The new ownership has taken great strides to clean up this store and promote customer service! It is a pleasure to go into their store and I no longer have to worry about our mailbox being broken into a mail stolen!
Visited this location with an online UPS quote ($134).All sizes of the box were written on top of the box, but I used a measure tape to make sure I got the right size.Once in the store, the guy changed the price to $200.I asked why and he said my measurements were not correct, he used a tape that showed each dimension of the box is 0.1 to 0.15 inches wider and he count it as 1 inch for each dimension, making the shipping price $66 higher than what I had.I kept explaining that this is not right, but he didnt care since he knew I wanted to ship the package as quickly as possible. So I chose to ship it at a lower rate of $180 which took 3 days longer. But he said, he wont confirm an exact delivery date and it might take much longer.I felt horrible to be honest.I will never visit this location again and will try my best to stay away from UPS.My wife always tells me to read Reviews before visiting a location, but I dont. Thanks to this store, I will be checking Google Reviews for every location, prior to visiting.Avoid this store!
New management is even worse than old management. Long lines, rude owners, slow service
This location was much better than that in Lodi off Kettleman near Lowe’s. The employees were friendly and quick, unlike my experience with Andrew at the other location. They treated my like a person instead of an inconvenience. Thank you guys I’ll be bringing my business here instead from now on.

Dropped off an Amazon return last week and there is no evidence of it in the system that it was scanned or picked up.I am entirely certain I dropped off the package here and got a receipt for my dropoff but nothing is in the system. How is this possible? Will update review if this is handled well.

This UPS store is clean, & well organized, thanks to efficient and congenial staff. Brandon and Jacob are very courteous to all clients, and strive to provide excellent service to customers. Management has responded to the need for greater coverage during Holiday season by having two clerks present for half days daily. Current staff are keeping this store very clean and well stocked. This store is a huge asset to North Stockton, providing many residents and businesses with shipping services, copy services, specialized printing needs, some office supplies, and private mail boxes.
Cant keep up with the demands of the business... If youre short on time this is not the UPS Store for you.
They do not answer the phone or even have an answering machine, youll just get the dial tone for ~2 minutes before the call just drops. I made a simple online print order but was told that I should call customer service cancel the order and redo it in store when I tried to pick it up, despite the website saying that the order is finished. Dont waste your time here, they fail to meet even the bare minimum of what you should get when you pay for a service. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Very nice staff, sometimes just not enough of them. Clean, neat store and friendly service, but sometimes Ive had to wait 10 minutes or more.

Horrible customer service. This location is constantly understaffed and packed. The location is stuffy and very junky in appearance. Theres only one computer with internet thats always in use, and their printers are outdated and dont have the same capability of efficient print options (email, receiving documents from phone, email, and g-drive. Not very helpful for someone coming in to do prints/copies.
Was in there recently to return some stuff to AT&T and the guy was very helpful and courteous. Some guy with glasses and a beard... There was a horrible line but we were out fairly quickly despite the crowd. Would give a commendation but didnt get the guys name. Thanks for the great service!

They dont answer their phone during business hours which is extremely frustrating . Missing one call I understand, but four or five is horrible. I just drove up there to pick up a package and the worker told me to call back by 1 PM since thats when the UPS driver arrives. Shipments can be delayed so I dont want to show up again and the driver hasnt arrived yet, pretty frustrating.
I’ve been using this location now a few years only because it’s 15 minutes away Vs other locations >30 minutes away, on June 6th, 2019!I dropped off a ground package in the morning and in the afternoon needed to send an urgent part out to a client in NY, All UPS Store locations are required to have different UPS air bill slips and offer you a choice of early next day, standard next, 2day shipping and or ground delivery service, they only carry early morning and ground airway bills, so if you need to send something out urgently they only offer you the most expensive option, be on purpose or managements failure to properly stock the other UPS airway bill options? Both of the packages dropped off that day did not go out until the 7th of June. This is unacceptable! My clients were waiting for the parts and technical conference calls scheduled at 1:00 PM-EST on the7th for guidance and instructions. All of the planning efforts and scheduling earlier this week with the process engineering department, equipment engineering team and upper level management was disrupted because we couldn’t get tracking information for the parts. No explanation as to why they packages went out on the 7th and not the day they were supposed to go out on the 6th? Unbelievable! I would suggest you sort out your delivery details in advance and just drop it off if you choose to use this location. I’ll be reaching out to the store manager D. Parker first thing tomorrow morning before filing formal complaints with the UPS Stores Corporate office in San Diego and the BBB Better Business Bureau
Great experiences here. Just need to go in person instead of trying to call. Theres usually just one guy working but hes very helpful.
Every time I go to this UPS store every employee I have ever dealt with for the past 3 Years are always nice and professional. The employees are young adults and this may be their first job and they do just fine. I have never asked a question that they did not know the answer to.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. They are always behind on sorting and they lose mail. Starting to think they still because I’m missing way to much stuff.
It’s 8:42am and I’ve been in the parking lot since 8:20am and sign and online says open at 8:30am. This is not the first, second or third time this happened. There making me late to my job! Ridiculous!!!!! This place needs to have a real management here and not some young kids who don’t know how to notaries... smh. Current time 8:52am!!!!
Randomly lock the door for over 30 minutes posting a sign out front saying they will be out for 15 minutes. I use access point here, but what a disappointment. At random times this location refuses packages stating that theyre too full to take any packages. So my package gets sent somewhere else and I have to hunt it down since know one has an idea if it will make it back. I talk to the employees once the package is refused and they say theyre not full at all and dont know why the package is reflected. Theyre logistics seems so primitive and out of date.
OK service. Helpful but inexperienced staff - lots of turnover. Does tend to cram letters into mailbox even though it is full. Dont always get the mail out the day they receive it. Not always open as stated on weekends.
They have always been extremely helpful and accommodating.
I called their office during business hours and they let the phone ring and ring. I did not even get to leave a message. I guess they dont want my business.
Please hire more employees so that your customers do not have to wait while your only employee takes breaks
