Our work computer crashed during routine Windows update. Took it to Computer Pros to get it repaired. The initial diagnosis was to replace hard drive, which I knew since it was recommended by a different computer repair shop. Agreed to replace the hard drive.When I picked up the computer, I mentioned the screen also had issues. After further investigation, the store owner told me very honestly that it was not worthy to repair. He didnt charge me a dime even though they had spent hours and hours on the computer.I really appreciate their honesty. Went in to get my screen fixed however the kind man told me that while they could do it, it would be too expensive and he wasnt sure if it was worth it for me. Instead, he offered the option to disable the touchscreen so I would still be able to use it. They clearly care about their customers, and look out for them since getting my touchscreen deactivated was less than $30 compared to the $250+ it wouldve cost me to replace the screen. I went in about 30 min before they closed, yet they had it fixed by the next day. I will definitely recommend this place to others, and come back if I have any other computer issues.

Great customer service had an issue with my laptop with it not turning on, and they helped me restore it and save the data I had on it as well. And it didnt take as long as I expected. i highly reccomend this place for any of those that have any computer issues.

I was referred here a year ago by a friend to fix my computer. They fixed it within hours. When I needed to buy another computer I looked at the box stores but purchased a CP from computer xp. Warranty was included no cost unlike the box stores. I recently needed another fix and Luis took my unit at 9:00AM and called me by 11:00AM that it was fixed and was covered by warranty. I run a family owned business and respect the customer service that comes from a family owned business. I would rather pay a few more dollars and get good customer service that support a big box store that does not care about the customer.
