Ended our service after 10 years. Staff has become rude and unhelpful, and frequently we get other peoples mail in our box. This used to be a great business, but after the ownership change I would advise people to look elsewhere.

Loved this business. Used them as much as I can for my postal and shipping needs. Glad they are near me.

They can do almost everything here... Staff are friendly, efficient, and very professional. It is a one stop, with paperworks, shipping, and notary... I recommend it to anyone .

I use to come here once in a month.i like the old staff .Alex is very nice. But the other ones should learn some manners.very very rude, Will never come here again

Was really sorry to see the old crew gone and a new owner operator there whitch turned out to be not so helpfull. I am old and not so computer and cellphone savvy. My old buds were always able to get things done for me. Oh well guess Ill stick to Amazon instead of ebay.

The copy machine is BAD. They got new owners and changed all the equipment to cheap versions. Prices went up for copies and they look terrible. Its self serve too. I also came in and there was one person in front of me and it took 20 minutes to help him. Never again.

The girl at the counter was very rude. Very bad customer service. My visit was on June 1st. She did not ask could she help me, nor did she say thank you. I never experienced that before with the gentlemen.

Horrible experience with customer service at this location. I don’t know if the lady was just having a bad day, but she spoke to me so rudely. I simply wanted to get fingerprinting done, and did not know that this location requires an appointment ahead of time. Instead of gently informing me of this, she snapped at me and walked off, leaving me feeling stupid and unwelcome. Then I went over to the other postal center in town and was treated with kindness and respect. I hope others don’t have an experience here like I did.

They couldnt of been more friendly. They took the time to copy fax and send my papers so they got what they needed. All I did was say thank you. They are one up on the competition. They dont have to strive to be the best they already are. Thanks for being here

The staff are very courteous and offered excellent and friendly service. My mother was mailing a package that ended up being returned due to unidentified address. We consulted with the staff at Postal Plus and thought initially it was determined to be the services fault, my mother and I came to realize it was ours as well for making a mistake in the address. The staff was incredibly understanding and and offered to resend the package free of charge. They are incredibly friendly and had great customer service. Thank you so much for being so kind to my mother and I, your generosity shows a lot and goes a long way! :)

This place is my go-to for all postal service needs. A couple of weeks ago, I had a return where I put in all that was needed in the box- neglecting the main item- I called the shop when realizing what I did- while leaving a voicemail, they picked up the phone (after hours) and told me theyd set it aside so I could come back in the morning and complete the return properly. The staff is friendly and I would highly recommend this place above all other postal shops in Stockton.

Went here to have something notarized. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store was very neat and clean. Very quick service.

Weve been customers ever since 2010 when our mail (and our mail BOX!) were stolen at home. We are very happy and find the security well worth the money. The service is excellent and they have accepted several odd random deliveries for us without batting an eye. When the medical supply people needed to pick up a wheelchair and I couldnt be home I was able to just take it to Postal Plus and they dealt with it with no fuss or additional fee.The staff are friendly and helpful. Were solid customers!

This is a great friendly neighborhood place, they will assist you with all your shipping and mailing needs, they can box and ship all you have to do is bring your stuff in . They will help find the most economical way to ship things .I have shopped stiff I sold on eBay from here with nothing but great experiences, they do offer sell your eBay stuff there at the location although I never tried it .They are friendly and always willing to help, I can not praise them enough

Rude and overpriced, The woman acted bitchy and annoyed that she had to replace the toner in the copier, then she spoke to me like a child. postal businesses are notoriously hard to keep in operation, so I guess I shouldnt complain about the price.
