Customer Service is trained to lie to the public and say they will be making a special trip out to pick up but they never do. My bill is paid do you r job!
I got skipped on Monday morning (my regular services date)I called them around 4pm and they said they would send driver back... no one came. I called Tuesday morning and was told they would put in a request but it could take up to 24 hours, so they had till Wed at noon to pick up garbage... no one came. I called Wed afternoon was told they would escalate it and have some one out today or by noon tomorrow... no one came. Its now FRIDAY my trash has been out ALL WEEK LONG so I called again this morning and was told DRIVER came by yesterday but trash was not out.... LIARS!!!!!! I was told now that I would have to wait till MONDAY because putting in another request would take up to 24 business hours which is Monday! IF I CANT WAIT TILL THEN I SHOULD TAKE IT TO A DUMPSTER!Really???? isnt that ILLEGAL???? I was told by the rep, Yes but so is speeding and people do it anyways.If Im gunna take this trash ANYWHERE and dump it ILLEGALY, then maybe I should take it to your parking lot!
My green color yard waste container stolen by WM truck driver today, 01/07/2019 . I have camera records for this. He lift it up to truck but didnt put back to Curbside. I dont understand why?

I have called to have my recycle bin replace. The bin has a broken wheel and that was 3 weeks ago. When I called last week they said they can only service me on my pick up day. Well its been 3 pick up days and nothing. I think Ill resort to the news stations and let them know how unprofessional Waste Management are.

Horrible! Due to lack of diligent service and respect. Ive been a faithful customer for over five years and never an issue until now and always paid my bill on time. I DO NOT LIVE IN A APARTMENT COMPLEX. My cans are normally emptied Thursday morning( 9-24-2015 is the date in question) well I called WM Thursday around 11:45 am to inform them that my Waste Container was not emptied, but everyone on of my neighbors cans were. So I was informed that there was a COURTESY report made and the can would be emptied by 6:00 pm Friday. I have a 13 month old son and full trash can sitting in front of my house and now its Monday still nothing. Where do you expect these soiled diapers to go. Over Four days now nothing and thats no way to TREAT a paying Customer.VERY PISSED OFF,MIKE
Waste Management garbage collector broke our gabage toter. We called and were told they would pick up and replace the next garbage pick up day. We are now going on the 3rd week of them saying it will now be next week once again. Horrible service!!!
I called and they said they wouldnt empty the bin because it was overflowing. You dont seem to want to do your job.
