They keep missing my trash and after my bin was stolen and we told them, they still haven’t delivered one. Two weeks later, we still don’t have our bin. As for the trash, we never received a warning if there was a problem or anything, they just stopped picking it up.
I just witnessed (and have on video)a driver empty two bins for our elderly neighbor. And once he was done he brought the trash and yard waste bins back up her driveway and put them away for her. What a very nice person. I’m going to reach out to Republic and make sure his leadership team is aware of his outstanding compassion and act of kindness and for going above and beyond.
I really appreciate you guys and what you do for our community.

Never use their automatic payments they want you to use! The pain isnt worth it when they charge you extra then say you didnt pay, you cant get a hold of a person, their office has been closed to visitors for over 7 months so you have to use the phone service that tells you what you owe so you pay it and its several times what you owed 🤦♀️ customer service needs help. Records need help. Notifying customers needs help and billing needs help. (Lets try automated text messages. Phone calls and emails instesd of letters) Not to mention the actual trash service makes a mess every week and breaks the garbage cans. Maybe use the time your office is closed to set up a reliable notification and paying system online. We are in 2020 time to catch up people

They are our residential trash pick up and our driver is so rude and has a bad attitude. He really needs to just quit and find a new job instead of making people who pay for their services have to deal with him.
I would like to let the sanitization worker driving truck #2469 today on Julius Ct., know that he is an awesome driver. I dont know how he can maneuver that truck around our cauldisack. Thank you for serving our neighborhood.
Only issue I have had is they totally forgot to pick up my recycles. Totally missed my block. I called and told them. The next day they picked up my recycles. Other than that they are pretty good. The only thing I dont like about living in the county is I dont have a big yellow can for recycles. I have to use 4 buckets. I hope in the near future they will provide regular garbage cans for recycling. I hate the buckets because my stupid neighbors back in to them and crack them, plus when transients who take the cans out they leave a mess on the sidewalk. REPUBLIC SERVICE PLEASE USE YELLOW GARBAGE CANS! THEYRE MORE CONVENIENT AND PICK UP EVERY WEEK NOT EVERY OTHER WEEK!!
The worst service possible for the past 2 months they meaning republic don’t pick up the trash on the assigned day. When u called the county it to me appears that they have a bribery going on with the county. They want you to pay for the service and don’t give the service. Thank you county of San Joaquin for bring a piss poor company like this especially thank you Charlie for public waste
Had a manager try to argue with me after my trash wasnt completely emptied. I called for over a week to have them return but ultimately had to drive to the office & complain face to face to get things moving. The manager then had a driver come out right after I left the office so I wasnt home to pull my can out but my can is in an open driveway & completely visible. They called me on my cell phone asking why my can wasnt outside on the curb & tried to place blame on me. I was FURIOUS and told them I just left your office & Im not home because I had to drive to your office to complain....plus I had already been calling for a entire week and no one came so I had to take the can off of the street....and now you have the audacity to try and blame me?!? Ridiculous! When she noticed how pissed I was, she then had the driver get out of the truck, grab the can and empty it. The drivers are usually pretty cool.....but this one incident with management REALLY ticked me off. Poor customer skills & the wait time on the phone when you call is insane. No way in hell are they that busy to have hold times that long.

Hate that youre automatically put on hold when you call. Waited for 15 minutes and still no one came on the line! Could it be lunch for everyone, at the same time?
Every time the garbage company calls, it comes over to take out the garbage.
My garbage has been out since last Thursday, today Sunday they still do not go through it or the neighbors ... as well as they are punctual for the collection they should do their job well
